The fish tacos were great - hot, crispy, and huge! The drive through location for some reason seems to have fish pieces half the size, always messes up modifications for toppings, and never gives chilis without having to specifically ask. We decided to give the location near vineyard a shot bases on much higher Yelp reviews and being done with Rubio's from too many bad experiences. You would think this is a totally different company based on the service and quality. They should just close down the other store and stop wasting everyone's time! Even though we are farther away from this location, the tacos traveled better taking it to go than they do when the drive through location is about a mile from my house. I don't know why it's been getting harder to find good fish tacos. Like I said Rubio's is dead to us, La Bufadora has gone so far downhill it's not worth the drive out to South Ontario, and the drive through Senor Bajas seemed like a last resort as the best of the worst. No longer! I'm so sorry we slept on this spot, but this is now our go-to for local fish tacos!

In the month of June, I drove from Downey to get a few sandwiches at the Upland location on Foothill and I was attended by Shift Manager Hector, He asked for my order. I order about 6 sandwiches and fries and no drink. Hector noticed I did not order a drink and he asked if I needed a beverage I told him no I was saving my food till I got home in Downey. He asked if I was from Downey and I said yes, Hector offered to fill my water bottle and he did and offered me coupons for the next purchase. I would like to commened Hector for make me feel valued as a customer and I give him a 10 of 10 on customer service. read more

They just need to look at who they are employing (also this was during school hours- so this was not a high school teenager, this was an adult working in job requiring communication, unable to communicate to customers).
