The food was decent but the kids working here are totally unprofessional and rude! I get it, it's not a lifelong job but show some sort of professionalism and treat the customer with some respect. Came here with my birthday coupon for a free signature sandwich and am glad I didnt have to pay for it. The staff was really polite and professional in the drive thru window but the sandwich was a bit disappointing. The flavor was good but the meat was dry and the quantity was severely lacking. Hard to tell in the photo but as decent as it looks it's because all the meat was on that half of the bun. For the 6+ dollars you would normally pay for this signature sandwich it really feels like you should get a bit more meat. I notice someone else posted the same thing from about a year ago comparing the advertised picture and what you actually get and I can say it hasn't changed. I could see the potential but the execution just wasnt there. If they could fix these issues I'd probably come back but for now it's a hard pass for what they would be charging. read more

Ordered via drive through. Used coupons, server was asked to add lettuce tomatoe to sandwich. Server said it would screw up the order. Food was good, disappointed the server didn't make the simple request with added cost work. Not clear of this is systemic problem or server didn't want to deal with it. read more

Sooooo disappointed!! Jumped in the car and drove over from Glendora because I was craving Arby's after I saw the commercial that made me soooo hungry. Another Friday of Lent. We tried Arby's $5.00 fish special. A fish sandwich and a side of fries. Service was good. Food less than good. Plus side is price and the good sized fries (choose either crinkle or curly) that were hot. Fish filet was crunchy, hung over the sides of the bun, but, it was very thin and lacked flavor. Lettuce was wilted (which will happen next to a warm filet) but tasted like a plastic bag. Tartar sauce was standard and tasted more like sweet pickle relish with mayo. Remembered to get cheese added as we prefer. Probably the only thing that gave it any taste. We added horsey sauce AND ketchup to give it more flavor. We so wanted to like this, alas, it was to good to be true. read more

The drive through is easy to access, the menu has lots of options, and the employees are always friendly. They are also open later than several of the food food restaurants in the area. read more

I had the Rueben. It was very good and fresh. Soft bread and great tasting meat. My husband had the Smokehouse Brisket. He said it was only ok. It was a very small portion. He doesn't have a very large appetite. Our son had the new Greek Gyro. He said it was very tasty and a large portion. We shared the delicious potato cakes. We had the NEW Oreo Bites!! They were way delicious. The dining area was beautifully decorated. The young lady that took our order was very nice. Our food took only a few minutes to get. Really fast service. Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and was informed they are currently out of roast beef and Mac n cheese. Prior to entering the drive way the employees were outside. I waited 4-5 minutes until they decided to come in and tell me they are out of roast beef. That's like McDonald's saying they our out of beef Pattie's ridiculous, hire some real workers not some lazy ass kids. read more

We happened to just stop here because before heading here we wanted Rally's and had a bad experience at the drive thru so we left and came here. It was almost closing time in their dining area but even though they were about to lock the doors to the dining area they let us ear inside. We ordered the same meals 2 half pound Beef & Cheddar sandwiches. The manager was the one who was at the register taking orders. When we got our order the manager also brought the order to our table. When be brought us our order he even stated for us to take our time eventhough the dining area was closed. Our order was wrong when we opened the sandwich boxes. Instead of giving us the half pound Beef & cheddar they were both just plain beef sandwiches. My brother went to go tell the manager. He nicely apologized and proceeded to correct our order. When he brought back our sandwiches he even asked if we would like a refill of fries which they don't do at Arby's. We thanked him for being so nice and asking about the fries. He also thanked us at the end of our dining experience and even walked out with us to tell us thank and have a safe drive home. This is definitely how a manager should be. His demeanor toward customers is superb and he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. The managers name whom we so delightfully met this night was Jeff. I drove 30 miles today just to get Arby's because it is the closest location. To my my maximum disappointment they were closed. No note on the window, no notice, no information. What a bunch of poop! PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING. I went through the drive thru and the cashier put my receipt in the bag instead of handing it to me with my card after I paid. When I got home noticed 2 $1 charges for charity hand which I'm assuming it's a donation of some sort but I never agreed nor was asked if I wanted to donate. I LOVE ARBY'S! I've been a fan of Arby's since I was a child but, for some reason, a lot of them closed down where I used to live. I am so glad that Upland has this restaurant. I know their hours here are like 10AM-9PM for dining in the restaurants, and I believe their drive thru is til 10PM. The interior has been upgraded for a while now, and it looks great. It is always clean every time I dine in, and the customer service is good. The wait is not that long for the food. I always get the classic roast beef along with the curly fries. Such a great combo! I also like the Horsey sauce, gives a little kick to the curly fries. I will forever love this place and their roast beef sandwiches. read more

Today 8/25/2022 @ 7:55pm i waited in drive thru for 10 mins, made a quick order of 2 apple turn overs n philly cheesesteak sandwich, to turn the corner and have ZERO cars in front of me. They only had Cherry turn overs. They refused to bake me 2 apple turnovers because at a certain time they stop baking. Mind you, the female taking my order is giggling while taking my order. I pull up to the window none of the 2 gurls had name tags because they forgot them at home. The after muxh back and forth the gentlemen made me 2 apple turn overs whixh he said would take 45 mins because i said I would wait: its now 8:06 on the clock. I go in store at 8:33 & see a bag on the counter. They were not even hot nor warm. I ate one; fine. Right before getting home to la verne, the 2nd one was being eaten and said had a different taste. When we entered the house with light we noticed it was a cherry turn over. I was upset with knowing this. Always tasty and worth the price. I usually only come here during happy hour, delicious sliders and sides for a dollar and change. The sliders are decently sized especially for how much roast beef comes on one sandwich, it's definitely satisfying. 4-7-23 we where there the place was so dirty food and paper, napkins straws catch-up was on the floor. The table was very dirty. They did not clean the table or the chair. There is no napkins no little cups for catch-up it's dirty , they had about seven employees. Just walking around and talking to each other and the food is a lot smaller than before. I love Arby's, BUT, this Arby's is by far THE WORST I have EVER been to. I live close and probably come here at least once or twice a month. Every single time I come they get my order wrong somehow. Food is missing or I get the incorrect sandwiches. Its hard to check your order in the drive through when you have 2 or 3 bags of food and a line of cars behind you. We order extra cheese sauce and are charged $0.60 a cup and they are a quarter filled. We have called SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS to confirm their hours only to arrive and be told they are closed (at 9:40 pm on a Saturday). I've spent countless dollars on Jalapeno Poppers that never make it into my bag. Half the time I order and get charged for Beef & Cheddars but only end up getting the classic roast beef sandwiches. It is ridiculous to pay $30 and up every time I come at a fast food restaurant and not get the correct order EVERY TIME. If this wasn't the only Arby's in a 15 mile radius of my house I'd never come here. read more
