I'm local and I'm all for supporting local small business owners so I decided to give them a try. At the very simplest, FMD does a perfect job of giving you basic, simple meals that are healthy with your macro count. While the pricing may seem a bit on the higher end, I feel like it's nearly perfect for the amount of total calories/macros you get. And remember, at the end of the day, it's all about macros and eating loss (so you can maintain or lose weight) and of course, you are paying someone else to cook. You can order in house at their store, but you can order delivery like I do. FMD's menu is small, simple, and overall, all the entrees are tasty and worth getting over and over. The chicken alfredo and sirloin steak are my two favorites. I do wish the veggies came flavored in someway, like sauteed or even lightly spiced/flavored, or at least the option to. A couple things that make me knock off a star: - Delivery is way overpriced at $10. No local shop that you buy food delivery remotely charges close to that nor are tips even upwards at $10 for local delivery, even on delivery apps like Uber or DD (unless you are a very generous person on delivery apps). I would understand if delivery price changes based on distance/location, but it's a flat fee. - Despite the website stating weekly subscriptions get a discount, it doesn't. I've reached out to FMD via email in the past but haven't heard anything. - I really do like FMD's sirloin steak. It's basic, the flavor is good, and it is the right cut of meat, but somehow, it always seems partially overcooked/burned on the edges. The inside is always tender. It's just the outer crust always comes burned/black and you can taste it. - I do wish that the main entrees (chicken alfredo, Penne Bolognese, etc) came much higher in protein over carbs. For example, a few more slices of chicken and less penne pasts in the chicken alfredo. It would be a much healthier option can cater towards the "fit" aspect of dieting where we should be consuming much higher proteins over carbs. I really do like FMD and I hope at some point some of my feedback will make some changes.

The shop itself is also really cute and has such a chill, welcoming vibe. She's not only great in the kitchen but also one hell of a personal trainer and nutritionist-like have you even seen that bod?! She is B.Prepped and embraces every part of her business as her baby. I appreciate how professional she conducts this business, the quality of the food and service, but above all her passion to truly want to help others in achieving a better version of themselves no matter what that might be. So let's start with flavor: All I gotta say is.... Wow! Her food is so flavorful it's kind of hard to believe it's healthy for you, but it is! She's been able to create tasteful healthy options by combining her nutritionist knowledge ancooking skills. You will can't go wrong picking any of her options. I definitely have my favorites but I encourage you to try them all if you can. Food options: B-prepped has a wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Approximately 8 different options for breakfast, and 16 for lunch/dinner. Not to mention her incredible vegan menu as well as her juices. I've pretty much tried every single option including her juices and they're all amazing. The flavor of the food is always consistent as well as the portions. Juices: I've tried many different juicing companies and no one compares to B-Prepped. Not only are her juices flavorful but they contain additional ingredients to keep you feeling full while still obtaining those vitamins you could be lacking through pure juicing. Other juicing cleanses kept me starving and weak, but B-Prepped juices are unlike it. You can truly get through a cleanse feeling energized, focused, not starved, and ready to start on your new prep week. Personal Training: Die if you dare lol! Bianca will surely make you feel at least like you're dying during those workouts lol! But man, have you seen her bod?! Lol! She's my go to for workout plans and regimen. I try to meet with her for 1 on 1 sessions but life gets too busy sometimes and simply can't. But she's more than willing to guide you and train you online or any other form of communication you choose. Give her a try if you dare to look bomb like her. Delivery: I believe this to be a great convenience especially if you have a busy life. She pretty much delivers anywhere and no location is too far for a minimal fee. I've had her deliver to my home, job and even when I was attending law school. The greatest impact B-Prepped has made in my life was during the bar exam preparation period. At one point she was meal prepping and delivering to my entire class while we studied for the bar exam. Man was she God sent to us all especially under that enormous amount of stress.
