I often buy extra meals, and they freeze beautifully. The ambiance is always clean, and if you catch them at the right time, the aroma of fresh food cooking fills the room. Food was good but nutrition facts are way off, anyone trying to accurately track calories and macros beware. I ordered the Korean bowl and per the nutrition facts it contains 54g of protein for 4oz of ground beef, then when you go to the ground beef on the nutrition facts it shows 22g of protein. The bowl is literally meat and rice, I brought it up to the employees and neither of them had an answer. I like the concept of the place however if their macros and nutrition facts aren't correct it eliminates the purpose. read more

Inside was nice and clean, protein was weighed, and staff was nice. Other than that $14 for plain chicken breast RAW veggies and a smashed potato is not worth it. It was very hard to heat up and eat. I don't like eating raw veggies, too hard on the stomach. Chicken was extremely dry. There are other great meal preps in the area that offer the same thing but it's an actual dish, with flavor and still stay within macros! I guess this place is good for those with very strict dietary restrictions and picky eaters. I wouldn't say it's a grab and go spot. read more

LyteBite is a decent meal prep place if you're willing to pay for overpriced frozen food. Also, there has been 3 times where I placed an order a day in advance and it's not even ready for pick up. Only thing that kept me going back was the customer service, aside from that, you're better off going to PrepLIFE where they actually cook your vegetables and have better prices. read more

What an interesting concept! I walked in and was greeted by a sweet girl by the name of Michele. I was confused at first but she explained to me how it works. I had brought my husband in with me as we walked out of Crumbl. My husband is a pre-diabetic and it has been hard making meals for the both of us. Michele guided us on how to build our meals and make it diabetic friendly for my husband. We both got chicken meals and we added the seasonings that we like. I been odering from this location weekly for 6 months. I've even brought them business by telling my coworkers and family about this place and how great it was. I even work right in the colonies as well. But if you are looking for consistency with your orders you will be sadly disappointed and the staff can care less. No one reads the notes and the oz are off too. I hate to say but the staff looks high and that I'm bothering them when I ask for my order to be fixed. Not only do they offer meal preps but other goodies like protein shakes, healthy snacks and bars just to name a few. One quick note, their protein of choice to use is Bucked Up so you know it's legit. So onto what I ordered and what I've stuck to so far. I'm a sort of a carnivore so I usually get their fajitas dish that comes with grilled chicken, steakhouse tri tip and brown rice. I also skip the beans and go with the sweet potatoes. This is a great place if you are too busy to meal prep or just looking for a quick bite that isn't sodium enriched fast food. They have a variety of meats/ starches/ and veggies, with the ability to build endless meal combinations. The staff is very friendly and makes great recommendations. I do wish they used organic produce and Grassfed meats, but I'm sure this would make the great price point not so great LOL. I don't appreciate the fact that they are unable or willing to exchange a protein powder that I purchased. My family and I always purchased our meals when they first open their doors. Now, I'm supposed to keep a product that will end up in the trash and, on top of that, lose money. Extremely disappointed with this type of customer service.
