First off let me say that Richard is one of the nicest people I have met! He is always very friendly when we come in to order and loves to hear feedback about any items they sell. Today I came in and seen they were selling Sopes and after having the tamales they sold during Christmas time I couldn't turn down trying them! The sope has so much flavor and is very delicious, the green salsa they put on it is one of our favorites to put on the chicken tacos because it just goes so well! The inside of the restaurant is always very clean even though we always take our food home I wouldn't mind eating there once in a while. The bean tostadas are my favorite just because it's simple but yet very filling I've also had the chicken tostadas and those are amazing as well. Great prices with amazing customer service! First off, WOOOW!!! I came here for my lunch break and was left satisfied. The lunch special was more than enough and let me tell you the chicken is amazing. The skin was perfectly crispy and that usually makes it or breaks it for me. I think I found my chicken spot and over takes any of the Juan Pollo locations. The service was great! The cashier was taking a phone order and the cook took my order from the kitchen haha as a cook myself that just says a lot about the establishment. A very clean place as well. The gentleman said no we don't accept orders over the phone. He said you can just come in though and food will be ready. I asked about placing an order on website he said oh yeah you can do that too. We decided to just head over there instead of placing an order arriving at 7:07 PM and they are closed. I was So confused thinking maybe i must have called the wrong one. So I call again and ask what location and if they were closed. A rude lady must have taken the phone from the gentleman and she starts being rude and yelling saying we close at 7:00 we have been closing at this time for 2 years and she was just going off. I honestly was shocked at her behavior and so confused. It would have been nice if the gentleman had said we close in 10 mins. Anyways we will give our business to Juan pollo in upland for future.. We always get the mini meal, it's enough to feed 2 or even 3 people, and I LOVE the potato salad. It's always good with large chunks of potato and I love the chicken rice too. The last time I came and got the 2 chicken special with tortillas and salsa. I saw the coupon on the website but my printer was out of ink and they still let me use it by showing the coupon on my phone.
