We've never had any complaints about the quality of the food, and that's why we continue to come back. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left us disappointed because of the way we were treated. We were dining with a special-needs family member who does not eat the restaurant's food, so we brought him food from outside. We understand that restaurants may have policies regarding outside food, and we would have respected that if it had been communicated politely. Instead, an older lady approached us in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. It wasn't what was said--it was the manner in which it was said. We made sure to clean up after ourselves and even took all of the outside food packaging and trash with us instead of leaving it at the restaurant. We completely understand that rules exist, but a little kindness and understanding go a long way, especially when a family is trying to accommodate a loved one with special needs. We hope this feedback helps improve the customer service because the food truly is excellent, and we'd hate for an experience like this to overshadow an otherwise great restaurant.
