Roll-on: I play a lot of basketball and have bad joints in my feet and ankle and a bad back and also bad left elbow and left shoulder. Lol. Like I'm not sure if it's the CBd in the roll-on or if it's just because it's a roll-on but I feel like the after effect of this CBd one last longer and gives a more muscle relaxing sort of feeling, that last longer almost. I've been taking a full oral drop every night before I go to sleep and omg it truly does help! I've had continuous nights of good solid rest. I also took a few nights without taking any CBd at night and I did feel like I "wasn't ready" to sleep yet. The CBd tincture for sure for sure works great on de-stressing your mind and body and helps relax.. it has to be! My brother started also taking my tincture in the morning. He's a real estate agent and is always stressed lol, so he's been taking in the mornings otw to work and he's been telling me he feels relaxed and ready to take on the day kind of vibe. They have multiple drinks and I have tried a few. My personal favorite is the banana matcha with the banana cold foam. It's delicious, refreshing, and energizing. I also really enjoy the campfire or banana caramel latte. I recommend getting one of their stamp cards. It really saves you money on getting coffee and it is a smart idea to get people to come back. It is a small location and can get tight. But I do hear they are opening up a 2nd location soon. My only note they have small snacks but I wish they had muffins or crescents to be able to grab something on the go. Overall I love the coffee and the staff at Steve's and I will continue to come back.

They have an amazing reward system, though. If you buy two drinks, you get the third for free. I wish that more cafes can incorporate. I really wanted to enjoy their coffee because I've heard so many nice things about it and they have an amazing reward system, but their coffee was below average in quality.
