I've been a paying customer of this establishment since 2005, and this is the first time I've had an issue like this. I placed a DoorDash order and paid extra for sides of sour cream and guacamole, but they were not included with my order. These were items I was charged for and did not receive. I called the location on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 3:02 PM and politely asked to speak with a manager. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I came into the store. I ordered through DoorDash specifically so I wouldn't have to leave my house, and this was clearly a preparation error on the restaurant's end--not a delivery issue. At minimum, I expect a refund for the items I paid for and did not receive. This situation should have been handled better, especially for a long-time customer. Please address this and issue the appropriate refund. read more

Customer service was great the gentleman taking my order was friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted to order. I ended up ordering 3 orders of The Rancho fries. The portion size was great. The price was reasonable $ 12.99. they have a salsa bar with different types of salsa and lemon wedges. It is self serve which I like. There is seating area inside about 4 to 5 tables. We absolutely love this place--it's our go-to spot for incredible taquitos and tacos. The taquitos are huge, loaded with guacamole, and packed with flavor. Their habanero salsa is my personal favorite--spicy with just the right kick. The staff is always kind and helpful, and the food comes out fast every time. read more

This place used to be better a few years ago. They have the driest meats. Bland soft tacos and the worst al pastor meat. The chips are always stale. Won't return. This was the 2nd time I went, 1st time was a year ago and this same issue happened- ordered a carne asada burrito and the flavor was good however there were dry, extra crunchy pieces of meat mixed in that made the burrito inedible. It was not just a couple of random pieces, it was all mixed in with the what seemed to be the newly made meat. I really enjoyed the food here. I stopped by randomly based on Yelp results for "chips and salsas" I had a craving.. The Salsa bar is obviously loved here and I see why now. All the sauces and salsa were very good. They give chips with every order it seemed. I always judge Mexican food based on the beans and rice and both were so good here. Rice had a real homemade texture and flavor. I'll be going here again. No drive through so pick up or dine in only. My friend and I went there for Taco Tuesday and they don't serve taco special till 3. The order lady was talking behind our back in Spanish and we didn't appreciate that at all! The food at this place is bland as heck, no favor in the chicken taquitos or shredded beef tacos, meat tasted like rubber, and the food is over priced, I had to fight to get a container for salsa, they tried to charge me $3.75 for salsa that was out on the counter free. I spent $104.00 on the food that was definitely not worth it, and even gave them a 15% tip. I asked for a refund on the taquitos and had to pull teeth to get my money back, the cashier told me I need to ask the manager then she proceeded to start texting for over 5 minutes instead giving me back a lousy $10, these people are penny pinchers and the reviews saying the food is great are lies probably friends and family writing them, don't believe it. read more

I used to drive by this place all the time.. always wanted to try it but never did. My dog goes to the vet near by and I decide to finally give this place a try. Okay, let's be honest, I was a little skeptical to come because the first photo was literally a bad experience for a customer. However, being a chef as a profession, those things happens. Metal wires from a fried basket or a scrub. Yes I know it is not okay, but I does happen... But besides that, I am so glad I finally gave this place a try. I'm currently salivating just thinking about the potato taco as I write this review. They have a wide range of salsa, I'm so glad they are stingy and only give you one per order... they give you as much sauce container you need and it's amazing. My favorite is the tomato liquid one with scallions! Really good! And the salsa verde. Wet burrito: you should try it! Carne asada is in chunks and not the super small minced up pieces. Maybe it was the result of a 15 hr work day, or maybe it was the result of actually delicious food? I'd like to believe it was the ladder. Truth be told the food I ordered on this Sunday night 30 minutes before their closing time was effing delicious. My wife and mother in law both asked me where I picked up this food that I came home with. Everything tasted so fresh, a shock to me honestly considering they were approaching their closing time (about 30 min to closing time). Tacos, burritos, a rice and chicken bowl and sopes all absolutely hit the spot! My tacos de asada, pastor, and carnitad were all really good. But without a doubt the star of the show was the sopes! The sope itself was cooked to perfection and the end result was the best sope I've had outside of my moms homemade sopes. I will definitely be back for more soon! read more

So far we've been there twice and the food and service have been great! More of a takeout atmosphere but don't mind as it's close to our home. Being new to the area my family and I decided to try this establishment after being treated rudely at another restaurant nearby called "Go Get Em Chinese." DONT waste your time at the Chinese restaurant as the young cashier has no customer service skills. We should've came to El Ranchero first. Immediately as we walked in we were happily greeted by Luz. She was so welcoming and asked "How are you doing?" To which I replied "better now!" Top notch customer service at this establishment AND yummy food!!! So it's my turn next but I'm waiting for the girl to stop making funny faces about the last customer, and I usually pay cash but this time it's card. They wanted a $3 minimum tip on a $12 burrito, so I changed it to $1. You should've seen her face. After they charged me I said to myself you know what? The potato tacos are my favorite. It's very yummy and filling. I also liked their nachos, its best to eat it at the restaurant because it gets soggy quickly. The good thing is they give you extra tortilla chips when you get your order, so I was able to eat that instead of the soggy chips. read more
