This is a first for me genuinely I love Chi FILA However this morning a got a bad breakfast chicken sandwich I was talking with friend we barely get a breakfast order by 10:30 mine was very salty I gave hubby a taste he said way salty It's supposed to be breaded but only the ends were breaded I used a napkin and blotted the oils off bc no breading but grainy substance I tried a few bits but couldn't eat it I didn't complain bc they were no longer serving breakfast It was mostly a crumb like substance Really nasty only ate 1/2 It's 12:40 now and still have a salty taste in my mouth read more

Service! I was in the long line and the one girl taking the order on Tuesday morning was fiddling with her tablet delaying the line. By the time I got my time to order. She tells sorry breakfast is over. I told her I'm 5 minutes late because of your fiddling with your notepad thingy and cars in line were slow. She said nope breakfast closed I said you're kidding me. She said nope no breakfast after 10:30. I said again Seriuosly! Yes no breakfast no sorry, no let me see what I can do NADA! And no one was behind me. I've visited this Chick-fil-A on a few occasions mainly on the weekends, but yesterday on a Monday, I was craving their Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. I was nearby and decided to make it happen. Btw, they close on Sundays. I went through drive-thru. As I drove up, a nice young lady took my order... 1 Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, 2 4 Piece Chicken Tenders, and 1 Strawberry Shake with Original and Polynesian sauces. They do give a good huge slab of chicken on their sandwich and their chicken fingers are of good size, too. Chicken was very tasty with a great crunch. This cost me over $33+. Worth the price and deliciousness! However, I feel their Strawberry shake is no longer the same recipe as before. It's not as thick and doesn't have that ice cream flavor like it used to have. It's more liquidity and thinner in texture now. Flavor tastes more syrupy IMHO. Bummer, I really liked their shakes in the past. Maybe I'll try another flavor next time. Stopped by on Thursday, 03/07/24 during dinner time. It was raining that day (stormy/thundery weather). It's been years since I ate at Chick-Fil-A. We dined in and ordered the following: - 1 Chick-Fil-A Deluxe = $7.39 - 1 Chick-Fil-A Sandwich = $6.49 - 1 Large Fries = $3.99 SUBTOTAL = $17.87 TAX = $1.38 TOTAL = $19.25 We waited quite a bit for our food but it was surprisingly busy inside. WOMENS RESTROOM: Only 2 stalls and had to wait for my turn. Wish there were more stalls. I also did not know that Chick-Fil-A has a children playpen inside. Literally, the absolute best service I've ever had in a food, establishment, fast food, or other. And I go out to eat a lot. Very kind people, very positive beautiful energy. There was a problem with my order they went above and beyond to make it right and threw in an extra couple of treats. Most importantly, they made me feel seen and cared for it, management at this particular location is beyond wonderful. They are an asset to the Chick-fil-A brand and represent the company very well. I saw commercials of the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich with creamy dijon mustard, bacon, and cheese. So, I decided to try it a week ago. It was delicious, but the price for the meal was $15.49. Wow! And, they they charged another $1.30 because I asked for a Cherry Berry lemonade which wasn't a regular drink. Subtotal of $16.79 plus tax, $1.30--total of $18.09. Wow! Was this sandwich worth this price? While it was fun trying it, I am sorry to say, the price was not worth it, especially knowing that their chicken arrives frozen and stored in walk-in freezers until they are cooked in a custom pressure fryer. I would have rather gone to a restaurant to get a sit-down, cooked meal. As for their drive up line, it was double lined and a tight squeeze for the cars. I just went through the drive through and ordered 3 spicy grilled chicken deluxe sandwiches. I asked for an extra cilantro lime sauce, which was printed on the receipt. If they hadn't given me the extra one, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but they gave us none at all. It's a part of the sandwich and advertised as an important part of it. I'm not driving back another 15 minutes to get the sauce, so we ended up with dry sandwiches. That said, the chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked, and I loved the wheat bun. Went in around 12 lunchtime and waited for less than a minute in line when they opened a third register to take my order. Food was ready quick and it was hot. I accidentally spilled my drink when I was receiving my order from the worker and he got me paper towels to clean the spill and even refilled my lemonade for me. His name was Joseph. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:05am to pick up my order and the employee there said, "we'll start your order now" didn't anyone see the order in their system for 25 minutes? I couldn't wait or I would have been late to work. After having a really rough day I went through the local Chick Fil A drive through for dinner. When the gentleman who asked for my order asked how I was- I broke into tears. He was kind and let me compose myself - then took my order and asked me to drive forward. He indicated his friend would have my receipt. I tried to pay both him and the next gentleman- neither would accept. Then a young lady brought my food to my window and when she saw I was crying, her reaction was exactly the same. Kindness. I was stuck between two cars so she approached me again and asked me to pull up to the window when the car in front of me left. When I did- I was greeted by her AND who I believe was a manager. The manager asked me if I was ok. She said, "I know life will be lifing but know that we care about you". She gave me a bag with a cookie and a small gift card. The two ladies talked to me for another minute or so making sure I was OK to drive. I promised them I was. These four strangers showed compassion and kindness to me individually- to me that's FOUR acts of kindness in one busy drive thru on a Saturday night. I was so moved. This Chick-fil-A is very close to me from where I live so that's where I used to go in this couple times I've been coming here that either forgot to give me my ice cream cone or they forgot to give me my drinks and I have to constantly coming back driving back-and-forth from my home. I know it's not far but it's still a drive, the lady has apologized to me but the other person who gave me the drink and hand out everything didn't even seems like it was a sorry so I think the customer service has to improve. I know you guys are pretty busy every day, but customer is a customer we come here service and food, quality of food and quality of service, this makes me so unhappy because I have to go back to work and I just realize that after I got to my work, they didn't give me my drink back again all the way back again. read more

This place is great they have a good staff. But their drive thru sucks. They don't take your order when you get to the speaker. They take the orders, however they feel like taking the orders. Which makes the wait time very long. I was at the speaker this morning and 3 cars at the other speaker ordered and pulled through before me. After the 2nd order, she asked me to wait a minute and took the other cars order? How is that correct? Or even fast or even good customer service. We've been driving up to north Upland chick fil a for quite some time. When they built new one practically across the street from our house in upland we were excited! But, North Upland Chick Fil A takes the cake. Service is always awesome. People are always nice. Food is somehow always hot (I know chick fil a aims for that but a few jsut don't make it happen) Plus they kept up the play place unlike most other chick fil as. We've spent more at Chick fil a than any other restaurant and north upland gets it all. You guys provide an excellent product and you remind us why Chick fil a is awesome! read more

This is a review of the drive tru... Not only was it VERY slow... One lane would split into two lanes and back to one lane again, it doesn't make sense how it's better or faster cuz it's not. But I already got my order of just a simple market salad and I am STILL stuck behind all these cars. There's no way to get out! They are still waiting for their orders while I already got mine... I am very late for work because of not only the slow service but also the weird drive thru set up. There should be a way to get out! The workers though are very kind although there was no way they could get me out of here. This isn't "fast" food. No matter how much you like Chick-Fil-A don't ever go through the drive thru on your way to work, thinking it would be fast.
