A very nice neighborhood grocery store. Clean and well organized. What like is your in and out.

Usually cashiers are really nice but I went recently and made me not want to come back. I get being a cashier is hard, I used to be one but maybe try to be kind to the customers... It sucks that I had such a weird experience... Also the meat I purchased was bad and couldn't eat it. Had an odd smell and I'm pretty sure since I opened it, I'm not able to return it so I tossed it. read more

ALDI - Grocery Near Me - Rialto, California

Well, this Aldi in Rialto is in desperate need of a better manager. This is always been the most messed up empty Aldi of every Aldi I've ever been to. The shelves look wiped out every single day. I have a couple photos that I will place that are just unacceptable in a business like this in Rialto. I left one star because the checkers are very kind and very efficient, but it seems to me the problem lies in management. They don't order enough product to fill the shelves. in one of the photos you'll notice that they don't even open the box for the hot sauce. They just threw it on the shelf. Unacceptable. read more

Staff is rude. If y'all need help stocking then hire more people. You ask them a question and they don't want to help because they are too busy trying to stock. You may also want to consider customer service when working bc a customer service job. Cashiers act like it's a race to scan items is 2 seconds. It is usually one cashier with 10 people in line. They don't give you time to get your payment together. I feel so rushed coming to this store. If your business model is to rush the customers out of the store then you need to change that. read more

Worst place to come too rude manager and cashier named GENESIS . She was throwing all my food in my cart and even some cans on the floor and when I told her to stop throwing my food she said "I'm just doing my job" like wtf. Throwing customers food is your job. And on top of that she's the manager. Very rude and unprofessional human being. read more

ALDI - Trying to cover her fa e with her hair. Genesis if u hater ur job just quit don't be rude to customers. - Grocery Near Me - Rialto, California

One of my favorite Aldi's in the area. Bigger than the one in Fontana, nice wide aisles. Clean and well stocked. Especially for basic pantry items the prices are low, which is great, but you can also find selected brand name items such as Downy, Tide, Synergy Kombucha, Bolthouse, Kind, Chobani and so on. Aldi also constantly seems to expand their gluten free, organic and vegan products. Checkout was quick, the cashier was friendly and efficient. read more

Love Aldi!!!!! Only complaint I would say I have is sometimes the cart does not work when you put the quarter in and the lines can be crucially long! Other than that got to love, Aldi!!! read more

Clean store always well stocked nice staff and I love this location for having cold beer stocked. Most only keep them on the shelves this one has a nice little section. read more

I like this Aldi location much better than the two in San Bernardino. This aldi is much roomier and way more organized. Very clean and tidy. The aisles are way bigger so even when employees are stocking there's still room to shop! Employees are friendly and helpful. They always have great prices come check this location out! Love this Aldi :) read more

Have been here quite a bit since our recent move and this store has been amazing!!!! Especially two of their employees in particular who are always cheerful, helpful, and funny. Their names are Erik and Tyree. These two have made our shopping experience extremely pleasant as they are always smiling and in a good mood. Everyone usually is in a good mood in this store, but these two especially. Store is always clean and stocked up. Would give more than five stars if I could. read more

I will never be showing up here again!! You cannot even get a cart the chains are stuck even if you place a quarter. I was struggling with my groceries. Jenali was my cashier she seems newer because it seems like she mess up on the purchase well since I didn't have a cart I thought she help me out at least by helping me get a cart. Those cashiers sitting down just make them lazier. read more

Better than the other grocery stores around here but not by much. It was dirty but they had what I needed.

This store is super cheap and has great products. The employees are always nice. Their produce is usually great quality. You can find anything you need at aldi for a great price! read more

Let me start by saying that I'm mad at myself for not saying anything to the cashier. It was 5:57pm today when I left the store. To the cashier lady with the black hair in a ponytail (that you can clearly tell doesn't want to be there) you should be ashamed of yourself. There was a man in front of me in line to check out and I don't want to insult him in anyway but maybe he has some sort of a disability. His reactions were slower than others. The cashier was EXTREMELY rude to him and it broke my heart. And even with her passive aggressive comments toward him and rushing him out of line, this man still apologized to her. He didn't owe her any apology at all. It's Christmas time on top of that, I left the store in tears. I wish I would have said something or did something. I hope the manager reads this though so they know how some of their customers are being treated. That man will be in my prayers tonight for sure. read more

There's nothing quite like an ALDI built for ALDI. Your humble eater of food has been to the Fontana, San Bernardino and Highland, California stores, all of which are in strip malls, and you can see the adjustments they had to make. Not so here. Aisles so wide, carts can pass in both directions without sideswiping. Super efficient LED lighting everywhere you look, even overhead. An expansive ambiance that seems to stretch to the horizon. And possibly a bigger selection of items. The wine and beer sections are definitely bigger than Highland with room for more stock. For those just back after a 50-year sabbatical in a Tibetan monastery, ALDI is an edited selection food market where you save on groceries by doing some of the work yourself. Bring your own bags or buy them when you check out. Unlock a shopping cart with a quarter. Shop their extensive selection of just the basics as well as seasonal items. Then race the cashier to see if you can chip your card or use Apple Pay or Google Pay before the last item is scanned. Take the cart and your bags to the bagging table (a place where every customer seems happy; could be they just looked at the total). Bag your groceries, wheel 'em to the car, then park the cart and get your quarter back. And lest you think the profusion of brands you never heard of is unsold stock from failed grocery chains, know this: they're ALDI brands guaranteed to be as good or better than national brands. If you don't like something, you get your money back and a pick of something else. We haven't bought a dud yet. Some in the grocery biz are amazed at how ALDI has taken root and spread in California, birthplace of the cavernous full-service supermarket. What they overlooked is that California is home to many transplants from the Midwest and East Coast who've known ALDI for over 40 years. Save-A-Lot and Fresh & Easy came and went, possibly because those adopted Californians said "It's nice but it's not ALDI." Now they feel at home. read more

I shopped here on a Thursday afternoon market was pretty busy . The store was very clean and organized . I found everything that I needed . The associate who helped me was very friendly and professional. It was easy got in and got out . The only reason why I didn't give them five stars was because the lack of fruit. This place is coo for a quick stop. There is never enough cashiers. There was a specific girl Nathaly she was super rude at the register. I forgot to put a stopper and she got sooooo irritated cuz she was scanning my stuff for the person in front of me. Instead of staying calm and collected she was throwing attitude called a manager to cancel the transaction. After that shes just scanning super fast..she needs to slow her roll and kick back on the attitude. Call for back up if ur the only one checking out and have a line and cant handle it. JS. Still treat ur customers nicely read more

Have you checked out the Aldi ad this week, May 31, 2023? They're advertising Fresh Half-pound Patties for 2 lbs at $3.99, but when you get to the register, it rings up as $7.99! It turns out they meant $3.99 per pound, but that's not stated in the ad. read more

This Aldi is probably the best Aldi I've been to:) the associates are super nice, they actually talk to you and if I ask questions they are happy to help and it shows. I always feel welcome when I come here! The produce is fresh and never moldy, the store is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Every Aldi can and should learn from these associates! Even when it's busy and stressful they have never been rude to me and I appreciate that so much! read more

This is my favorite spot for my weekly shopping. I can get way more for my dollar compared to Staters or Food 4 Less. I can afford more fresh fruits and veggies. Milk and eggs are cheaper here. The customer service is always good. Just make sure you have a quarter to get basket and you'll get it back when basket is returned. read more

I've been to & frequently visit all 3 Aldi locations surrounding me (Rancho, Summit, & Rialto). While I've never had issues with the stores prevously, the manager at this Rialto location changed that. We all know Aldi items tend to go on sale & when it's $1 or $2 difference I never bother but when it's several dollars cheaper I bring my receipt in & get a price adjustment with no problem. This time however an item went from $9.99 to $2.49 & although I have my receipt the manager requires you to bring the item in plus the receipt. Who wants to empty their drawers just to bring back 3 organizers to get a price adjustment? This is very inconvenient & defeats the purpose of keeping a receipt. So the receipt your store itself provided along with the original form of payment (my card) is not enough proof that it was purchased?!? His excuse is for theft prevention because ppl could rummage thru the trash for other ppls receipts to get a price adjustment. Who's gonna rummage thru trash cans for receipts, wait a couple of weeks for prices to drop to get a price adjustment?!?! Saddest excuse not to honor a price adjustment. Rialto management definitely does not stand to the customer service I have been accustomed to with Aldi for as long as I've been a patron. If you care about customer service, visit another location. read more

The prices are good and the quality is great! The store is kept clean. There's lots to choose from. We love visiting here!

I highly recommend this store. This ALDI was very clean and well organized. There are lots of healthy options at low prices! I sincerely appreciate their kind, patient employees that were ready to assist customers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. read more

I loved this store! It's super clean, the employees were very sweet and the store wasn't super crowded. The parking lot was clean as well. This isn't ideal for full on grocery shopping as they have a lot of off brand products but a great place to pick up a few things. The store itself was rather smaller but still a great place! read more

I was very excited they were building one in my neighborhood so i went maybe the 3rd day they been open and the parking was terrible they could have picked a bigger lot but they are right next to a new WSS so cars were everywhere had to park behind carls jr. We went inside and its very clean and organized which i like i dont like to go thru items which are not in their right place. So the things i didnt like is the workers like every single one was in their own world not asking if i needed help not smiling not welcome to aldi nothing they were restocking and cleaning with this big huge machine so u can barely fit they didnt even say excuse me ugh very annoying i work in customer service and one of the things that bring people back is the service so every worker was just not in a good mood didnt like that read more
