They are both pretty ice heavy my wife actually finished her coffee before me. Normally when we go to coffee places, it takes a while to finish. Nothing negative to say about the staff--they were awesome and very welcoming. My rating is really just based on the price compared to what I felt I got in terms of flavor. However, please go give them a try. They're super friendly maybe you'll like it more than I did.

I said that's not the discounted price, so she went to walk to the table and scanned the item and it was cheaper when I first bought it. She had to calculate it with the calculator to see how much it would be, and she couldn't still figure it out. Then she told me that price adjustment wouldn't happen because all products are final sale. I said show me a sign that says all items are final sale. Then she took her words back, and then asked another cashier if she is doing it right. The other cashier looked clueless, so she asked someone else to help her do it who is a veteran of that store taught her how to do it. I honestly don't think I will ever shop here again because I always go to Victoria gardens because the workers there know what they are doing. I honestly think the Terra vista needs a new manager or retrain staff members.

The manager then told me they could not sell me the product because I had spoken to the two customers ahead of me. Excuse me? Apparently, having a conversation with another customer now means you somehow become responsible for their purchase. I left feeling like I was being unfairly profiled and discriminated against based solely on the fact that I interacted with the people ahead of me. If there was a legitimate store policy preventing the sale, I would have appreciated someone explaining it clearly instead of making assumptions. Apparently, my money isn't good here because I said hello to the wrong people. If you shop here, apparently the safest strategy is to keep your head down, don't speak to anyone, and definitely don't interact with anyone purchasing alcohol. You never know when the cashier or manager will decide you're suddenly part of their transaction. I have shopped here without problems before, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
