I have been ordering from here for more than a year and over the last 6 months they have gone down hill! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! When you leave a voicemail no one ever calls you back. The website is always changing, before it was easy through the app, now I have to go through a different sign in to get in the website. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CHICKEN BREASTS. which is insane that's the number one wanted item in preps. If they don't have a certain item they bring it upon themselves to substitute to whatever they want, which happens often. I think it may be time to find a new prep place. read more

So disappointed! Their door states they open at 9am, I showed up at 9:43am for a pick up order I placed online for 9:45am, and doors locked, but a young lady kindly opens the door and says "we aren't open yet" and if I could come back in 30 mins. I let her know I have an order for pick up at 9:45am and another employee, Elijah, states it's not ready and continued working on other orders they placed. Not sure why they have business hours they don't honor and allow online order that they can't fulfill! Really disappointed and was excited to start my meal preps here ...again, but I guess they don't care to have the business, so I'll take my money elsewhere. I wanted something healthy and ready to eat meal since I have been so busy with the newborn and work. The inside is spacious and quiet to dine in. I saw this location on Yelp with great reviews and decided to try it. We ordered the Keto-Steak 'n Eggs & Garlic Herb Meal. The food was good, but portions was so small for the price I am paying for. Second week of ordering meal preps. This time I did it in person instead of the app. Nothing wrong with the app. Just decided to go in this time. Ordered 9 meals. The whole process was quick, and simple. Kudos to Kevin who helped me out. Great customer service and helpful. Ordered 9 meals and they were made as I waited about 20 minutes. The food is made without any seed oils, except for a couple sauces. This is the best meal prep service I've come across in the Inland Empire and I've used several. Great options, hours of operation, delivery available, and many meal customizations. There's also an app and rewards program. Really awesome! You can also just come in, order and dine in if you want. I've been ordering from here for three years now. I don't know what's changed but it's gone down hill significantly in the past few months. I've reached out with pictures of completely burnt chicken. Over $200 in meals that were completely inedible. No response. The chicken wouldn't go on a fork- it would just crumble it was so overcooked. I've also thrown away a number of meals because it's questionable whether the chicken is fully cooked. Most of my orders the last couple months couldn't be completed as ordered because they've run out of main ingredients. I have no problem altering my order to something else but it's done with zero effort. Today my order was supposed to have two garlic chicken meals which come with roasted potatoes. They ran out of the garlic sauce so I asked them to please substitute the meals with chicken teriyaki meals. They just substituted the sauce. So I have roasted potatoes with teriyaki sauce. This isn't the first time they've handled running out of ingredients this way- absolutely no effort. I requested a refund and got no response. It's unfortunate because they did have a good operation going for a while but it's just taken a complete turn. The lack of response twice now is quite telling as a longtime customer. read more

Me and my partner have been using prepLIFE for a little over a year. We actually switched over from a different meal prep business because we loved how flavorful the food was and how easy it was to preorder and pick up meals. Usually we will order our meals in the morning for pick up later in the afternoon so there's plenty of time for our order to be completed and until recently haven't come across any issues. However the last few weeks pick up has been very disappointing. Last weekend we did our usual order in the morning and pickup later in the afternoon but when we arrived our food wasn't ready, it took an extra hour and a half after our scheduled pick up for food to be ready. Today's experience was somehow even worse. We get to prepLIFE an hour after scheduled pick up time and find out that once again our food isn't ready. We go to grab dinner and come back an hour later and still our food isn't ready. We ended up waiting in our car for another hour until our food was ready. I can understand being busy but we waited an extra 3 hours after our scheduled pick up. What's the point of ordering food in advance if it won't even be ready until hours later? This is the second time we've run into issues with our food being ready on time and we wasted so much of our day waiting for food when this meal prep service is supposed to be saving us time. Highly disappointed, hoping this issue gets fixed asap. read more

We ordered four meals from here on the 15th of the month, and two of the meals hardly had any food in them. I did not find out until I got home, and two of my guests had almost nothing to eat and certainly not the $18 or $19 a plate of food worth. I immediately called the place, and the phone just rang. No one answered, and the voice mail was left 3 times with no return phone call. I them immediately sent an email to the email listen and shockingly received no response back even though we sent Pictures of the meal and the receipt. Came here a second time to try a different meal since my last review 2 years ago. I got the marinara meal with ground turkey. I didn't get the actual macros for this meal like i thought they would provide so I can't track my meal. My complaint last time was that my food was cold. It's cold again. Again I eat in my car so I had to eat cold pasta and meat. I probably won't be back again. Very disappointed. Online it gives you an average of what the macros may be depending on what protein you select but doesn't actually give you the correct macros so you can track is that's something you need. It was my first time trying this place out so I was super excited! The place is about 7 min away from me so that made it even better! It was super easy to find. My first impression when I walked in was that it was clean. Two guys were cooking/preparing orders and they looked like they were working hard. The reason for the low stars: I walked towards the cashier and was looking at the menus. The girl came up and asked if she can help me (not sounding very happy to help tho lol) so I excitedly tell her "Hi! I want to try the meals for 4 days! I've been looking for a place. I think I'll try different ones. They all sound delicious!" Let me tell you, the worse thing someone can do when someone is excited is not provide an answer and just look at them. Which is what she did. Immediately my energy level came down and I felt rushed to order and get out of her way. I picked any 4. She then said it would be abt 20 minutes. So I said ok, I'll go and come back. I left and came back about 35 minutes later. I walked in and she said "They're working on your food now" I said ok thank you. I got my food and left. NOTE: The person that helps you/takes your order is most of the time the first interaction a customer will have. It is SUPER important that the person is great at customer service. Atleast try and fake it a bit if needed and maybe suggest some of the popular items to help someone that's new there. The person at the cashier needs to learn customer service skills. I've been in customer service and even when I had bad days I knew how to treat customers with a nice attitude because it's not their fault that I was not having a good day.
