Came in for my free $10 for my birthday, was looking to get a new pre-workout that I haven't tried before since I normally use Wrkethk. Instead of trying to help all the guy did was suggest nutrishop brand items. Went to use my $10 and he told me I could only use it on Nutrishop brand items which the email ANY NON SALE ITEM. He would not honor it. I normally go to the nutrishop in Eastvale and when I buy more then $80 worth of stuff they give me a shaker or a t-shirt and best of all they are about finding the best overall product for you not trying to just push their products. I'll drive the extra 10min to eastvale next time.

This is the BEST supplement store in town!! I always come here to reup on my supps every month or so while also getting my Inbody scan to see where my progress stands. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by and check out their products which are all of the highest quality and the best brands! Customer service is great and always friendly! Ok so I'm one of those picky people that only like certain things and may I say this place is awesome! I love a certain brand and flavor of their protein and they manage to special order for me every time! So about a week ago, I came in this shop for the first time. The owner was super rude about her closing early for Memorial Day but it was rude in a way that's like fake nice. The fake nice that you KNOW she's doing on purpose. And I went in again today and was rudely told I had to buy something to use the scale because "that's how we pay for the scale obviously"when every other location I've been to has been totally okay with using without buying anything. I'm not mad about having to buy something either, its just the way I was told that was disrespectful. It also straight up smells like pee in there. Definitely going to start going to the one in Glendora even though I live down the street from this one. Worst experience ever. I'm a retail worker as well and I have NEVER been that rude with a customer in my life despite being screamed at multiple times. Never going here again. Ridiculous. read more

I love this shop. I have been to other shops but the customer service is phenomenal here. I walked in the other day looking for a stim free product to replace my preworkout and the young lady at the shop was very helpful and sweet also super informative. I gave one star for the simple fact that I love Nutrishop and we are there just about every month. I refuse to go to this location. Although there is a male who works there and he does help. He helped my husband out a lot. The lady there who goes in with her young child does NOT like to help females. She does not know anything about the products and if you ask her a question regarding what to do to help target specific areas of the body to get better results she does not like to help. I went in (same day item was purchased) to exchange it and she said the money went back in to my card. Three days later and nothing so I called and it was a hassle to say the least. ON TOP of being charged TWICE for the same product. This store is a hassle and is just there to sell their items. I strongly recommend the Nutrishop on Foothill and San Antonio in Upland. They are amazing, eager to help, have amazing deals and take the time to get to know you and your specific needs. read more

Do not go here!! I was double charged for supplements and the manager refused to make it right. She told me it was not her fault and that I would have to take it up with my bank. This kind of business practice and poor customer service is not ok!! Save yourself the double payments (supplements are expensive enough). There are plenty of other nutri shops around. Go to one that values your business ...this is NOT the one! read more

Not everyone has the time or budget to spend money every single day just to access something that was originally told to me as being included. He was rude and pretty much looked at me like "you're shit outa luck". The inconsistency in information and the way it was communicated was disappointing. I was really looking forward to becoming a regular here, but this experience made me reconsider. Clear and consistent customer policies matter -- especially when it comes to membership perks.

I have never been treated like this at any other Aldi in years. We have shopped at Aldi every single week for as long as I can remember and have never been treated like that. On top of all of this, this store has been the worst when it comes to cleanliness, it is extremely unkept and food is left out. The worst though would be the attitude of the employee with whom I dealt with. The items were bought on 4/25 around 8pm and we returned them on 4/27 around 8pm. We will never go back to this store location ever again. It is absolutely disgusting and the treatment we received was completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Would be no stars or negative stars if possible. Do not go here. Go instead to another Aldi as there are a few others around that are really nice and the employees are nice.

Recently I stopped into Nutrishop North Fontana to look into purchasing supplements as I am starting on my fitness journey. Off the bat I was greated by friendly staff. Often it can be intimidating walking into a supplement shop. I wasn't quite sure what to purchase or the best options for supplements to incorporate into my transformation journey. I was assisted by Ancira (owner) who made my experience extremely comfortable. Ancira took the time to ask me about my goals and diet to make the best recommendations for me. Not only was I provided with great customer service and supplement recommendations but I also had the opportunity to do an In-Body scan. The In-Body scan showed me my true numbers, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass etc.. doing the in-body scan gave me an idea of where I can be if I stay on track to achieve my goals. Nutrishop often has monthly specials. I took advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free which is such a great deal. I ended up purchasing: BuckedUp Keto Protein, creatine monohydrate, Merk pre-workout and Laxodren. My over all experience: 5 star Customer service: 5 star Price point: the sale was such a good deal! Too good to pass. I highly recommend Nutrishop North Fontana to anyone looking for quality supplements, great deals and stellar customer service. I go to Nutrishop almost every two weeks to stock up on Pro7 for my husband and I and I just read the review that Lovely B posted towards the staff, I have dealt with Katie and she is wonderful. Every time that we go to get our supplements she is always welcoming, she ask about our progress (she knows that we are training), she also has written a meal plan for us that is working out greatly. She knows her supplements and she listens to what you have to say. "She practices what she preaches," we have seen her in the gym, my husband and I trust her with our supplement needs. Katie is a great asset to the Nutrishop team. Don't let one bad comment ruin a GREAT supplement store. read more

I am a fairly new customer to Nutrishop North Fontana and I can't say anything but positive things about this place. It is not only very clean and well stocked, the customer service is excellent. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way from the in body machine and advice on products, meal plans and hydration without being pushy to buy. Mike gave me information on all products that I could benefit from and was always encouraging and motivating through my first weight loss challenge with them. Mike is great at what he does and was a big part of me taking 3rd place overall in the challenge. read more

If you want quality products and are SERIOUS about achieving your fitness goals than Nutrishop is the place to start. Their staff is very knowledgeable about the products and will even take the time to help you out with a diet plan and health goals. Unlike your everyday stores like GNC these guys don't just push the flavor of the week on you. They took me through what products I needed, how to take them and when to take them. I am a big fan of this Nutrishop North Fontana location. I buy my natures fruits, natures vegetables and natures fuel and mix it in water ever morning to drink it. It keeps me healthy and it tastes great! Not to mention the people that work at this location are friendly and helpful! read more
