It seemed that there are always deals going on various supplements in the store. They are really good folks and their customer service is amazing. In fact if you don't need any supplements or if the person thinks that you can save money by making your own supplements they will let you know and not just persuade you to buy their products. Irvins helped me get started by doing a form evaluation taking bmi and asking me what my goals were. Once that was established the nutrition value is so important he told gave me a list of foods that I could and could not eat. Also provided me with supplements to try out and see what best worked for me. He truly understood my needs. But needless to say after a week of eating right. Taking shakes and eating. 6 meals a day.
