The only thing that sucks about this place is they are always out of strawberries and bananas I always get the chunky strawberry bowl and I'm always told they are out of strawberries or bananas or both. I got it and the was maybe 2 bananas, tiny cut up strawberries and barely any granola. This is a regular bowl that I get and I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the look and taste of this bowl. To have to pay 7.99 for this bowl, and get a shitty watered down bowl. Don't know where to start with this place. I usually go to juice it up but I said "hey! Let's give this a try". I was disappointed. The staff is not friendly and make you feel uncomfortable. Almost as if I was wasting their time by ordering. When I got my order I was very excited, just to end up absolutely hating it. I ordered an açaí bowl and it was disgusting. It was more like ice cream than a smoothie. Very hard and the fruits was nasty (hard). I took 4 bites and I decided to toss it instead. The worker didn't have a name tag, she was a working the 8 am shift on 4/6/21. You would think that Jamba Juice, (juicing is in their name) would have the decency to train their employees to have common courtesy towards guest and put a sign up to let guest know they are not juicing. Tried giving this jamba juice a chance after the gym, waited until 8 for it to open...& the guy didn't give the best costumer service. He didnt great us. He rudely said "we're only taking cash" like he just didn't want to make our smoothy, but i said it was not a problem beacause i had cash. He didn't give me my receipt. He "finished" making the juices in a oddly short time & handed us our drinks. We got them and left. When we got in the car we tried them & realized they were extremely watery and wayyy too sweet & super foamy, which made the cup not even full. Literally tasted like water w sugar. I came to this location from not having Jamba for over 10 plus years I believe due to just losing interest in that type of smoothies so I decide to give it a try hoping it would change my mind on why I ever stopped coming. This location is so unprofessional and rude. The cashier had not one whatsoever nice way of greeting the customer. Not to mention the person who made my smoothie. She is a thin female with long straight hair w/ some blonde and lite colored skin. She was cursing and talking to some big guy with colored pink/red hair (by the way he was just standing there) .
