He advised me to visit the Nutrishop location in Chino Hills, where I was granted my refund in the original form of payment by store owner, Tom Taylor. Tom Taylor explained to me that at his location, refunds are granted in the original form of payment, and you can even receive a refund for an item used once or twice. Visit the Chino Hills location! NEVER visit the Eastvale location, I mean, look at the other reviews regarding the return loopholes owner Sabrina Enriquez has put other customers through. I am so grateful for corporate's professionalism regarding this unfortunate situation. Fitness is important and unfortunately, people like to capitalize off of others insecurities. Sabrina, I hope this situation serves as a wake up call surrounding your treatment towards customers. As I see that other have shared too I gave this place 3 tries, never going back due the poor quality of customer value they have. I spent a good amount on whey, creatine, preworkout, supplements, took their recommendations over $100 the times I have gone. I go in after their recommendations a week later to redo my scan and they said I cannot take it without buying a supplement or paying $5. The next time I came in and restocked they offered me a shirt, cool, didnt have my size so I said next time. Next time I go in and let them know& they said no, you only spent $50 and its a minimum of $80. No thanks, I am good. Compared to other supplement shops that are not as stingy or strict with even the scan. Went to Nutrishop in Eastvale not really knowing what I was looking for or needed. Met the owner Mark and explained to him that I needed an "I'm getting old,man starter kit" or something to help with low energy levels, mental focus and just overall well being. Within seconds Mark grabbed 2 bottles off the wall and explained in detail how it work and how I could take them. Also asked for fat burning supps since I was there and he recommended two more items and again clearly explained the science and expected effect. Iv started coming here for a year now and i love it. Mark and Mia are always so welcoming and nice whenever I come in and help me on any questions I have or any products that I need. I have tried a lot of the products and pre workouts here and they work amazingly in the gym. I see a big difference with my workouts and focus and i love that. I went to this Nutri shop location in Eastvale yesterday. I called earlier to get a in body machine reading. I walked in and the girl at the desk looked me up in her system. She said, I will not charge you 5.00 this time. You have to purchase items once a month to get this service free. I told her I spent about 100.00 one week ago in here. I told her don't you think your price gouging me and this is poor customer service to loyal customers. She should not of even had this conversation with me. I felt taken advantages of and scammed. I told her the guy told me over the phone I am good and come on in! I will never buy from this Nutri shop location again. I went to the one in Norco and they are hospitable and fair. They saw I was a regular customer and charged me nothing. They even told me this service is provided free by them and it's great customer relations.
