Made the mistake of coming here tonight. Rudy helped us. He was very nice helping us order. We arrived with a few other customers and Rudy was the only one working so we had to wait a while, which we didn't have a problem doing. Unfortunately I did not check our sandwiches before he gave them to us. We paid for a giant bacon ranch, Rudy gave us a regular size. I ADDED toppings to the turkey tom and the only toppings he put were pickles and onions... no tomato lettuce or ANYTHING. If the owner wants to check our order was 107 tonight. The cashier told me there would be an extra charge for substituting the cheese. I know this is not Subway, where you can have whatever cheese you want at no additional cost, but it seems to me that if you are taking away the cost of one cheese (I had my sandwich with no cheese rather than pay extra), you should be able to sub a different cheese at no extra charge. If business is slow it's because you have no open light up sign, there's a lock box on the door that makes it look out of business and your workers are always hiding in the back. I am not sure if it is the employees they hire or their higher-ups who stifle this business. How is it that a sandwich shop runs out of bread? I'm not talking like this is the first time.
