Nothing changed about the transport or storage on my end so I think they had bad ingredients for this batch. I messaged them requesting a refund and offered to send them photos. This was about 3 weeks ago and they haven't got back to me. I get things happen and issues will arise here and there. How a business responds to a service failure says a lot about how much they value their customers. Not getting a response says a lot.
