So disappointed! Their door states they open at 9am, I showed up at 9:43am for a pick up order I placed online for 9:45am, and doors locked, but a young lady kindly opens the door and says "we aren't open yet" and if I could come back in 30 mins. I let her know I have an order for pick up at 9:45am and another employee, Elijah, states it's not ready and continued working on other orders they placed. Not sure why they have business hours they don't honor and allow online order that they can't fulfill! Really disappointed and was excited to start my meal preps here ...again, but I guess they don't care to have the business, so I'll take my money elsewhere. I wanted something healthy and ready to eat meal since I have been so busy with the newborn and work. The inside is spacious and quiet to dine in. I saw this location on Yelp with great reviews and decided to try it. We ordered the Keto-Steak 'n Eggs & Garlic Herb Meal. The food was good, but portions was so small for the price I am paying for. The whole process was quick, and simple. Kudos to Kevin who helped me out. Great customer service and helpful. Ordered 9 meals and they were made as I waited about 20 minutes. The food is made without any seed oils, except for a couple sauces. This is the best meal prep service I've come across in the Inland Empire and I've used several. Great options, hours of operation, delivery available, and many meal customizations. There's also an app and rewards program. Really awesome! You can also just come in, order and dine in if you want. The food here is good...WHEN you can get it. I've been ordering here for YEARS, but the availability of food over the past year has been really bad. Literally every weekend when I place my order, they call me on Sunday morning to let me know they are out of at least one item. This is very frustrating. I've been ordering from here for three years now. I don't know what's changed but it's gone down hill significantly in the past few months. I've reached out with pictures of completely burnt chicken. Over $200 in meals that were completely inedible. No response. The chicken wouldn't go on a fork- it would just crumble it was so overcooked. I've also thrown away a number of meals because it's questionable whether the chicken is fully cooked. Most of my orders the last couple months couldn't be completed as ordered because they've run out of main ingredients. I have no problem altering my order to something else but it's done with zero effort. Today my order was supposed to have two garlic chicken meals which come with roasted potatoes. They ran out of the garlic sauce so I asked them to please substitute the meals with chicken teriyaki meals. They just substituted the sauce. So I have roasted potatoes with teriyaki sauce. This isn't the first time they've handled running out of ingredients this way- absolutely no effort. I requested a refund and got no response. It's unfortunate because they did have a good operation going for a while but it's just taken a complete turn. The lack of response twice now is quite telling as a longtime customer. read more

This morning, I was so looking forward to eating the veggie scramble only to find out it's missing the EGGS! Mixed feelings about this place. Food I ordered was good. Got grilled chicken, broccoli., and lime rice. The rice was too limey for me but my mom loved it. So just a preference. The girl that helped me was super nice and friendly. Was just disappointed that outside there was a sign that said there was a sample meal. So when I asked her she said they don't do that. And I didn't get mad just wondering why they have a sign outside saying that. Then when you check in on Yelp it says you can get a free meal. Me and my partner have been using prepLIFE for a little over a year. We actually switched over from a different meal prep business because we loved how flavorful the food was and how easy it was to preorder and pick up meals. Usually we will order our meals in the morning for pick up later in the afternoon so there's plenty of time for our order to be completed and until recently haven't come across any issues. However the last few weeks pick up has been very disappointing. Last weekend we did our usual order in the morning and pickup later in the afternoon but when we arrived our food wasn't ready, it took an extra hour and a half after our scheduled pick up for food to be ready. Today's experience was somehow even worse. We get to prepLIFE an hour after scheduled pick up time and find out that once again our food isn't ready. We go to grab dinner and come back an hour later and still our food isn't ready. We ended up waiting in our car for another hour until our food was ready. I can understand being busy but we waited an extra 3 hours after our scheduled pick up. What's the point of ordering food in advance if it won't even be ready until hours later? This is the second time we've run into issues with our food being ready on time and we wasted so much of our day waiting for food when this meal prep service is supposed to be saving us time. Highly disappointed, hoping this issue gets fixed asap. read more

I did not find out until I got home, and two of my guests had almost nothing to eat and certainly not the $18 or $19 a plate of food worth. I immediately called the place, and the phone just rang. No one answered, and the voice mail was left 3 times with no return phone call. I them immediately sent an email to the email listen and shockingly received no response back even though we sent Pictures of the meal and the receipt. I gave them more than a week to respond, so here I am letting you know beware of the product you purchase from here because you may not be able to hear from them again. Came here a second time to try a different meal since my last review 2 years ago. I got the marinara meal with ground turkey. I didn't get the actual macros for this meal like i thought they would provide so I can't track my meal. My complaint last time was that my food was cold. It's cold again. Again I eat in my car so I had to eat cold pasta and meat. I probably won't be back again. Very disappointed. Online it gives you an average of what the macros may be depending on what protein you select but doesn't actually give you the correct macros so you can track is that's something you need.
