Probably the worst location I've gone to. 2/3 of the my chicken veggie bowl was brown rice, and that brown rice wasn't even cooked properly. It was so hard and dry. I had to throw it out. As we looked for some thing fulfilling and "healthy" we stumbled across this place. I couldn't decide on what protein to eat because everything looked so appealing. I'm glad they had the Waba option to kill two birds with one stone. The plate I had displayed exemplary presentation. The avocados are worth the extra expense and topped off the meal. The salad was highly underestimated and the dressing definitely hit the spot. The ratio of meat to rice was about 50/50 and the quality and texture of the protein was perfect. One of the better Waba locations I've visited in the area with staff that actually kinda cares and the cook wore gloves (it's sad that this has to be pointed out but the last location I've visited on 4th street in Ontario didn't). The cashier called to double check I placed my order at the correct location (I guess they've gotten a lot of wrong locations for online orders recently?) so that was nice and considerate. So the guy that was taking my order was nice but I didn't appreciate that there was a lady hovering over the guy shoulder to see what I was gonna order and when I asked for the kids free bowl she told me "no we don't have enough chicken just for the two bowls that's it!" and then the guy was nice trying to tell me about another bowl with meat and she was just speaking over him and being rude. You get plenty of food for the price and as another review said...paying a little extra for avocado is worth it and tops off the meal! This location is relatively new. Parking was easy, spots right in front. When I came in, I was the only customer and it was lunch hour . I got a steak salad. The cash register messed up on the receipt and they said they could not re print one out . I need receipts for everything so this was disappointing. I ordered a chicken veggie plate over the phone on my lunch break, I told her TWICE, NO ONIONS. When I went to pick up my order, she read my order to me and once again I asked "No onions right?" CLEARLY the staff saw the avocado was rotten (how could you not) and decided to serve it on a bowl. This location is lacking the quality and service for the outrageous prices you pay.
