Visited many times, workers remain rude, especially Rameen. Service quality is terrible.

went inside and the worker was making out with his girlfriend. Products are very expensive and he will talk your ear off until you buy one. I'll keep buying mine online thanks. read more

We have used GNC products for years as we have a house full of son'swho are athletes. My high school son decided in his business class to reach out to the company and tell them how much he appreciated their brand and business. He was over the moon when the CEO took the time to write him a personal letter back! Top Notch GNC! Thank you! read more

Adam the owner was very knowledgeable and generous took his time with me and understood my concerns. I would defiantly recommend this GNC.

The owner is such a down to earth kind a guy and really cares about people. Definitely knowledgeable. This is my go to location after trying many different locations. It's worth it. Selection is on point! I read more

I went into this GNC yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by a girl who, obviously, knows her product and understands the desperate need for great customer service. I asked for 4 different items, 1 of which they stocked. The reason why I'm giving 5 stars is that this sales lady was familiar with all 4 items in enough detail to discuss their benefits, even though GNC does not stock that product, and then suggested a place, a competitor, that I might be able to find the rest of my list. Well, I've been shopping, for years, at that competitor, and their customer service has drastically declined. I love to research and use supplements, and I appreciate talking with those that know their product. I replenished my supply of vitamin D3 yesterday at GNC, and that great GNC rep earned my business for when I need other products. If I can't get it at GNC, then I know I can get the rest in 2 days on-line. In a climate where customer service is dwindling, and store inventories are, frequently, even worse, I appreciate the interaction with someone that actually cares! Thank you for a good experience! read more

Came in and bought GNC lean shake with Manager Carlie assistance. She stated if I did not like the flavors I could go ahead and return the powder for a different flavor. When attempting to return one of the shakes for a different flavor without the receipt Carie AdvisedI would have to pay a remaining balance due to the computer not being able to override. This made absolutely no sense because I just wanted an even exchange like I was told I would be able to do by Carlie. Instead Carlie made this more difficult and was rude when doing so. Currently I am trying to get all of this resolved no thanks to the manager at this location but from a staff member at the Ontario Mills GNC location. read more

Came in to grab some vitamins and take a quick browse for anything else convenient and was offered assistance which i kindly declined twice (I knew what i was getting he was helping another customer anyways, no problem) then was told I had to leave soon due to covid-19. This was all within a 3 minute span of me being in there. And the employee that told me this was NOT WEARING his face mask unlike his associate at the register and the 1 other customer. I totally get the rule but how are you going to tell me i can't be there when you yourself are not taking "safety" precautions seriously. I was still asked if i wanted take a moment to sign up for their rewards program. DREAM ON. Wasn't planning on spending another minute in there. Anyways 7min visit. Got what i needed 2 stars. Better luck next time. read more

I usually don't write reviews but would like to give the store a 5 star, Matthew was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my million questions and was ver polite and helpful. thank you Matthew for taking the time and helping me without my vitamins !! read more

I visited the store today and firstly was greeted by a very pleasant and courteous young man. I asked about a product and he came from behind the counter to search for my product. He was professional, the store was clean, bright lighting, well stocked shelves. I will return to this store if only for the good customer service. read more

These 5 Stars are for CARLI!! She is VERY well inform and a very pleasant person. I would've stayed and talked to her longer if more customers hadn't arrived. Thank you GNC And thank you CARLI read more

Charged me extra dollar for using Apple Pay, plus didn't ask if I wanted my receipt just assumed I didn't need it. I would wouldn't recommend this GNC location. Bad service as well. read more

I come here often and the guy that helps me out is Brandon, this guy helps a lot in what you need and very well respectful and helpful.

The customer service was great!! Brendon was a big help and directed me to a great pre-workout! So excited to try it (:

Terrible customer service, specifically with Courtney. The worst customer service skills I've encountered at any store. I purchased what I thought was Glutamine and when I got home I realized it was Creatine. When I purchased she asked me of I wanted to receipt and declined. I didn't realize that they had no way to pull up the transaction from 2 days ago and she did nothing to try and exchange the product or even attempt to try. She called her owner and no answer. Ultimately this young girl you can tell is not happy working at the this location and she should of advised me at purchase that the receipt would be needed to make an exchange. With technology today, I find it hard to believe that it can't be done. Also, the Creatine bottle is brand new. I even offered to take a loss for the less expensive bottle of Glutamine. I will be escalating to the owner Brendon and going to the BBB on this issue. Last purchase at this store. Good luck staying in business!! read more

I always come here and today Brendon was the guy to help me with my needs. They are always helpful and knowledgeable in whatever you need for you body and well-being. read more

I would definitely avoid this particular GNC store. It is a franchised store and not a corporate store. They will not price match like the corporate store does. If you want to save a ton of money drive 2 miles east to Victoria Gardens GNC store. I saved $27 with their price match guarantee. read more

I find the manager Berandon very informative, courteous, and knowledgeable about your needs.

Great costumer service!! The young lady at the counter was very nice and helped me find all the items I was looking for.

A great store, they have everything I'm looking for. :) They have great prices & the workers there are so nice. I love that they know exactly what they're doing !! read more

I never use my time to write reviews but this store was worth taking the time for it! Super friendly employees who know what they're doing! Well organized and clean store. Everyone who wrote bad reviews on here are misguided or bored. The young sales guy Kros really knows his products and informed me on stuff I wasn't familiar with. Thanks for being so helpful !! I will definitely be a regular customer at this store read more

So yesterday at around 8ish I was checking out some vitamins and had a question about a product so I look over and try to call this tall Armenian dude like 6 times until he noticed I was calling for him . He was too busy telling this old man employee how to put the bottles the right way??? Umm ok . Thanks for making me wait and acting rude- I'm not coming back read more

As a degreed Nutritionist, I can assure you that Brendan knows his stuff! He was very welcoming as I walked in, informative to other customers who had questions, and made my visit a 5 star experience. read more

I didn't have the number for my member rewards, was hoping they could look it up by name or I could upload the receipt to the rewards account later. They couldn't I guess which is fine. However I looked at my receipt later and it looks like he cashier put in his own info to get rewards points for my purchase.....not cool. See photo below read more

GNC - a person holding a receipt in their hand - Health Markets Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Customer Service: I came in on Sunday (2/25/18) morning (like, 10:30am) to look for a multivitamin, meal replacement shake and some other products. The only guy working came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for a multivitamin and he first showed me one of those expensive boxes with the packs of 6 pills. I told him I don't like taking pills as it is and couldn't possible swallow that amount of pills every single day. He proceeded to tell me that I could because I only take one at a time and that the all-in-one pills are garbage because they don't give you everything you need and you "pee them out in an hour." I later asked him about the Lean Shake Vanilla, to which he said, mockingly, "I don't drink meal replacement shakes." Hey asshat, you tried to up-sell me multivitamins but u can't sell me a protein shake?!? Oh yeah, he also questioned my service animal after I told him I had one and said I should put her badges on her (which is not required by law). Products: small store, not a huge selection. Over all, won't go back here. The sales guy SUCKED. read more

I went to this store to buy a cleanse. The sales associate talked me into getting a $40 2 day cleanse of the $19.99 14 day cleanse. He said the 2 day cleanse was much more effective because it's liquid. He went on and on about the product. I ended up getting what he suggested instead of what I came in for and was sooooooooooo disappointed. The cleanse did not work AT ALL. I don't think the associate had any real product knowledge, I think he was just trying to push the higher priced item. Now I'm out $40 plus whatever I end up spending on another cleanse. read more

Well I've been waiting here for 15 minutes and the sign just reads BREAK. No estimated time they would be back or anything. I planned on purchasing vitamins and pre workout. I guess I'll take my business else where. That is the only option. So unprofessional! read more

GNC - a parking meter with a sign on it - Health Markets Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Why do they make someone work on July 4th if they don't want to. I went in about 1pm to buy something and needed help to look for I needed. The guy working there had no intentions of helping me and just replied 'yes' when I said you are not so enthusiastic about working today..not what I expected from a GNC brand.. read more

I went in today to grab a few things. Brendan was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and all a around awesome!

I like to stop by here and pick up vitamins for my husband and me. GNC has really good vitamins and we buy the vitapacks so we don't have to have seven or eight vitamin bottles stuffed in our pantry. The vitapacks contain all the vitamins you need in one easy package that you take daily. The store is convenient and you can get to it easily be parking in the back and walking through the breezeway, that way you avoid all the traffic. read more

Wow, just went too GNC and this little guy comes up to me and asks if he can help me, I said sure. Can you please show me were the MRI products are. He didn't even know what I was talking about and tried to sale me some other crap they had. Will never go back. On line shopping from now on!! Lost a customer read more

Cool little spot, kinda hidden right next to old navy. Every time I go here to get my protein powders or any other supplements Anthony is always very helpful. He helps out with any questions I got and gives you the answers you need to hear, not like those other people at stores that just try to keep it short like you're wasting their time... I definitely recommend this spot. read more

You should train your employees not to chat it up with their friends while customers are in the building. I was looking for protein (and has questions) but the person working decided to stay behind the register and talk to his friend. So I walked out and went somewhere else. read more
