It's places like this that make me grateful to support a small business. It's literally coffee with a cause. Had a girls weekend with my bestie and wanted to grab a coffee before heading out our last day and we almost missed getting into the parking lot because it doesn't have the typical coffee shop store front. Actually, it's literally a hidden treasure. When I tell you that I did NOT expect that much space inside, I mean I was SHOCKED. The first room within the shop is quaint, cute and neutral in style. About 10 seconds after walking in, we were greeted in a very friendly manner by the young man up front. He was helpful too because I like to get something off the menu but nothing too far from what I usually go for and he recommended the Lucky Charms latte while my bestie got the Marzipan latte. I asked for it not to be too sweet so he made that special request and those coffees did NOT disappoint on flavor or representation. We loved the story he shared with us on how the coffee shop got started and was inviting to show us the event space that was being used now in the back. It was literally a guided tour behind a great cause on community and making a coffee corner an inclusive space where families can feel safe and comfortable to bring their children and families who have been touched by Down Syndrome. We will definitely be returning next time we're in the area and I'm so happy we stopped by. read more

Man this place was so pretty inside, I was absolutely not expecting the back area to look like that so it was a pleasant surprise. The worker was super friendly too and made sure I got what I wanted and modified it the way I like. It does take a bit so if you're on a time crunch, order ahead online! The lobby is relaxing and so cutely decorated. They have two other rooms that I saw, the next room (medium size?) was GORGEOUS. Moody lighting, flowers, pretty tables and chairs etc! Then there's a big room almost for a wedding? Quince? So pretty! Been super excited to try this place since it opened. They were temporarily closed for a while with not a lot of communication, which is fine, things happen. We walked in and there was no one there. Many of us ordered at the kiosk, and eventually, there were 3 or 4 parties waiting silently with no one coming out. I had questions, but there was no one to answer. Someone in the back saw us multiple times but did not address us. Eventually, someone came out with our drinks. They looked delicious and I was excited, but the taste was very disappointing. Another review said they use instant espresso which makes a lot of sense. I could make a better coffee at home, so to spend $7 on a drink made with instant espresso is very disappointing. Really disappointed with our experience at Miss Loves Cafe. We were excited to try it because the inside looked cute and the atmosphere was honestly pretty nice, but the coffee completely ruined it for us. We literally watched the worker make the drinks using instant espresso, which was shocking considering the drinks were almost $7 each. For those prices, I expected actual espresso and quality coffee, not something that tasted like it came from a packet I could make at home in two minutes. The coffee itself was honestly one of the worst coffees I've ever had. It tasted watery, bitter, and cheap at the same time, and it definitely did not taste fresh. It felt like a complete rip off for the price. We tried to give it a chance, but after a few sips we couldn't even drink it and ended up throwing both drinks away. The only positive part of the experience was the male worker because he was actually nice and polite. Other than that, the whole thing just felt overhyped. Also, the cafe is basically being run from a cart setup, which made the high prices feel even crazier once we saw how the drinks were being made. The inside looks nice for pictures, but good decor doesn't make up for bad coffee. Definitely would not come back or recommend it if you actually care about the quality of your drinks. read more

Stopped by Miss Loves Cafe near The Draft Sports Complex and it turned out to be a great little find, especially for parents spending time at the complex for their kids' games. It's a bit hidden, but once you find it, it's definitely a treat. The front looks small since it shares space with another venue, but if you walk through the hallway, it opens up into a huge and really beautiful seating area, which was a nice surprise. I ordered a latte and while it didn't have as strong of a coffee kick as I usually prefer, it was still good and smooth. The staff were very helpful and made ordering easy. I had never tried marzipan before, but it was recommended to me, and I'm so glad I gave it a try! If you like peanut-like, nutty flavors and prefer coffee that's not too sweet, I highly recommend the Marzipan Coffee with 50% sugar. You won't regret it! A special thank you to Jay for being so welcoming, accommodating, and taking the time to explain the concept behind the coffee shop. We also learned that the café is dedicated to Miss Love, who has Down syndrome, and they even have a dedicated room designed to accommodate families with children on the autism spectrum. It's such a thoughtful and meaningful mission that makes the experience even more special. We loved learning the story behind the café, and the coffee was just as amazing. I wanted to love Miss Loves Before even going to try miss loves I was already thrown off because their hours are mon-fri 8-2 so it's not easy to go try them. When we were walked in it was clean, but there was no one at the counter. I then saw the order iPad screen thing. (Which I personally dislike, and almost instantly makes me not want to return) the screen menu had more drink options than the sign behind the counter. It also had a bunch of different required options to select like how much sugar, but without someone to explain it I wasn't sure what that meant. After I placed my order on the screen someone came out from the back and brought a guest waiting their drink. And also took the order or 3 people that walked in while we were using the iPad to order. He offered to show us, and the other 3 guests, the "study hall" and back room. It was very interesting. The space is a small coffee shop up front, then has a middle room, the "study hall" with the coffee cart, tables and other decorations, and behind that was a large event space with more tables and decorations. They are a coffee shop and event center. The event space is called Diana Sparkles, if I remember correctly. Should I ever need event space, it was nice to learn a space like that existed around here. Unfortunately the coffee was mid. I got a banana latte, and my friend got the Spanish cinnamon latte. Neither were very flavorful. I really wanted to love it. My friend found this place on yelp. We walked here from drafts sports center for our daughter's vball tournament. Located in a business park area. There's a sign out front that says coffee. Two entrances said B-1. There's a little sit down area at the entrance but the seats were all taken. The worker brought us to the back for extra seating. I guess it's connected to a place they hold events. The bathrooms are located back there. You can order DoorDash and there's also a kiosk to order or can order at the front. Happy that I finally got to try Miss Love's Cafe. I've been wanting to stop by, but they closed at 2pm before and they now close at 5pm which works way better for me. The barista was really kind and showed me around since it was my first time. He showed me that they have a banquet area for parties and a bar area where he makes the coffee and matcha. There's also seating there if you don't want to sit in the entrance area. I had a cookie butter matcha and it was so good! The only thing I didn't like, was that it had too much ice. Not sure if he added too much on accident or if that's how they prepare their drinks. Next time, I'm going to ask. I make lattes at church and that's a little too much ice. I also got a cookie butter latte for my daughter to take home and he removed the ice so it wouldn't get watered down. I let my oldest daughter know about this place and she stopped by as well and got the banana latte and loved it! When you go, you have to enter through 6th St. I thought there was an entrance through Promenade Ave, but there isn't. They have a feather flag outside, so you can't miss it. read more

I had the chance to speak with the owner (?) or barista and he was super friendly and hospitable I can see he puts in the effort and works hard and it's great. The drinks were really good and flavourful too. you can only order on the ipad thing i think but it's still easy because it's descriptive and has pictures. I've come here twice now with my toddler and both times we ended up staying for about an hour just hanging out. Miss Loves Cafe is such a gem for parents because they have a cute little play area for kids and even offer a free drink for children, which is such a thoughtful touch. I always get the double matcha drink with zero sugar for my gestational diabetes and it's honestly so good. You can tell the owner put a lot of love and thought into the space. The interior design is gorgeous, super aesthetic, and has such a calming vibe. It's one of those places where you can truly relax while your toddler plays. AMAZING coffee spot! It's definitely a hidden gem, I found this place randomly looking for a new coffee shop and to my surprise I found Miss Love cafe just within walking distance from my house. I decided to give them a try, first impression walking in super clean and esthetically pleasing and the owner was super nice and friendly that she even took the time to give me a tour and found out they even have a study room for anyone who wants to grab a coffee and have a quiet place to study. My order was a Spanish latte with almond milk and no extra sweetness and it was amazing I love it so much that I ended up going back a few more times and tried their biscoff iced latte. I happen to be in area and wanted to try this place! The cafe is located in a business park with a farmer boys next to it. There is a big parking lot so parking should not be an issue. I'm not sure if this place has people taking orders but there is a tablet to order off from. There is a menu displayed on the wall. I waited a bit to order, as there were people in front of me. People were coming and going, this seems to be a popular spot. On the tablet, I saw they have teas, lattes, matcha, specialty drinks, refreshers. All their drinks were around $5 and some change. There is two size options, small and a 20 oz. I decided to get the lucky charms latte specialty drink. They have substitute milk and sweetness lev percentage as well. I chose 50%. There is some seating in the cafe to wait. My order did not take long at all. The baristas front in the back preparing orders. One of them came out and announced my name. I'm pleased to say my first visit at Miss Lola's Cafe was amazing! The location is in a commercial building, as its own suite. The establishment has a feather flag in the front that says "coffee shop", making it easily visible. Parking space shouldn't ever be an issue, as the commercial space offers lots of parking opportunities. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by who I assume was the owner. She was having a genuinely sweet interaction with a child & mother near the children's play area. The aesthetic inside is modern and clean. I appreciate the thought in open space concept! It gives so much while making it look effortless, I can definitely say it's the first of its kind Corona! There is a kiosk by the door that allows you to place orders and see visual images of the drinks. I placed an order for a Banana matcha, it was 10/10! The studying space offers a darkened ambiance with comfortable seating. I studied for about two hours with my head phones on without any disruptions. I can become easily distracted when I hear doors or people; the secluded space offers distance from external noise! I was reaaaally excited for a new coffee shop in town. The spot is cute. I love that they accommodate children by adding some toys in their for them. It's very thoughtful. Service wise, there isn't much to comment. You order on a device inside and they bring your drink from the back room. I'm giving it a low rating solely based on the two coffees I ordered just tasted like straight milk. I tried stirring it thinking maybe the espresso is kind of trapped underneath the froth, but that wasn't the case. We sadly will not be returning. Edit: very confused by the owner's response. I've attached proof of ordering from this coffee shop. I ordered one Spanish Latte and one Biscoff Latte. Unless I went to a different coffee shop at the same exact address with the same exact menu with the same exact interior, then yes maybe I was confused.
