Wow! Their lamb gyros are so good!! I got some on Friday, with a special order. It wasn't right. The food was still good though. I went back Monday (it's right by my Kaiser doctor). The same shift manager who took my order on Friday was there, so I mentioned it to him. Not only did he remember the special order and me, but he insisted on making it right! I have not been to Arby's in a long time. I got some coupons in the mail and decided to go there today. The line was short at the drive thru so I placed my order, was third in line, and quickly got to the window. The cashier at the window was very nice as she took my money and coupon and gave me my change. She asked if I needed any sauce and I told her 6 of each. She gave me my order and I drove home. My order was perfect, even the number of sauces. This is the way fast food is supposed to be, courteous friendly employees, like Sarah L., quick and accurate orders, and great tasting food. There are several fast food restaurants that I will no longer go to because of bad service by bad employees. I will definitely return to this Arby's. read more

When asked about something on the menu she acted like we were inconveniencing her and we should already know. Sucks because I like Arby's sandwiches but won't be going back. Since Covid locked them down they have had terrible service in the drive thru. Constantly forgetting items or over charging us. It's 20 minutes to my house, and it sucks when I pay for food for my family and only get half of what I paid for, just to drive back and try to get my food I ordered. Really frustrating. read more

First off, the food there is delicious. Seems the people in the back are doing a great job. Second, and my only complaint is with the "girls" up front or who take your order in the drive thru. They're rude, rush you through your order and interrupt you while you're speaking. I know what I want, most of us Arby's customers have been eating there for years. Seems to be an epidemic as of late at fast food restaurants.... They don't listen to you when you order/speak and ask you questions you've already answered. If you don't like your job, get a new one and move on! The management there, especially Arby's corporate office, needs to look carefully at this issue and who represents their company daily. read more

This place has good food but literally every time I go it's not busy and I sit in the drive thru forever. Tonight I went and same thing so after waiting at speaker and them telling me just a moment I waited and waited and proceeded to drive thru and had to wait about 4 minutes for car in front of me to get their order. There was literally one car in the parking lot and the one in front of me in the drive thru. Maybe they aren't that busy cuz they are running a one person crew inside. I wanted a roast beef slider. I wanted cheddar cheese instead of the Swiss cheese it came with. They said there was a $ .60 charge per sandwich. They couldn't just substitute one cheese for another. The computer wouldn't let them do it. At least they were close to a Wienerschnitzel. read more

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone- first off they can't seem to take an order correctly through drive thru. I have to repeat the order several times until it's finally repeated back to me. AND THE SECOND(VERY IMPORTANT COMPLAINT) IS THAT THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR CREDIT CARD DURING THE TRANSACTION PROCESS. The clerks either walk away with your card for an inexcusable amount of time(which makes me very cautious) or they just forget to give it to you all together leaving you wondering where your card is and the inconvenience of having to call your financial institution and closing your account. P.S. They have an extremely young shift manager working there (Hector) who is not properly versed on how to remedy an issue. His Giggling mannerism has a lot to be desired. read more

Horrible experience going through the drive thru. I had never been to an Arby's restaurant and my boyfriend wanted me to try it out so we went and the menu pictures of the Sandwiches looked delicious so I picked my sandwich and we made our order and by the end when we were heading home my boyfriend realized they didn't put our second order of fries and had to go bck and they were a bit rude. Used to come here a lot when I lived close by, had problems frequently. I live farther away now but I love their sandwiches so I came by today. What is the only reason in the world for Arby's to exist? Their Horsey Sauce of course. So I drive 12 miles to this Arby's and order 2 classic roast beef sandwiches with visions of horsey sauce dripping off the sandwiches as I inhale them. I order, I pull around, I pay, and then wait expectantly for my sandwiches to arrive through the window. A few minutes later and they pass the food through the window. I ask for 3 packets of the horsey sauce, planning to coat the roast beef with it. Horror of horrors, they tell me that they are OUT OF HORSEY SAUCE!
