Super bummed with this place. This is my second time here when they're supposed to be open and doors are locked. I called a spoke to a guy a couple days ago to confirm their opening time (10am) and he said correct, they are open at 10. Rachael Quinn, Your CBD Store® founder, is one of many people who suffer from Crohn’s Disease. Very new to cbd and this is now my favorite spot! Brenda was such a kind and informative person. She knew cbd up and down and was just great overall. There was another costumer just looking around and she had a child with her and Brenda was playing with her and filled the whole store with laughter. I would 100% recommend this store and specifically Brenda to any of my friends. People, let alone employees as kind hearted as her do not come around often!! This experience made me want to continue shopping here forever! read more

This store is amazing Daphne gave very well, perfect service when I needed help with understanding their products. She provides recommendations such as the gummies for specific pain, and recommended liquid soluble and topical pain relief. She also communicated effectively that brought a calming warm environment. We were to unsure what to exactly get so Dahpne recommended a trial with a few of their sample products. I really would recommend this place. read more

When this store was newly opened, we went in here to buy some CBD. They were all nice at first and even followed us on Instagram. Then, a friend of mine who was a person of color, inquired about a job posting they had on Instagram. They totally ignored his inquiry, NOT GIVING HIM EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, possibly because of his RACE. Not only that, they unfollowed me and my friend. THIS STORE MANAGEMENT MISTREATED ME AND MY FRIEND, THEY'RE RACIST. read more

The store is always clean, well organized and stocked. They seem to carry a large selection of products, as I am fairly new in the CBD market I don't really know what the norm is. Celeste in the Rancho store was knowlegable, kind and helpful in helping me fing a product to meet my needs and was very good at clearly explaining the product and it's use. I highly recommend the Rancho store and hope to see it thrive. read more

Great place, friendly helpful staff. They let you try before you buy So you can kind of get a feeling of product. The tinctures work really well for people that have insomnia like myself. No need to worry many of their products are THC free for those that don't want the high. read more
