I have been coming here off and on for almost a year, but stopped recently. Their staff is nice and the place is clean. I usually order online and select a time to pick up my order, but you can also go and order there. They have many options to build your own meals or you can select from their pre-made menu. The steak is probably my favorite because it's usually cooked medium so it's not dry unlike the chicken breast. Im giving them a 3 because they're not very good at resolving issues I've had. They ran out of the veggie I selected and they subbed it with one of their choice and it was one I dont like. I messaged them and never got my refund. This last time has made me rethink whether I will be back. There was something off about a few of my meals this week. I picked up my food like normal on Monday evening. Wednesday I was having my steak salad for lunch when I noticed mold on the tomatoes. That evening I had a different meal that smelled weird (like it was spoiling, but wasn't?) By friday morning I had 2 steak meals where the veggies were spoiled and mushy. Having purchased my meals many times, I know this is not normal. Nothing changed about the transport or storage on my end so I think they had bad ingredients for this batch. I messaged them requesting a refund and offered to send them photos. This was about 3 weeks ago and they haven't got back to me. I get things happen and issues will arise here and there. How a business responds to a service failure says a lot about how much they value their customers. Not getting a response says a lot. read more

Food was good but nutrition facts are way off, anyone trying to accurately track calories and macros beware. I ordered the Korean bowl and per the nutrition facts it contains 54g of protein for 4oz of ground beef, then when you go to the ground beef on the nutrition facts it shows 22g of protein. The bowl is literally meat and rice, I brought it up to the employees and neither of them had an answer. I like the concept of the place however if their macros and nutrition facts aren't correct it eliminates the purpose. read more

This place is always my go-to when I'm in a hurry and fast food isn't an option. I appreciate having a healthy yet flavorful choice. The food is consistently fresh, and there's a great variety to choose from. The staff is always ready to help with suggestions, so I never feel like I'm eating the same thing repeatedly. I often buy extra meals, and they freeze beautifully. The ambiance is always clean, and if you catch them at the right time, the aroma of fresh food cooking fills the room. Although there's no indoor seating, there is plenty of outdoor seating available. Go give it a try. read more

Inside was nice and clean, protein was weighed, and staff was nice. Other than that $14 for plain chicken breast RAW veggies and a smashed potato is not worth it. It was very hard to heat up and eat. I don't like eating raw veggies, too hard on the stomach. Chicken was extremely dry. There are other great meal preps in the area that offer the same thing but it's an actual dish, with flavor and still stay within macros! I guess this place is good for those with very strict dietary restrictions and picky eaters. I wouldn't say it's a grab and go spot. read more

LyteBite is a decent meal prep place if you're willing to pay for overpriced frozen food. Also, there has been 3 times where I placed an order a day in advance and it's not even ready for pick up. Only thing that kept me going back was the customer service, aside from that, you're better off going to PrepLIFE where they actually cook your vegetables and have better prices. read more

Lytebite is great for when you need healthy food that tastes good but you don't have time to cook. The meals are freshly prepared and easy to heat up. I'm a huge fan of their shrimp with rice and zucchini then I add the teriyaki sauce to it. Their steak and chicken is also delicious. read more

What an interesting concept! I walked in and was greeted by a sweet girl by the name of Michele. I was confused at first but she explained to me how it works. I had brought my husband in with me as we walked out of Crumbl. My husband is a pre-diabetic and it has been hard making meals for the both of us. Michele guided us on how to build our meals and make it diabetic friendly for my husband. We both got chicken meals and we added the seasonings that we like. I been odering from this location weekly for 6 months. I've even brought them business by telling my coworkers and family about this place and how great it was. I even work right in the colonies as well. But if you are looking for consistency with your orders you will be sadly disappointed and the staff can care less. No one reads the notes and the oz are off too. I hate to say but the staff looks high and that I'm bothering them when I ask for my order to be fixed. Not only do they offer meal preps but other goodies like protein shakes, healthy snacks and bars just to name a few. One quick note, their protein of choice to use is Bucked Up so you know it's legit. So onto what I ordered and what I've stuck to so far. This is a great place if you are too busy to meal prep or just looking for a quick bite that isn't sodium enriched fast food. They have a variety of meats/ starches/ and veggies, with the ability to build endless meal combinations. The staff is very friendly and makes great recommendations. I do wish they used organic produce and Grassfed meats, but I'm sure this would make the great price point not so great LOL. Found this place by accident ( cruelly located next door to a cookie store), after I'd been struggling for 2 weeks trying to adhere to the GOLO plan, which has been very effective, but the meal prep is stressing me out! Everything is measured or weighed, cooked on site, and looks so fresh and healthy. So many choices! And then there's sauces and seasonings to choose from. I don't appreciate the fact that they are unable or willing to exchange a protein powder that I purchased. My family and I always purchased our meals when they first open their doors. Now, I'm supposed to keep a product that will end up in the trash and, on top of that, lose money. Extremely disappointed with this type of customer service.
