The line moved quickly, about 20 minutes, and I ordered two dozen donut holes for $5.50 to share at work. Did you know it takes 4 donut holes to equal a whole donut? So enjoy 1-2 with your morning coffee or tea, then 1-2 later with the afternoon energy slump, and you're golden! She stated that she would notify someone, but no one ever came to our table, and we observed her continue with other duties without following up. Given that it was Father's Day, this was especially disappointing, as it prevented my family and me from enjoying what should have been a special breakfast outing. Ultimately, we decided to leave without ordering and informed the hostess of the situation. She apologized, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. This appears to be a management and service issue rather than an isolated mistake. While I appreciate the hostess's professionalism, the lack of communication and attention from the serving staff was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return. Management doesn't even respond to these reviews which speaks volume.
