They need to invest in an air conditioner. I know us customers can barely tolerate it as we are in there for max 10 mins. However , I feel it is so unfair for the staff that are cooking by the grill and fryers. The owner needs to definitely invest in an air conditioner. It is very necessary. Another aspect is to buy a new doormat please! The one in the front is falling apart. Lastly, I know they close late so having multiple closers would be nice so all the responsibility is not on one person. Thank you and I hope I see changes because the food is really good here.

The drive through location for some reason seems to have fish pieces half the size, always messes up modifications for toppings, and never gives chilis without having to specifically ask. You would think this is a totally different company based on the service and quality. They should just close down the other store and stop wasting everyone's time! Like I said Rubio's is dead to us, La Bufadora has gone so far downhill it's not worth the drive out to South Ontario, and the drive through Senor Bajas seemed like a last resort as the best of the worst. In the month of June, I drove from Downey to get a few sandwiches at the Upland location on Foothill and I was attended by Shift Manager Hector, He asked for my order. I order about 6 sandwiches and fries and no drink. Hector noticed I did not order a drink and he asked if I needed a beverage I told him no I was saving my food till I got home in Downey. He asked if I was from Downey and I said yes, Hector offered to fill my water bottle and he did and offered me coupons for the next purchase. She seemed very frazzled and this wasn't even a busy drive through. The manager redeemed the experience, I brought my burger in and explained the problems with Melissa and the manager immediately got me a new burger and gave me a complementary meal for the next time I come in. So it does get three stars. They just need to look at who they are employing (also this was during school hours- so this was not a high school teenager, this was an adult working in job requiring communication, unable to communicate to customers).

Very disappointing experience -- wrong order and no resolution…read more My wife placed an order through the Wingstop mobile app. The order was delivered by DoorDash, and the ticket attached to the order clearly had her name and our correct order information on it. Unfortunately, what was inside the bag was completely wrong. When my wife contacted Wingstop, she was told the problem was DoorDash. She then contacted DoorDash, and they told her the problem was Wingstop. The DoorDash representative said we needed to contact Wingstop for a refund and then offered to reorder the food for us. We waited until around 10 PM, only to realize that we were never going to receive the food we originally ordered. At that point, we were out approximately $50+ and still had no dinner. What makes this especially frustrating is that neither company took ownership of the problem or made sure the customer actually received what they paid for. Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles the mistake matters. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like we were simply being passed back and forth. For us, Wingstop and DoorDash are no longer options. Going forward, we'll choose establishments that handle their own deliveries and take responsibility for getting the customer's order to them correctly.
