I am SO happy to have found Meal Prep on the Fly. Their dishes blow the other local meal prep companies out of the water. The food is delicious and I love the convenience of delivery. I'm eating the Japanese Stir-fry & Shrimp as I write this and it's TO DIE FOR. Truly, so happy to have found this company. The price is a tad bit higher than other meal prep companies, but the quality makes it worth it. The portion sizes are on the bigger side, to where I've been able to share my meals with my two young kids. I look forward to the rotating menu and can't wait to keep ordering from this company! read more

When my husband and I both worked, we never had time to make our lunch. I would usually end up bringing a frozen meal to work or resort to buying food from my company's cafeteria. One of the solutions were meal preps. I wouldn't have to decide what to eat for lunch every day and had someone else prepare it for me. Well fast forward to 2021, the scenery may have changed (I've been working from home since March 2020), but the issue still hasn't! I still don't cook for myself every day and sometimes have to make myself something from our freezer or just a sandwich. We were introduced to Meal Prep on the Fly this year. They're family owned and their meals are all low calorie and high protein. The way they work is that you have to put in your order by 11PM on Mondays in order to secure your delivery for Friday that same week. They are based out of Upland and their delivery areas are mostly within the IE, but they do delivery to cities like Monrovia, San Dimas, Pasadena so check their website The delivery service is pretty good. I usually get a text message on Friday morning stating what time my delivery is planned to arrive (1 hour timeframe) then I'll get a second text saying that my delivery driver is on the way and finally a confirmation text that my delivery was completed. We leave a large cooler outside by the front door and they place our meals inside it. Our absolute favorites so far are: ================================= *Blacked shrimp (served with brown rice, black beans and an avocado pineapple salsa - the salsa is so bomb!) *Chicken Cutlet Salad (baked chicken served alongside brussels sprouts, turkey bacon and goat cheese on a bed of mixed greens paired with a honey Dijon vinaigrette - everything about this salad is spot on! LOVE it.) Their meatballs are also really good and we love how they have a variety of different cuisines; they even have Pad Thai and Pancit. read more

This vendor delivers healthy, high protein, low fat individual dinner meals to our home on a weekly basis for a moderate price. As senior citizens with physical limitations,we find this a valuable and pleasant alternative to cooking dinner every night or dining out. The portions are bountiful and the dinners are creative and nicely seasoned. read more

The food here is awesome and I love that it's a quick and easy way to get healthy food in when I'm in a pinch. I normally don't like overnight oats because protein powder is too sandy for me, but there is no bad texture or aftertaste in the overnight oats from MPOTF. I didn't get the name of the guy at the store, but he's awesome as well. He noticed I was a new customer and asked for my name and wanted to know how I heard about MPTOF. It feels like they treat their customers like family. The delivery service is great and they have live tracking so you know exactly when they'll arrive. read more

Meal Prep on the Fly - Health Markets Near Me - Upland, California

Yelp can be hit or miss most of the time especially around food. Very thankful that I found Meal Prep on the Fly! I've been doing meal prep on and off in athletic environment for years and it is ALWAYS boring or dry no matter how much you google a dish and it does get very expensive due to time management and prepping. I love eating all kinds of flavors. I'm happy to say after a few months of being on Paulo and Shannon's prep it has been amazing! Here's why: Pros 1) Food is prepped with awesome quality and taste like a gourmet meal. Ask for their Beef Quinoa Enchiladas! 2) Ingredients and instructions are clearly labeled and calories are listed and broken down by protein, carbs and fat 3) Most important I FEEL FULL! Cons 1) Just keeping them a secret so they don't get too busy! 2) I wish they could make a pizza but I'm still dreaming of that in the prep world! Keep up the great work Paulo and Shannon! read more

We started purchasing meals from Meal Prep On The Fly when we found out my wife was pregnant in order to help with her sugar (glucose) levels. We like how each meal is measured and high in protein. They also change their menu every week for more variety in meals. All the meals we have tried have been delicious. My wife has one meal for lunch and dinner and her sugar levels have dropped significantly from what they were before and on top of that she has lost weight also. I would highly recommend their meals for anyone looking for healthy Meal Prep. read more

To say that I am in love would be an understatement. Anyone who has gone through the hoops of Blue Apron or Hello Fresh still requires preparation a pinch of this dash of that. Customer services with these other services is tedious at best. I have found the perfect balance where I haven't had to hope the meal is going to be something I like. The flavor always feels "home made" for lack of a better description. Every week is always accompanied by pictures of the actual meal presentation in photos. Payment and delivery is smooth and effortless. I love that they make the customer service personal by delivering the meal themselves. We absolutely love supporting small business in our area. There is no better way to keep the things in the community you live in alive and well. To say that they deserve way more than 5 stars is not an exaggeration. Keep up the inspiration and creative meals. Always looking forward bow to coming to my fridge after a long day and eating a home cooked meal that was delivered. Bonus!!! Went to doc today for routine checkup lost 5lbs how can you top that?? read more

Fresh, healthy food. Love the macros are listed and ingredients are clean. These meals are the best for when life gets busy.

Found out about Meal Prep on the fly from the Upland Farmers market. Have purchased now weekly for 2 months straight. Perfect for on the go lunches and healthy meal options. Purchased specifically for my husband who works long hours and usually remote locations. But i have also tried them out since I love healthy meals and working from home often has me throwing something together really quick which usually lacks some flavor! Not these though, the taste has always been so great! I've tried a few other meal preps and they usually compromise on the taste being that they are high in protein and low fat, not these though.. always sooo delicious and prefect portions! read more
