Came in for my free $10 for my birthday, was looking to get a new pre-workout that I haven't tried before since I normally use Wrkethk. Instead of trying to help all the guy did was suggest nutrishop brand items. Went to use my $10 and he told me I could only use it on Nutrishop brand items which the email ANY NON SALE ITEM. He would not honor it. I normally go to the nutrishop in Eastvale and when I buy more then $80 worth of stuff they give me a shaker or a t-shirt and best of all they are about finding the best overall product for you not trying to just push their products. I'll drive the extra 10min to eastvale next time. read more

Whichever guy works at this shop every Saturday around 12pm, DOES NOT WEAR HIS MASK! Crazy how when you walk in, all the customers are wearing theirs EXCEPT HIM. I came in here looking for some supplements. A staff member offered assistance but when i asked for vegan vitamins he word for word said "there is no such thing as vegan vitamins". I suggest hiring people who are knowledgeable in nutrition and various forms of diets people follow. There are such things as supplements that are plant based. Don't go in here looking for nutritionn advice unless you're looking for someone to help you find a good protein powder or something. Was very disappointed in the customer service on 4th of July. I received an email offering discounts that did not list any restrictions. When paying the person running the store told me the discount was only in supplements. I showed her the email and she basically said "oh well". She also had her dog in there that nipped by daughter and she had no concerns. The normal person that runs the store is great but false advertising is a big NO NO in my book. read more
