I have been to Colonies Crossroads shopping center in Upland many many times. Never once did I step into Jersey Mike's Subs that is located at a corner of a small roll of eateries near Starbucks. Tonight is the night! It was a late dinner for me. I walked into a bright and clean sandwich shop. I was the only customer at the time as it was near closing time. A nice gentleman greeted me immediately. Thank you young man! I always get the same thing... Regular Turkey Provolone on white bread with everything on it plus pickles drizzled with light Mike's special "juice" and sprinkled with a few dashes of pepper. That's Linh's way LOL. I also got two cans of Stubborn sodas... Classic Root Beer and Black Cherry Taragon. First time trying the latter. At first drink, it tasted like Dr. Pepper, but it's really not entirely. Still good! I love my thinly sliced sweet turkey and fresh veggies! YUM!! Unfortunately, the bread was tough though. It must have been sitting on the rack for a while. Hence, 4 stars! But everything else from turkey meat to fresh veggies to juice to pepper were all delicious as usual. I'll be back for more Jersey Mike's in hopes for a softer bread. Thank you! read more

This location really sucks! I ordered sandwiches online on February 21st. When we got home my sandwich was a mess not to mention that it wasn't customized as I'd indicated online (no onions, add pickles seems easy enough). Well, my sandwich had onions and no pickles. I did an online complaint form and have yet to hear from anyone. I even send pictures to show as proof. The support request says "Your email has been received and will be reviewed." Haha! This place is okay if you're craving a fresh sandwich. Food: I always order the turkey and cheese giant Mike's way, no onion, added mayo/ pickles/pepperchinies. Delish- especially on a warm day. Went in to order a sandwich and they were busy, but what made the experience better was a girl behind the counter. Kaylee was probably the most respectful person in the store. Location is super packed to get to. When coming into the parking, it's always packed and you defiantly want to be very aware of your surroundings with all the traffic of cars coming in and out. Which is why I subtracted 2 stars. I ordered a drive up order and checked in, but there was no direction as to where to park and wait, what the ETA would be. So I did a loop and was waiting at the exit coming from Carls Jr with front view of the store. I finally called and that's when I had to move as there were cars behind me. Came in today to order a sandwich. Ordered a #26 and they didn't ask me what I wanted on it. They then hand me a completed sandwich. When I tell them I am allergic to tomato and don't want lettuce. They proceed to tell me that "that's the way the sandwich comes if you don't order it special, no worries though, we can make you another sandwich" I said thanks so much. Just left here. No expression from the associates did get hello but they seem annoyed or not wanting to be there and they also judge your sandwich. My partner got a tuna sandwich with cheese. They took upon themselves to "whisper" "Who puts cheese on a tuna sandwich", well hun we do and so do others. She also charged us for extra cheese when we didn't have cheese on the sandwich in the first place, I didn't think anything of it till we realized our normal Location in Fontana doesn't charge extra for cheese unless you are getting extra. This is a very good Jersey Mike's! It is clean, very well managed, the food is good, and the employees are very friendly! Today I had the California Club sandwich. My first time deviating from some version of a Cheese Steak sandwich. I was not disappointed. The sandwich included Turkey, provolone, avocado, and bacon. Yum! Of course I had it Mike's way! This location is in the Colonies Shopping Center tucked in the corner next to Starbucks. The husband and I grabbed dinner here tonight and our sandwiches were excellent. I love that Jersey Mike's freshly sliced their meat directly onto your sandwich and everything is always tasty and fresh. Do they have a ton of toppings? No. But what they lack in toppings, they make up for in meats and cheeses. I was also stoked to try their Rosemary Parmesan bread which is super yummy. We met an employee tonight named "Mango" who provided friendly and great customer service. I was disappointed that they ran out of their sweet tea but I did get a free small chocolate chip cookie for checking-in on Yelp. read more

I have ordered a giant chicken sandwich twice and both times I was given beef instead of chicken. I have. NOT eaten beef in seven years and it violates my religion. Why do they keep doing this to me? Is this some sort of a racial or cultural aggression to give me beef even though I order chicken? Why is it that I cannot receive the order of chicken and get beef two times in a single thirty day period? These sandwiches are expensive AF and they don't give customers a receipt and I now wonder if it is so they can ruin the order and not give customers the proof of their order. Are there some sort of sadists working at Jersey Mikes who like to deny food to people and play tricks with meat products that violate cultural and religious paradigms? This is not okay!!!! Came back after calling in and them promising to fix my order. The chef/cashier/representative tells me that a #99 chicken is not an order that exists at Jersey mikes. But once when I specified my order as a big kahuna with added chipotle mayo, a worker here advised me to to order it this way as a "chicken #99" who said it was a secret menu item . Haven't added a review in a while. Days ago needed sandwiches for a ladies luncheon at my house. Getting older....wanted to make it easy for myself. Heard Jersey Mike's had really good deli so I ordered and picked for up myself...no delivery needed. Well...every single thing I asked them to do was done perfectly. Order ready on time. Order beautifly wrapped and packaged including letters marked on each sandwich identifying content. Food was fresh and delicious. Sandwiches cut as I asked before wrapping. Bread was fresh too and delicious as it was their parmesan bread. Just made my luncheon go smoothly and easily. Will use them again. Visited this location for the first time. Ordered a chipotle chicken Philly sandwich. Took my order to go. Got back to work. I was about half way through my sandwich and pulled out a medium length black hair. Completely disgusted, I opened the sandwich and there was another black hair mixed in the melted cheese. Called location to let them. Staff should definitely be wearing hair nets and the man who grilled the chicken should definitely cut his hair. read more

First time we went, there was OK because we had the regular subs. Then we came back a couple times for gluten free, and unfortunately, the bread was terrible, with holes in them, and not fresh. They really need to keep gluten-free in the freezer until ready to serve, one time they said they didn't have any gluten-free bread at all. There are so many people now with gluten, allergies, or Gluten sensitive. It happens to anybody any age unfortunately We have found a few places that have delicious gluten-free bread, so hopefully someday, Jersey Mike's. Will follow suit. read more

Worst experience EVER. We ordered online, got home, and all three sandwiches were made SO wrong (meats and toppings were all switched). Understanding that mistakes happen, we called back and let them know, and they said we would have to bring our sandwiches (with a few bites taken out) back. I bring the sandwiches back to the restaurant, and the guy takes the sandwiches with bites (a major covid hazard, and he didn't change his gloves). Three people pull out the sandwiches and are going through them with their hands seeing what was wrong. They THEN remade two because they were so wrong, but refused to make the other one because I had only brought half back (leaving the half-eaten half at home bc gross). What an UNACCEPTABLE way to handle making the wrong order. This process ended up taking an hour, with no compensation for driving back and forth twice. In addition, the guy handed me back the sandwiches that 3 people were going through and said I could keep them. OH and didn't change his gloves after touching our sandwiches that had bite marks during a pandemic. Don't come here. Awful experience, and terrible managing. read more

This is my go to Jersey Mikes. Every time I come here this place reminds my of Chick-fil-A. Why? The workers are always super nice. You can tell this business treats their employees well because they're always happy when I come in. I don't understand the other reviews I read on yelp about horrible service. I have been here at least 20 times and every time the employees are nice. The sandwiches are huge and super fresh. I Love the fresh sliced meat and the soft bead. And I always get it mikes way because it's healthy and tastes delicious. The only thing I do not like is mayo. But that's my personal preference. I'll always be back. The only thing I would change here is, stop selling chips that when I look on the back of the bag it says genetically modified aka GMO. Let's go all natural chips please. read more
