They were all very knowledgeable about the products and I was very happy about the items I bought. Prior to going into Vitamin world I stopped at GNC to see if they had the product I wanted. In fact, they did but the women at the counter expressed to me I could take an extreme fat burner and preworkout at the same. When I expressed this to the three associates at Vitamin world they all said NO!!! You can take them both but not at the same time so for example one in the morning preworkout in the afternoon. I was amazed how they truly care about their customers so if your looking to buy vitamins or supplements go to this location. :)
