Wow words cannot express how grateful I am I ran into this shop and it's owner. I came in because I've been having a hard time sleeping and wanted to fix the issue. I called in and the owner let me know about a product he carries specifically for rest and recovery. When I walked in he was extremely welcoming and recognized my voice and had the product set aside we talked for a while I told him besides my sleep what I wanted to achieve with my fitness, he said let's fix your sleep first then we'll work on everything else. I really liked that. I told him how I was going through some stressful times and we shared similar experiences he made me feel like I was talking to a good friend. He recommended some great books to read and welcomed me to his training facility and gave me a free trial. Saw three other customers walk in while I was there thanking him for the progress they had been making in the gym and picking up they're supplements. This guys is a gift sent down from the iron gods. This review is for the Healthy Body Nutrition gym. I visited the gym on Saturday (06/23/2018) around 9:30 PM. The gym is about 30 minutes from my house and I will definitely be a regular customer here. This is the perfect gym for the bodybuilder/powerlifter enthusiast or competitor. All the right equipment with the perfect ambiance to go along with it. This is the epitome of a gym, not a fitness club such as LA Fitness or Fitness 19. The owner Mike greeted me when I walked in and gave me a quick rundown of the gym. Customer service isn't the right word... passion is. It is clear that he cares about the customers and his gym. He is also well versed in different types of training methods and supplements which is great for anyone that needs some input. I was thoroughly impressed to see that the gym is equipped with not only the traditional pulley attachments but also ones that are hard to find such as MAG attachments (https://www.maxagrip.com/). These are awesome for hitting different parts of the back. The gym even has an arm blaster too! You won't find a gym like this in the area and the best thing about it is it's open 24 hours! I mean that literally too! The gym has a staff member on location around the clock! Every single aspect was thought about in the planning of this gym, from the location of the equipment to the placement of the mirrors. I will be purchasing an annual membership and do everything within my power to promote this gym! Thank you for brining a gym of this kind to our area...
