Placed by ordered went to pick up. Nia is standing there listening to a customer explain what he wants while holding a bread. I don't see my order in the pick up area so I asked if my order was ready since she wasn't making any sandwiches she said they just received it and they will get it ready. I knew that wasn't the fact since my paper was already in front of the station. Well she continues to help the other employees and makes the sandwich that was ordered after mine and then proceeds to give my order to another employee and walks away. Used to come here all the time. Ever since they released the "Gyros" I think they're in over their head. Made the mistake of coming here tonight. Rudy helped us. He was very nice helping us order. We arrived with a few other customers and Rudy was the only one working so we had to wait a while, which we didn't have a problem doing. I came to this Jimmy John's today for lunch. I had what I thought was a simple request, sub out the provolone cheese in my sandwich for cheddar cheese. The cashier told me there would be an extra charge for substituting the cheese. I know this is not Subway, where you can have whatever cheese you want at no additional cost, but it seems to me that if you are taking away the cost of one cheese (I had my sandwich with no cheese rather than pay extra), you should be able to sub a different cheese at no extra charge. This is not a knock on the food, as it is good. The employees are friendly, too. I would just ask Jimmy John's to change policies like this that cost us more if we don't like a particular ingredient. read more

If business is slow it's because you have no open light up sign, there's a lock box on the door that makes it look out of business and your workers are always hiding in the back. I am not sure if it is the employees they hire or their higher-ups who stifle this business. How is it that a sandwich shop runs out of bread? I'm not talking like this is the first time. It's happened multiple times but this one was different - I ordered a sandwich online for in-store pickup. When I got there they had no bread and the wait for it was 10-15 minutes. I'm new to the area and I officially work near the area so it's sad that I can't even go to my favorite sandwich shop due to the lack of consideration for new customers coming in and waiting for their order to be taken care of. I understand it gets busy but mind you and this situation , I can't really remember their names, but if I can recall, it may have been James the tall man with the only red shirt in there, getting distracted by the younger girl Misty, or whatever her name is having a full-blown conversation in front of me not even greeting or saying hey sorry we will be right with you instead they want to talk about their life stories. Get a therapist if you need to talk about something personal at home if that helps . And not in front of customers ignoring them I nearly had to ask them to help me .
