Worst customer service. CAT asst manager needs better coaching at being asst manager. NO Compassion towards wrong drink handed out at drive thru. Not willing to try and correct. Wouldn't look up proof of purchase through my coffee bean APP-Minutes after visiting drive thru. I Ordered 3 drinks. 2 regular 1 large. At handout I was given 3 regular drinks. Need to listen better and NOT rush. Main drink not correct was iced Americano sugar free vanilla, lite cream cap. At handout I was given a Mike drink and was told by Ashly that all drinks come that way due to milk products used. Definitely NOT true ! I been ordering same drink for 2.5 years on a daily basis and I'm positive that drink given was not right drink. If I could give 0 stars I would. The girls are always the rudest here no matter how many times I've came. They make the drinks terrible and on top of that they always make rude comments and basically throw the drinks at you. I came here again for my birthday drink right now and the girl made the worst drink and tossed the drinks towards me and made a nasty comment and shut the window door. I drive the 210 frequently and have found this location to be one of the easiest to zip off the freeway and get back on. It has a drive thru and its own parking lot, so I can park near the doors and access their clean restroom before ordering. Service is quick and efficient. I like their food choices, and I earn free drinks with my coffee bean check ins. There are comfortable seats around the well lit space. And the Riverside Ave exit is easy for me to remember. read more

This is the slowest location! I don't know if they are under staffed but the drive through line is excruciating slow. Every time we come here we are in line for over 20 minutes. I do not know how it could take so long to make these drinks. And the service is hit or miss. read more

This location just isn't it. How do you close 15 minutes before the actual time of closing. Coffee bean closes at 10:30 pm. I get it I'm cutting it close to closing time. I ordered a tiramisu iced latte yesterday. A gentleman made my drink and made it beautifully tasted amazing today I decided to go and order the same drink. I ordered the same thing and it did not look the same nor did it not taste the same. I asked if they could remake it the woman who was remaking my drink was rude, she told me that I did not order a latte I ordered a Americano. I showed her the picture of the latte I ordered yesterday. I definitely would not have ordered a Americano because I think it's too strong. I walked in to order and was behind a customer that came in to say her drink was made incorrectly. The same person that I have seen in the past time after time be rude to me told the customer in front of me that she must have been mistaken about what she ordered, and continued to be verbally aggressive. I began to get upset but did not say anything. The customer was an elder and then realized she can't rationalize with stupidity so she told the cashier never mind and walked out. This coffee Bean location has the worst customer service, and it's sad because it's not every employee it's just those that spoil it for the entire team. Their drinks are inconsistent and don't always follow standards in making quality drinks. This is why I go to the one on the south end of Riverside Ave. The sweet girls that worked at the North store transferred to the South store and let me tell you it is a world of difference. The husb and I stopped at the Coffee Bean in Rialto. We took advantage of a BOGO deal. We had ice blended drinks. Coffee Bean is always delicious. I liked the layout of this location, it was a nice location, there were tables with seats as well as couches. There was outside seating as well. The husb and I chose the couches since we were relaxing, not having to do work. The barista was very friendly, I can tell she enjoys her job, she made everyone feel welcomed. I'm a CBTL Newbie, because, well I always preferred Starbucks. I probably go to CBTL once or twice a month, whereas I go to Starbucks 2-3 times a week or more if there's a promotion going on. So anyway, the people here have always been so friendly, accommodating, they love to explain in detail any question you ask about the products. They're not all bourgeois like "you know who." During this whole C-19 pandemic, I've been working from home and can't really jump up and drive to CBTL cuz it's about 15 minutes away (North SB) and I wouldn't make it back within my break time. So, I opt for delivery and that makes it so convenient. Today I ordered through Postmates for delivery. I got a Regular Cold brew coffee w/ soy and NSA vanilla flavoring. I also ordered an Everything bagel with cream cheese and butter (which they forgot) and a jalapeño and cheese croissant (carbs overload). The coffee at CBTL compared to Starbucks is so much smoother and less bitter. After the milk and flavors are added, you can still taste the coffee. I love that about CBTL! They're not all about the fluff and the extra, just a great cup of coffee. I can't end this without giving an oh-so-gracious nod to the...wait for it...CRUSHED ICE. If you're an ice eater like I am, remember to always ask for a cup of ice on the side, it's ridiculous how bomb the ice is. Anyway, I've given you about 3-4 reasons why I love CBTL. The layout inside was set up in a rectangular shape with unisex single occupancy restrooms on both sides. Seating included tables with chairs and long bar like tables with cars, and sofa armchairs. The were a few table and chairs outside along with two umbrellas. The decor was bright, earthy, and relaxing. I loved the exposed open wood beams going across the ceiling. I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience at this coffee shop today. I accidentally spilled my water, and the staff, including the supervisor, were very rude. Even though I apologized right away, they ignored me and kept being mean. I was completely humiliated over an accident and felt extremely embarrassed. Other people sitting nearby could feel how uncomfortable it was, and some of them even left because of it. The supervisor's behavior was especially surprising because they joined in on the rudeness. Their bad attitudes made my friends and me feel very unwelcome. I plan to tell the district manager about this because no customer should be treated this way for an honest mistake. read more
