Amazing! I'll never go anywhere else! Was sent her by a friend who visited the Temecula location and loved her new preworkout. I've been looking for knowledgeable service and better quality product than the run of the mill nutrition shops and PURE NUTRITION exceeded my expectations! So friendly and well informed! Left with a new powder and excited to come back and try more! I'll suggest this place to any and everyone looking for great quality, affordable products and amazing customer service! Thank you! read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I've been here multiple times and have gotten the best advice when it comes to picking the right supplements. Even the service over the phone was very professional and caring. They really care and ask the best questions when it came to what I was looking for. Sylvester was awesome when it came to helping me out. Now that I'm getting older I was looking for some sups that would help my joints. With a call and a visit to the store I got a great recommendation and I look forward to continuing my training. Thank you guys for your help. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. read more

Great customer service and the staff is really knowledgeable. I visited this location after taking a yoga class and I opted to take a free body analysis and I must say, that it was right on point. I ended up going back 2 days later and got the Vanquish Intense Thermogenic. I need something like this, so hopefully it works for me. I like how the associated take their time and really explain the product.....I will definitely go back again! read more

I am a active personality with a crush on fitness. I always buy my supplements from Amazon(usually). But, I should probably add this place in my list to buy supplements. It seemed that there are always deals going on various supplements in the store. They are really good folks and their customer service is amazing. In fact if you don't need any supplements or if the person thinks that you can save money by making your own supplements they will let you know and not just persuade you to buy their products. I have no idea the person who was showing me the products at the store was the owner or manager or just a regular employee but he was very humble and honest and had a great attitude towards their customers. We had a great time at the yelp event but also their partners in the event including this Nutritional Shop was awesome. read more

HORRIBLE !!! This places closes and opens when they feel like. We arrived at around 11am and had this sign and it took them forever to come back. Then next time they closed at 4:49pm when it clearly says 6pm. I even called to confirm with the young man earlier. Arrived and closed. If the owner verifies the cameras they lost a good 7 customers today. They aren't going to last with service like this read more

Today was my first visit to Pure Nutrition on Magnolia primarily because it is local family run business. However, I'll be returning because Sylvester is attentive and clearly well versed in nutrition theory. Great customer service and products. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Pure Nutrition in Riverside has the best customer service. I've been trying to lose weight and was looking for solutions with great results. Irvins helped me get started by doing a form evaluation taking bmi and asking me what my goals were. Once that was established the nutrition value is so important he told gave me a list of foods that I could and could not eat. Also provided me with supplements to try out and see what best worked for me. He truly understood my needs. But needless to say after a week of eating right. Taking shakes and eating. 6 meals a day. I've lost 2 pounds in one week and 2 inches off my waist. Ladies and gentlemen and I'm extremely happy with my results. Can't wait to see more results. Thanks Irvins! read more

I went to pure nutrition for the simple fact that they carry the brand that my son uses currently. My son was getting ready to deploy in a few days and I was getting him stocked up on his favorite protein before he left. The salesman Alex was very helpful and showed me all of the types of protein that my son was looking for. He Let me know that they could even order flavors that they didn't have in stock. He gave me an array of samples. Alex was nice enough to even give my son a T-shirt (which he loved, not to mention it reminds him of home)because he's in the military. He even gave me his military discount!! Pure nutrition is the best!! I'll be back soon for more! Thank you again Pure Nutrition for making this Navy Mom very happy! read more

All I have to say is WOW! Came in to give this shop a try because my friend Jonathan raves about it. I'm not very experienced when it comes to the nutritional/supplemental world and I'm so happy I decided to come in and give it a try. My partner and I walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile and a gentleman/owner named Sylvester. He was extremely helpful and provided us with a wealth of knowledge. He made us feel comfortable as he educated us on various items within the store. I look forward to trying a few of the samples he sent us home with and will definitely make this my new one stop shop for my healthy options. The hubby & I were in search of a nutrition shop that had more variety than the minimal choices Nutrishop has and more knowledgeable staff than at the Vitamin Shoppe. We searched and found Pure Nutrition! Not only were Conan & Sylvester super knowledge about the products in their store, they were extremely professional, helpful & friendly. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything & Conan was very patient with all our questions! If you're wondering if this shop is legit, I 100% assure you, it is! Also, because were were first time clients, they threw in a free shaker & offered us a free drink/food item! That was just cherry on top! These brothers/owners take pride in their shop and it shows through their attention to detail & unmatched customer service! We will definitely be return clients! read more

Best nutrition store ever! Shout out to Irvins, Sylvester and Alex for always being so kind and generous! They have everything you need as far as supplements go and they also back up each of their brands. They won't sell brands they don't believe in, which I totally respect. If you have any questions on any supplements, these guys are super knowledgeable and will give you great recommendations. I myself, enter in fitness competitions, but am currently on my "off season". I trust them with the supps they recommend that, all of which ensure I optimize my time off. Pure nutrition also carries a meal prep line, which is super convenient when you don't have time to cook!
