For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. Since they're based out of Claremont, they only deliver to areas surrounding the city (check their website). If you're just a little bit outside of their range, they will deliver to you for free if you order $100 worth of product, otherwise they'll charge you a hefty delivery north of $25. They also won't allow you to pickup their products at their physical location since they don't actually have a storefront. Hopefully that'll change soon as they get more business because sometimes you don't want to order $100 worth of desserts. Anyway, my favorite Bindi products are the triple Chocolate Mousse Cake (12 precut slices) and the Bindi Pyramid (6 pieces). Prices are a bit expensive, but you get an exceptional imported product that no one else sells in the surrounding area, quite possibly in all of Southern California. I made about 4-5 different trips to the pick up location and left with nothing. The delivery is ridiculous. The communication is ridiculous. I had contacted VMP after my payment had been processed and they took a full two business days to respond. This time it was a webmaster issue. The issue the week prior was that their van overheated. It's now two weeks since I should've received my order and I haven't received food, haven't received a refund, and haven't heard a peep from VMP. Even after I escalated the issue via PayPal. This is $171 dollars we're talking about (which after ordering from prepLIFE I find to be ridiculously over priced for the amount of food you get and the quality). The meals are OKAY. The turkey chili is dry, the steak "upgrade" is chewy. Not quality meat. The chicken adobo and Caribbean jerk chicken taste the same except the Adobo has more cilantro. Also, be prepared to have mashed sweet potato with EVERYTHING. VMP's saving grace is their blackened fish which was pretty good. Except it wasn't blackened as opposed to smothered in spices. Still waiting on a response. And still waiting for my refund.
