It was my first time trying this place out so I was super excited! The place is about 7 min away from me so that made it even better! It was super easy to find. My first impression when I walked in was that it was clean. Two guys were cooking/preparing orders and they looked like they were working hard. The reason for the low stars: I walked towards the cashier and was looking at the menus. The girl came up and asked if she can help me (not sounding very happy to help tho lol) so I excitedly tell her "Hi! I want to try the meals for 4 days! I've been looking for a place. I think I'll try different ones. They all sound delicious!" Let me tell you, the worse thing someone can do when someone is excited is not provide an answer and just look at them. Which is what she did. Immediately my energy level came down and I felt rushed to order and get out of her way. I picked any 4. She then said it would be abt 20 minutes. So I said ok, I'll go and come back. I left and came back about 35 minutes later. I walked in and she said "They're working on your food now" I said ok thank you. I got my food and left. NOTE: The person that helps you/takes your order is most of the time the first interaction a customer will have. It is SUPER important that the person is great at customer service. Atleast try and fake it a bit if needed and maybe suggest some of the popular items to help someone that's new there. The person at the cashier needs to learn customer service skills. I've been in customer service and even when I had bad days I knew how to treat customers with a nice attitude because it's not their fault that I was not having a good day. FOOD: The food is well packaged. Portions are good. So far I have tried the tri-trip with potatoes and zucchini. It was good. Today I am trying the teriyaki chicken. read more

Really enjoyed the food and convinence of ordering and picking up. Once or twice they messed up on one meal but I called and they credited my account for a replacement. Be prepared to wait even if you place an order online for pickup at a certain time. Ordered 1 pound tri tip, 1 pound chicken breast, and 1lb potatoes for pick up at 1pm. When I arrived to pick it up and was told they are still waiting on my chicken and it would take another 10 minutes. Went back in 10 minutes later, and was told it would take another 10 minutes. My order was done at 1:45pm. There was no communication to me prior to my arrival that it would not be done and on top of it, they were about to hand me my order without it being done due to lack of communication among each other and not double checking that everything was in the order. I suggest calling ahead to make sure your order is on schedule and always double check your bag before leaving as you could be missing some things. I bought meal preps from here consistently every week for about 4 months. Ordering 10+ meals each time. Initially, it was great. I loved that you're able to customize your meals and order through an app. The convenience of ordering made it easy to stick to. However, over time I started to notice inconsistencies. I would request certain seasonings and my meals would either have VERY light seasoning on only ONE side or they wouldn't season it all. Which sucks because chicken can be pretty bland without seasonings. Sometimes they even added different seasonings than what I requested. Other times it was perfectly fine. But the inconsistencies kept happening more and more as time went on which ultimately led me to stop ordering from here. That & the lack of punctuality. The meals were almost never ready at the time I chose. It started happening so frequently that I began to choose times 1 hour earlier than the time I actually was going to pick up after work. Also, if you're looking to keep track of your macros this place probably isn't for you. There's no way to see the EXACT amount of calories, protein, & carbs you are consuming. If you know how do that on your own then this won't be a problem. Personally, I used different apps to try to calculate approximately how many calories I was consuming but then again that was only an estimate. Overall, the place is clean and ordering is super easy. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is trying to keep track of their macros or someone who likes consistently. read more
