I went to GNC on December 1st, 2025. Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped right away.

Worker posted a sign for a 10 minute break and locked the store . Stood outside for 30 minutes for a delivery pick up . When the worker finally came to the door he looked high as a kite . Do better GNC . read more

Go to any other location if you order online. Twice I have had an issue with online orders and them not having my order available. Was in store for 30 mins figuring it out and a total of 35 mins on the phone with the store and customer service. Employees in store seemed not to really understand what was going on and marked me down as a pick up while checking for my order. Just seemed like the manager did not train the employees well. GNC did end up shipping my order for free but it will take 3-5 business days. Phone customer service was awesome! What a hassle to just get some protein. read more

I've been a patron of this GNC location for years. I went here today for vitamins and an associate named Nick was absurdly pushy with me about getting a pro membership. Not only did I specify multiple times today at approximately 3:30pm that I was entirely uninterested in the prospect of purchasing a pro membership, I explain that I understood and comprehended his unnecessary explanation of basic math, I also specifically mentioned having a spending problem and was entirely ignored. Typically this is the point at which I would ask of an employer that they do better, however, if Nick is even moderately representative of the quality of individuals GNC is employing: I am only elated that I'll never be purchasing another product of theirs or any product from GNC, be it online or at a brick and mortar location. 2 stars because there were no vermin or insects. read more

I wouldn't say I was helped by Alexis but he was definitely the one that rung me up. I had to stand awkwardly at the counter for 3 minutes while he disinfected his hands and psyched himself up to do the job he gets paid to do. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, he radiated an angry gen z robot aura as he gave me his rehearsed speech about the rewards I could be getting. He was warm to the other guests that were leaving the store(the ones that didn't even buy anything), he was downright giddy when his coworker came in, but you could tell he hated every second interacting with me by his annoyed yet deadpan expression. I'm glad I could leave the store so his day could get better, must suck for people to expect a service from you. read more

Went in for ONE thing. Protein powder the girl working was so damn pushy!!! Pressed me to take advantage of their buy two get one free promo so bad that I left with nothing! She refused to take no for an answer. Infuriating! I will never go here again. Major turn off when the pressure is so bad you feel uncomfortable and disrespected. read more

I use to be an employee here at gnc for 8 months I am going to write why my experience with GNC was so horrible on here because Google deleted mine. Working with Nick was the worst time I have ever spent on the clock with a manager. He is controlling judge mental micromanages you and hates it when we try to get your opinion in. He will also force pro memberships down peoples throats and if you don't want it or disagree with him he will make you horrible and give you the worst experience at GNC. I have called off many times just because I didn't want to be around him because he was so negative. He treated staff horrible he treated me horrible he was also embarrassed me in front of customers. I'm so glad I no longer work there and don't have to deal with his sexual creepy jokes or his aggressive attitude towards customers and coworkers. Went in looking for a product I have bought at GNC and used for years. I asked the lady where I would find it (to make it easier than browsing the whole store myself) and she first asked what it was. I described the product and she said "No we don't have that." I said I had bought it at GNC before and asked if she could check for me or if they had the supplement in a different brand. She quickly goes "Sorry maybe you bought that years ago. I told you we don't have it." I had no patience to stay and browse the store for a typical supplement and went to Vitamin Shoppe instead. read more

Horrible customer service from an associate Nick. Asked questions and seemed to be bothering him. Couldn't even make a recommendation when I asked. The shorter white guy with the blonde hair had s much info to give the employees. I really loved how he not only told you what his suggestions were to help each person's goals, but what ingredients in the products helped specifically and why. He was extremely animated and informative! I really appreciated that he was so involved and had a good attitude, moreover that he was spilling all this info without being condescending or pushy. I've been looking for RoxyLean for a while. I'd used it years ago and The Vitamin Shoppe doesn't carry anymore. They had a good deal on this item which included a bottle of Zeto for free. I had called the day before and the guy put one on the side for me. As soon as we walked in the employees acknowledged me and asked if I needed assistance. The guy who helped me was Byron and I was satisfied with the service at this location. read more
