She's not only great in the kitchen but also one hell of a personal trainer and nutritionist-like have you even seen that bod?! She is B.Prepped and embraces every part of her business as her baby. I appreciate how professional she conducts this business, the quality of the food and service, but above all her passion to truly want to help others in achieving a better version of themselves no matter what that might be.
