So grateful for this location having a drive-thru. I have a TLeaves closest to me but this one's perfect for those moments when my toddler finally falls asleep in the car and I just want to let them nap a little longer. I liked it. Nice boba/tea chain. Inside is decently spacious with a good amount of tables. It's a good place to chat with friends or get some work done. It's also open later than some other boba spots in the area so that's pretty cool. Came in with a friend after dinner to get a sweet drink. Got the strawberry hibiscus tea with aloe. It was good! I first tried the Iced Vietnamese Coffee (4 stars) with boba. Once I tried the Assam Milk Tea (5 stars) with boba and oat milk, it became my favorite drink. I liked the flavor of the black tea, and it had just the right amount of sweetness and milk. I liked quality of the drinks and consistently perfect boba texture. The service (5 stars) was quick whether I ordered inside or drive-thru. This was the first drive-thru boba spot that I've been to, and I am a fan. It's also open earlier than other boba places. It's near a freeway exit so it's good for those boba cravings if you are in the area. read more

This is my all time favorite location because it has a drive-thru! This location has come in clutch so many times & all the workers that I've encountered are really nice. I've also gone inside to order before and the store is pretty spacious with lots of seating. The only downside (sort of) is that it can get really packed if you're here when the local highschool gets out. Since it's literally down the street, a lot of the kids walk to this plaza and it can get a little crazy. I always get the same thing every time I come here. Nice location for a 7 Leaves and I haven't had any problems with my orders here. They are quick with their drink making and the parking lot has a lot space. There is also a drive thru for those that don't want to walk in. It's nice that they decorate for the holidays. The only food they have when I come is their macarons. Review #9 I don't normally purchase any drinks from this location, but I came with my family using the drive thru. There's always a line of cars waiting to get into this location! Menu is very simple, and limited. The drinks I like to drink s are herbal, mung bean and taro. Just simple drink with no toppings at all. Most of the drinks are overwhelming too sweet. The only way to adjust the sweetness is have them add more water to the already pre-made drinks. With the 7 Leaves apps you get to earn points and even get freebies whenever they have promotion. There was free drink promotion this past weekend for a free Bazillion lemonade. We were not honored it because it needs to be redeemed through the apps and not at the checkout to redeem it. That day was the last day to try it for free. We had to go back into the store to get it. The drink was okay. The shop is very small and have limited tables. I normally come out to grab coffee here once in a while. Last time I came they got my whole order wrong. Yes they did fix it when I went the next time but, I notice here they don't label the cups so that's where the mix up might had happen np understand. I went out today and I feel the employee was very short and rushing me. One of my drinks didn't even have the garnish that comes with it :( Then my house coffee came with a shit tone of cinnamon powder. It definitely not good. I'm not satisfied because I do travel to chino and not close by.. Mind you the drinks were in a bag so I didn't check until I got home. Maybe my fault but, I hope you guys do better because it is disappointing and be patient instead of trying to rush through the orders. read more

My first time here and I would personally come back again! Upon entering, the place is very humid inside, not sure if it's always like that but it was a bit uncomfortable waiting for our drinks because of it. The staff was very friendly and we got our drinks in a timely manner. All of our drinks tasted great and we were satisfied, I do wish my matcha was mixed better though, as there was grainy bits settled at the bottom but the overall taste was really good. I decided to try this location. I ordered a sunset passion which usually has passion fruit seeds and and other fruit. The person who made my drink did not put any passion fruit seeds or fruit. I asked doesn't it usually come with the fruit. She goes "oh, did you want it?" I said "yes." Then she goes to the back and puts in the fruit and 5 little seeds of passion fruit seeds inside. I will not go to this location ever again. Service is horrible. When I usually get this drink at the other location it's always filled with lots of passion fruit seeds inside which is why I order this drink. They need to improve on customer service and improving quality of drinks and make them the way they are supposed to be. read more

I come here pretty often when Starbucks doesn't meet my caffeine needs. I usually go for the Vietnamese coffee or the mint Serrano however I'll opt in for a summer mint or plain jasmine tea if I am feeling like I need something fresh. I go here every time I'm at the shoppes to pick up a nice cold coffee. Wife and I prefer out coffee from 7 Leaves but our tea from Prolece. Service is always good here and quick. Usually there's a like but they get your drink pretty fast. Ambience is nice as you can chill here and do homework. Overall a great place to chill and have a good cold drink. read more

Went to go get a jasmine milk tea, the description on the app says it's made with GREEN TEA. Mine was clearly made with BLACK TEA. It tasted very off, and not floral at all. I went back in to tell her it wasn't jasmine milk tea and tasted like regular milk tea. She insisted it was saying, "I can see it." Wow, that's crazy that you can see flavors. Please be consistent with recipes. Not the first time I've experienced bad customer service at this location, will not come back. I decided to try 6, so I chose raspberry, honey lavender, strawberry lemonade, birthday cake, mango passionfruit, and lemon meringue. In all honesty I kind of chose them by their colorful brightness as much as the flavors --- look how pretty they were! Apparently you can store them in the fridge for up to a week (in a Tupperware so they don't change texture), and in a freezer for up to a month. Guess what?! They didn't last even an hour because my husband, daughter, and I tried two each. I especially enjoyed lemon meringue. Next time I'll try dark chocolate and tiramisu! The store is at the Ontario Mills mall. Apparently it originated in New York and this Woops is the only one in California. Another store is coming soon to Sacramento according to the staff at the event last night. If you like macarons, check it out! Or go to buy someone a unique luxury treat! My baby shower theme was Disco Baby and I wanted dark magenta Macarons, raspberry jam filling and an edible silver foil smear. I messaged the business and Caron replied to my inquiry well within the hour of sending. I sent her my vision and she confirmed she can have it ready! At first she only had the option for silver edible paint and that was totally fine. She had them ready a day prior to the event and with a surprise text she told me she was able to do the silver foil add ons I originally requested for!! When I got the macarons they were more perfect than I imagined!! They we're perfectly sized and puffy! And she even mixed my requested raspberry jam with raspberry ganache and it was a flavor bomb!!!! I so definitely recommend to order from Caron and she will deliver 110%! The next day, it was delivered and perfect! The delivery driver was very sweet and helpful. Everyone loved the food and there was a lot. We were all full and had a bit left over. Having been to London a few times I was really impressed by how traditional the tea felt. The scones, the egg and mayo sandwich, and the Viennese whirls in particular. Reached out to this place on 10/23 for custom cookies for a baby shower, sent pics of what we wanted, got a quote ($48/dozen cookies), and wanted to place the order. However, they finally got back to me on 10/29 saying they needed to check to see if another customer was going to cancel their order and told me they would let me know by 10/30 since I needed to find another vendor if they couldn't do it. After a couple of follow ups, there's still no response from this place and I no longer have custom cookies to provide at our baby shower. Really wish I hadn't wasted my time with this place. They shouldn't be in business if they can't get back to their customers in a timely manner.
