This place is super cool! I'd been seeing posts about it on social media and knew I needed to check it out! I browsed the shelves and grabbed some chimichurri seasoning as well as some duck fat cooking spray. They have a TON of seasonings, rubs, and sauces. I was also looking at the meat counter and wasn't sure what to get! I got the chance to meet Willie and he said I picked some great items. He also recommended I try the picanha. He took the time to tell me about the cut, how to cook it, season it and serve it. I really appreciated his time and service! I've already used the duck fat cooking spray and chimichurri seasoning on some chicken and veggies and it's amazing! Can't wait to cook the picanha and post pics of that! I will definitely be back!

Stopped by this new spot on the Upland/Rancho border today off of Foothill. Really cool new spot, really friendly staff. We came home with some marinated chicken for tacos and some jalapeno cheddar sausage. We also bought fire starters and a new bottle of sweet bbq rub. I have a good feeling I'll be back visiting often.

The Ranchera was on point with the marbling and it super tender, I highly recommend the Ranchera Asada, The service was excellent as well and very helpful,

Al pastor chicken is phenomenal

Some of the best meat and spices you can find and all of the Inland empire ! From one small business to another, this place has it nailed down. When we walked in, we were greeted by Willy, one of the owners, and were welcomed into their space! Willy, Ed and Jeremiah have created a wonderful butcher shop that we will be customers for life. 100/10 recommend!

Kings prime picanha reverse seared with chopped chimichurri.

I can't say enough good things about Kings Meat & BBQ Supply. They sell only premium meats, and the quality shows every single time. I've personally loved their picanha, ribeyes, briskets, short ribs, al pastor chicken, and spareribs -- all top-notch cuts with incredible flavor. Willy and Ed are always super helpful and genuinely happy to walk you through how to cook anything you buy, whether you're grilling, smoking, or roasting. We actually serve the same meats at Crazy Gringo BBQ in Downtown Upland -- that's how much we trust their quality. If you care about great meat and great service, this is the spot. I highly recommend Kings Meat & BBQ Supply to all of our customers and anyone serious about BBQ or cooking at home.

Citrus and Al Pastor marinated chicken thighs, marinated ranchera, and marinated tasajo. All delicious! Marinated tasajo was my favorite

Stopped by to grill up a quick dinner and glad I did! All the meats were delicious. Will back soon!

Second time here and service was excellent and quick. I purchased the agua chile/ shrimp. I'm writing this review in hopes that they understand that more than a few shrimp would go a long way. I was very disappointed. I was pretty much sold red onion and cucumber at $14.99 lb, only a few morsels of shrimp. Come on. Your meats are great but don't sell seafood dishes if they aren't going to be up to par. Thanks!

The butcher said he was too busy to cut my 60.00 piece of meat. I thought that was bad business .

I've eaten here several times over the years, and it's a unique place to get a steak, or even just…read morea burger or a salad. First, I would avoid coming here during the usual busy dinner rush times. The ambiance is very casual, unpretentious, open seating. So when it's busy, it's loud. When it's busy, the servers are juggling multiple fully booked out tables. So if you're the impatient type, don't bother. Every time I've interacted with the staff, they've been as friendly and as accommodating as possible, for the volume of people that come here. It's just that popular. I'd rather come for a lazy lunch or afternoon meal if you're one of those people that need exceptional service and undying attention. The ingredients are pretty much high end. If you're familiar with the difference between dry-aged angus beef, wagyu raised in the US, or Australia, or New Zealand, or straight from Japan, you'll realize Meat Cellar offers the best cuts of beef around in Inland Empire. Very much the kind of quality you can find at Cut, Matu, Alexander's, Mastro's, etc. Except you don't to drive out through ass-fuck LA traffic, pay $20 valet parking, dress-up, etc. You could pretty much show up in pajama bottoms and a Sponge Bob T-shirt, and they'll serve and treat you like a fellow human being. Interestingly, whereas a lot of people would drive to LA or Beverly Hills to eat a prestigious steak house, it's also the opposite here, where people are driving from Orange County or Santa Clarita to eat here specifically as regulars. On the "lower" priced end, their fried chicken and fancy burger are pretty solid options to order. I also like getting their steak-frites with wagyu blade upgrade, the wagyu picanha, and the dry-aged ribeye. The cuts of beef itself does distinct itself in flavor by how much marbling to beef there is, and certainly dry-aged has a certain lovely, umami, earthy, nutty character to it. Personally, they're all good on their own with just salt - there are an array of sauce add-ons you can get. I can do without the salmon or the filet mignon, but then again, my palate is on team fatty savory flavor. Their sides are doable, though they tend to be all sharing portions. Fries are decent too, cooked in tallow fat. So keep that in mind, you might not like the texture and aroma of fries cooked in animal fat if you're used to eating trans-fatty vegetable oils your whole life.

After calling multiple butcher shops, this was the only place I found that actually carried them. We ended up getting a whole beef femur bone for only $13, which was an amazing price. Can't wait to give it to our dog, and we'll definitely be back for more. If you're a dog owner like us, that's another reason to check this place out. I believe the girl I spoke with over the phone also mentioned that they offer both raw and smoked beef knuckle bones for dogs. She even cut the bones the way we wanted it Great service, great prices, and definitely worth the drive for us.

Now walk around and shop the amazing selection from their butcher cases, ample deli case, or peruse the seemingly endless varieties of sausage and game cuts in the freezers. The staff here are super friendly and great and helping first time customers. They're all willing to find the answer to your question even if they don't know themselves. Butchers are onsite for custom processing and speciality cuts. Really charming bit of old chino, hoping they stick around for decades to come. They do all my custom animal-share processing and do a great job, looking forward to another perfect Christmas ham.

First Visit Great experience. I was kindly greeted with a…read moresmile from Alex at the counter. Alex was sharpening some knives, a great first impression! After browsing and checking on the pricing. The pricing appeared to be reasonable, slightly expensive. However, that's to be expected. For one, the quality of the Meat. And yes, the economy. Outrageous increase in the cost of Meat. So unfortunate. On my way out, a had great conversation with Alex. His passion and warm personality really set the ambiance. Although, I did not make a purchase, I plan to on my next visit. So yes, I highly recommend to stop in. Again, to support the local and historic community. Thank You for reading

We ended up buying some heart and liver that costs around $10 together. Affordable and competitive pricing for meats and smaller shelf items as well. Andrew was very kind and hospitable in helping us find what we need. Tons of parking outside may need to park on street during busier hours. They had a Wagyu steak which was cool to see.
