Ive been going here consistently for supplements for about a year now and the service is friendly and helpful! I know that you could save a few bucks buying online but they price match. However, I've never had to price match since the price difference between in-store and anything online is only a difference of a few dollars and I won't hassle anyone over a few bucks. The selection of protein and preworkout isn't as vast nor extensive as some shops but all their stuff is reputable. Overall, I'd rather spend my money here at a smaller owned shop where there aren't a bunch of bros pushing random products at me or trying to converse with me. Also, he threw a couple of pre work out samples in my bag. Nice! Seems to have the lowest prices of all the local GNC's. I might have found a hidden gem. REVIEW REBOOT: After my most recent interaction with Bhatti, older employee wearing Jay's name tag, I have decided not to give my business to this GNC. Rudeness is a choice and unnecessary. 'I don't know' is not an answer. And incompetence is not a skill set. I'm always nice and give everyone at least one chance. But my kindness is not weakness. I have always been a little reluctant of vitamins and "natural" healing but when I went into the store for some special requirements Jay was very polite, accomodating and most of all knowldegable. I felt no pressure to buy and he gave me a range of options to choose from. With so many products availble and so many choices, it really helps to speak with someone who has an in depth knowledge. My girlfriend, Jennie, and I walked into this GNC about two weeks ago to buy some plant based meal replacement protein for herself and some recovery powder for myself. We both walked in knowing what brand we wanted. We were immediately greeted by the manager of the store, Jay, and he was immediately friendly and receptive of our questions. We normally know what we want and where it is at, but this is a new GNC so we, naturally, had to ask where the items we wanted were. Jennie found what she wanted without even having to ask and my brand wasn't actually available in this store, but Jay pointed me to a very good recovery powder mix that wasn't exactly the right carb to protein ratio for a cyclist (4 to 1 ratio is optimal apparently), but was full of BCAA's and tons of of other great fats and other thing to help with recovery. He correctly pointed out that I probably eat a load of carbs within an hour of my workouts, so the ratio isn't that important as long as I'm grubbing those carbs down, which I am! I enjoy the supplement he recommended and it tastes insanely good when mixed with almond milk or my favorite combo: 50/50 beet juice and tart cherry juice! It does the job well and I couldn't be more satisfied, at least that I know of! Jay even hooked Jennie and I up with some free protein bars that were out of this world delicious! I absolutely love GNC and have been a loyal customer for years. That being said, I won't be back to this store... I was the only customer in the store and I asked the clerk if they had a specific protein bar. Without looking up from his phone, he told me that what was out was all they had.really dude...If he had glanced up from his phone, he would have seen the whole stand of the exact bar I was looking for directly in front of his register. read more

Horrible. I went here to buy a supplement recommended to me by my big bro. Guy at the front desk ignores me as I walk in, and ignores me more as I wander the store, looking for that supplement. This is okay with me because I actually prefer to be left alone to browse a little. I find what I'm looking for, and notice they have 8 or 9 in raspberry lemonade flavor..(i was looking for cherry or grape). I ask the guy at the desk on his MAC if they have any other flavors besides that, and after a moment of rude silence, he says "no thats all we got". I stand there for a minute asking myself if I really wanted to drive all the way to the other side of mo val to check the other GNC for just one stinkin grape or cherry flavor. The answer was no, so I take the supplement to the counter, wait there in more rude silence while this guy finishes whatever the hell he's doing on his MAC so that he could ring me up. I usually don't come on here and review but I had gone to every GNC to look for a preworkout and they didn't have it. I called and Jay said they had it they close at 7:00 but google said 7:30 and he waited for me until I got there and then when I was there someone called and said he'd wait for them to get there. Franchise store, not corporate. Not the friendliest place. The owner seems very bored or pissed off, depending on the day. Just prefer a corporate store when it comes to GNC. The new store up on Trautwein next to Panda...much friendlier and more helpful. read more

Hands down one of my favorite Gnc's to go to. I might have to drive a little further to get here but I don't mind. Came here with a friend and we both were getting ready to take our workout game to another level. We looked up different supplements, proteins, and products that could help us out, but the guy at the register helped us more than what we could have hoped for. He asked us what we wanted, and after listening to us and the research we had done. He told us of what could be helpful, how one product could help us more in the longer run and so on.
