I went into this GNC yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by a girl who, obviously, knows her product and understands the desperate need for great customer service. I asked for 4 different items, 1 of which they stocked. The reason why I'm giving 5 stars is that this sales lady was familiar with all 4 items in enough detail to discuss their benefits, even though GNC does not stock that product, and then suggested a place, a competitor, that I might be able to find the rest of my list. Well, I've been shopping, for years, at that competitor, and their customer service has drastically declined. I love to research and use supplements, and I appreciate talking with those that know their product. I replenished my supply of vitamin D3 yesterday at GNC, and that great GNC rep earned my business for when I need other products. If I can't get it at GNC, then I know I can get the rest in 2 days on-line. In a climate where customer service is dwindling, and store inventories are, frequently, even worse, I appreciate the interaction with someone that actually cares! Came in and bought GNC lean shake with Manager Carlie assistance. She stated if I did not like the flavors I could go ahead and return the powder for a different flavor. When attempting to return one of the shakes for a different flavor without the receipt Carie AdvisedI would have to pay a remaining balance due to the computer not being able to override. This made absolutely no sense because I just wanted an even exchange like I was told I would be able to do by Carlie. Instead Carlie made this more difficult and was rude when doing so. Currently I am trying to get all of this resolved no thanks to the manager at this location but from a staff member at the Ontario Mills GNC location. read more

Came in to grab some vitamins and take a quick browse for anything else convenient and was offered assistance which i kindly declined twice (I knew what i was getting he was helping another customer anyways, no problem) then was told I had to leave soon due to covid-19. This was all within a 3 minute span of me being in there. And the employee that told me this was NOT WEARING his face mask unlike his associate at the register and the 1 other customer. I totally get the rule but how are you going to tell me i can't be there when you yourself are not taking "safety" precautions seriously. I was still asked if i wanted take a moment to sign up for their rewards program. DREAM ON. Wasn't planning on spending another minute in there. Anyways 7min visit. Got what i needed 2 stars. Terrible customer service, specifically with Courtney. The worst customer service skills I've encountered at any store. I purchased what I thought was Glutamine and when I got home I realized it was Creatine. When I purchased she asked me of I wanted to receipt and declined. I didn't realize that they had no way to pull up the transaction from 2 days ago and she did nothing to try and exchange the product or even attempt to try. She called her owner and no answer. Ultimately this young girl you can tell is not happy working at the this location and she should of advised me at purchase that the receipt would be needed to make an exchange. With technology today, I find it hard to believe that it can't be done. Also, the Creatine bottle is brand new. I even offered to take a loss for the less expensive bottle of Glutamine. I will be escalating to the owner Brendon and going to the BBB on this issue. Last purchase at this store. Good luck staying in business!! read more

I would definitely avoid this particular GNC store. It is a franchised store and not a corporate store. They will not price match like the corporate store does. If you want to save a ton of money drive 2 miles east to Victoria Gardens GNC store. I saved $27 with their price match guarantee. read more

Customer Service: I came in on Sunday (2/25/18) morning (like, 10:30am) to look for a multivitamin, meal replacement shake and some other products. The only guy working came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for a multivitamin and he first showed me one of those expensive boxes with the packs of 6 pills. I told him I don't like taking pills as it is and couldn't possible swallow that amount of pills every single day. He proceeded to tell me that I could because I only take one at a time and that the all-in-one pills are garbage because they don't give you everything you need and you "pee them out in an hour." I later asked him about the Lean Shake Vanilla, to which he said, mockingly, "I don't drink meal replacement shakes." Hey asshat, you tried to up-sell me multivitamins but u can't sell me a protein shake?!? Oh yeah, he also questioned my service animal after I told him I had one and said I should put her badges on her (which is not required by law). Products: small store, not a huge selection. I went to this store to buy a cleanse. The sales associate talked me into getting a $40 2 day cleanse of the $19.99 14 day cleanse. He said the 2 day cleanse was much more effective because it's liquid. He went on and on about the product. I ended up getting what he suggested instead of what I came in for and was sooooooooooo disappointed. The cleanse did not work AT ALL. I don't think the associate had any real product knowledge, I think he was just trying to push the higher priced item. Now I'm out $40 plus whatever I end up spending on another cleanse. read more

I like to stop by here and pick up vitamins for my husband and me. GNC has really good vitamins and we buy the vitapacks so we don't have to have seven or eight vitamin bottles stuffed in our pantry. The vitapacks contain all the vitamins you need in one easy package that you take daily. The store is convenient and you can get to it easily be parking in the back and walking through the breezeway, that way you avoid all the traffic. read more

Cool little spot, kinda hidden right next to old navy. Every time I go here to get my protein powders or any other supplements Anthony is always very helpful. He helps out with any questions I got and gives you the answers you need to hear, not like those other people at stores that just try to keep it short like you're wasting their time...
