We spent $127 on 24 sandwiches and managed to argue with them to en up with 2 Arby's sauce packets per sandwich. We will not return.

We had not been to Arby' s for at least 25 years. Then all the sudden there was many commercials Showing all the new sandwiches the have. Some looked so delish, like the Greek Gyro and the fried turkey sandwich. Both get 5 stars. Let me ask you a question. If the drive-thru clerk charges you for 2 meals instead of just the one your ordered, is that YOUR fault? Probably not. It was a hectic day as I was running around doing a million things so when the clerk handed me my food, I didn't realize she had charged me for TWO of the identical order. Anyway, I called the restaurant to let them know they made a mistake. The manager was very apologetic stating that I can keep the extra food (since I paid for it) and he would be happy to either refund the amount of the extra meal when I came through again. I was fine with that. So since this particular Arby's is located around the corner from my son's elementary school, I decided go through the drive-thru once again. I politely explained why I was there and that my name was "in the book" per the manager I spoke with on the phone for either a comp replacement meal or refund. Since I hadn't had lunch yet, I decided on the meal. So the clerk at the window asked me what I wanted to drink and gave me my meal. All was good until..... He said "just to let you know, this is the last time we will be doing this". Whoa.....what? Did you just talk to me as if I was trying to scam a free meal out of you, my friend? With a sad heart I have to rate this place 2 stars. I remember Arby's being a treat when I was younger. The sandwiches were huge, the fries were amazing and arby sauce is life. I was craving it for two weeks so I decided to indulge. I ordered a number 6, medium sized and it came out to $9. When the hell did this place become so flippin expensive for a roast beef sandwich with cheese sauce, a medium drink and fries?? First off, the restaurant was full of middle School children yelling and cursing loud to ensure everyone in the restaurant could hear them (We did!) It was seriously about 20 of them. So weird, I'm hoping it's a fluke When I got my food, I was shocked at how small my sandwich was and how not full my fries were. There was also this weird sauce that tasted like bbq sauce that was bizarre, I wish I had known that when ordering because that was gross. Don't think I'll be back. The food is expensive for how small and mediocre it was. I guess I'll just remember it nostalgically because no thanks on dropping ten bucks on fast food, especially on that tastes like that. Arby's your still as amazing and delicious and I remember!! Not sure why so many bad reviews. I was treated very well by the cashier, he even let me try a new salted Carmel cookie for free. The last time I went to Arby's was when I was in kindergarten... We had it catered every Monday for lunch. I figured it would still be good since I couldn't remember any bad experiences back then. Never good when you are walking in behind someone who has their bag of food and is headed back into the restaurant. Turns out they got the wrong order (which is funny with zero other customers in the store). We stood at the counter with nobody to take our order for about 3 minutes. Then a very agitated female manager came out and rudely called her employee off break and into the back. The manager stood 3 feet in front of us, never acknowledged us but did throw a temper tantrum when she couldn't make the register do what she wanted. We waited another 5 minutes and left without ordering. We had just been talking about all the bad reviews about employee attitude at this Arby's in the car ride there. I came in expecting sub par food and sub par service. As you would expect from people working during this pandemic. I can say with all honesty that I was shocked at how well the store was being maintained from the drive thru server to the food itself. I came to simply get 2 loaded Italian coupons around 6:30 maybe 7pm and I had a young man come over the speaker. I fully expected to get the same old hello, what do you want, go away speel but I was delighted to see that he was so nice. Many places lately are more focused on pushing through customers than to even try to offer other products or even give any sauce with the food. Yet this man was so kind and took the time to ask if we needed anything special or if we wanted to try any fruit pies. I would definitely love to return here regardless of the drive.
