Came in last night me and my husband and received wonderful customer service from Crystal U. She was so helpful and so friendly. It was a very hard day for me and my husband yesterday and so we wanted some chocolate to make us feel better and Crystal made our day as well with her kindness. She was so knowledgeable and we will definitely be coming back here. read more

I have been to several see's candies locations and this is the first to disappoint. The service was ok. However, I'm not sure of the quality of their chocolate. I always get the bridge mix and for some reason at this location the chocolate taste like they've been in the shelf for a while. Haven't tried the other stuff I bought but hopefully they taste good. read more

December 23, 2024 and no lines at 10:00 in the morning! We received the complimentary See's nuggets (I got some butterscotch confection) and looked around. We bought some packaged goodies and ordered two custom one-pound boxes. The staff was helpful and holiday cordial. Parking was awesome. We scored a spot right in front of the store. read more

In the Renaissance shopping center , next door to the Magic land children's dental / across the parking lot from Grocery Outlet . Store was clean , well stocked and organized. Received superior customer service both from Danna and Crystal today. Crystal greeted me with a "hello , welcome " while she tended to another customer. Danna helped me pick candy from the glass shelves display . ( didn't know I can personally choose my own favorite chocolate) The best part were their chocolate samples, I can't resists lol!! read more

Perfect place to get dessert after a good meal. Dropped by a couple of days ago after dinner. Picked up butter scotch squares. Took just a tiny bite for health reasons but it was (limited) heavenly goodness. Switched to my sugar free dark chocolate walnut bite and of course not as good but nevertheless had to settle with what I can have. Staff warm and friendly. Place clean and organized . Easy parking access. Looking forward to coming back and a chance to try other flavors ( tiny bites again). read more

I'm really so flabbergasted at myself that I have been coming to this chocolate store and i haven't done a review ????? I was most probably low on sugar or extremely high I wasn't in my right mind that just too excited that I forgot. Upon entering the store a warm welcome greeting is always expected. Catherine did that , plus she offered a free sample of a milk chocolate which is customary at every See's Candies store. Now you know why I forgot to write a review or even to do check in....before ... this time I'm finally writing my review. The store looks so festive with Halloween ambience. Displays are very neatly organized . Wrapped chocolated boxes are ready for grab to buy. You also can customize your box per pound and have the time of your life .... I always want them all !!! Won't you??? I usually come here to get some sweets for me but today I came to get a birthday gift for a friend at work. The Assorted Molasses Chips are her favorite so I got her a box . There was also a happy birthday lollipop tin can so can't resist that. I got the Cafe Latte flavor since she loves coffee. Catherine offered to wrap my gift and guess what ???? It's F R E E ! I got a choice of checkered or plain white paper . I picked black and white checkered pattern and she added a happy birthday sticker too!!! And FREE!! Wow !! My visit here today and by Catherine's excellent customer service for sure made my day !! read more

Danna and Jim (manager) are very welcoming from the moment you walk in the store. Danna helped me pick out new varieties of chocolates. I'd visited this location on January 14, 2026 on my lunch break. They were very courteous to several other customers simultaneously and eager to help. I am a very satisfied customer because of their engagement with the public and it felt genuine. Thank you . read more

Sorry for the late post- 2 weeks ago we stopped by on a Tuesday evening after one those afternoons. Chocolate is usually a cure for sadness/ grumpiness! It's even better when you come across quality humans. We had the most amazing encounter with Crystal. This establishment is extremely blessed to have Crystal as an employee. Quality customer service and genuinely sincere. May God bless you always Crystal. You are destined for greatness. read more

- Just came in to get a couple needed (lol) boxes of chocolate for the holidays. I was so excited when this shop opened as it is located near my house & quite convenient for quick purchases. The staff are alway so sweet & come out to greet you I found out something very useful in purchasing online with See's Candy. They can customize your box order with the % of amount of nuts/chews or soft chocolate, etc. This is a huge plus when getting a 2lb box. I would highly recommend this shop to satisfy your sweet tooth or give a gift! read more

Nice and friendly counter help. The candy is expensive but well worth the service and taste of the product.

So I have been here a few different times. There are 2 Hispanic females that are very rude and have very bad customer service skills. They are not very happy to be working here at all other sees candy's spots me and my family have been to they are so friendly and inviting, but not this place at all. read more

This was our first time here. We arrived at 1pm on a Thursday afternoon. There was no line and the staff was friendly. We sampled an item that was similar to a snickers bar. It was great. I was craving some candy and remembered I had a gift card for Sees's. I came around a pretty good time, because they are only allowing 5 people in the store at a time. I purchase a few of my faces that were already pre-packed, so I didn't visit the candy counter.this time around. Upon looking around, I noticed they had some Valentines candy at a discounted price, but not discounted enough for me to purchase. read more

Not a fan of lazy customer service. I went one day around 7 pm for sugar free dark chocolate almonds and they were out on their display. I asked the girl if they had more in the back, her response was no they only have what we see. Of course I went back the next day in the AM and they had full stock. Definitely lazy customer service !! read more

Usually the customer service is great. Today was not at all. I came in for a box because I've been craving their chocolate. I tried two samples and I'm glad I did because one was too sweet. However when I asked for the 2nd sample she seemed irritated. That threw me off because I've tried multiple before with no problem. So end buying a 26$ box of chocolates. She checks me out then I ask for the free samples they always give me to take home she says no I only have the ones already gave you. I was so shocked how rude she was I said nvm it's ok. However I was really upset I was treated that way after I spent my money . Bad customer service I do not want to go there anymore. Her name was Danna A. I looked at my receipt. Please don't treat paying customers that way especially someone that goes there often. read more

This was my moms and I first visit to this location tonight and we loved it. The staff was so friendly and very inviting they both greeted us right away and asking if we needed any help. They both seemed to have pOsitIve attitudes which is a bonus. We ordered our pound of chocolates and the girl helping us gave us no trouble ( usually they throw a fit because they have to make it) but not the girl helping us! Thank you for the help and clean facility. We will be back :) read more

I stopped by early this week to get some pre packaged candy for my Bosses bday . This location is fairly new . I was so happy to hear they opened a location closer then driving to San Bernardino or Riverside to get See's candy . When I came in I was warmly greeted the staff was nice & helpful . I was in & out in less than 10 mins. I do love that they also give you free samples to try if you are uncertain what you like . They offer a variety of different types of chocolates & fillings to choose from plus all their packages chocolates and you can make you own mixed chocolates box too . Overall , my experience was lovely! Plenty of parking also ! read more

So I went in for some candy. Ladies were very helpful but what struck me the wrong way was this.. I asked for a Pound of P-Nut crunch. The worker started filling up the box. When she finished it came out to 2 pounds of chocolate. ??????? So she says... it turned out to 2 pounds, is that ok? Now I guess I could have said no that's not ok but I felt very uncomfortable when there's a line. I'm really sure she knew when putting them in the box that it was going to be more. It just seems kinda shady. Talk about upselling. this trip burned a 50.00 hole in my pocket. Buyer beware of the hook and catch! Chocolate is good. I'll have some till next year now. read more

I went to this location the other day to see the selection of chocolate they had. I have never been to an establishment such as this before, but I have always been interested in what kind of chocolate they have. I usually just get the prepackaged chocolate from grocery stores so I was looking to switch it up for a change. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by the clerk which was a nice welcome. I don't really get samples when I go out, but they were welcomed here which I was pleasantly pleased by. I am not one to splurge on sweets but I ended up purchasing 1lb of chocolate which in my opinion was reasonably priced. It being a new building and all had me expecting it to be neat and tidy and it was. The employees were dressed in a clean and respectable way. Overall I would definitely go again. My grandmother said she really enjoyed the chocolate too. That was comparing it to a pricy box she purchased else where! I was glad to hear that. One last thing is that I appreciate how meticulous and how much attention to detail they are on their displays. read more

Love the fact that this is a See's closer to home. But upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted at all, until I actually stood in line. So when I was called to be next, Felt like I was being rushed and the employee seemed bothered by me taking my time since I haven't been in quite awhile. . Yet I could hear her nail taps behind the counter... Like really?!But she was all smiles and laughs with the customers before me. Well looks like I won't be returning. read more

I am new to Yelp and decided to make this my first review! This is the best Sees Candies I've been to in the Inland Empire, these girls are so sweet and took great care of me! I came in on Saturday April 20 and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and samples. I don't remember names but I do remember faces and those are faces I won't forget. It was 3 Hispanic girls and 1 African American girl who made my experience one to remember. They were busy behind the counter packing boxes but they didn't stop to be engaging when I first arrived.
