FANTASTIC ROLLS! They catch me rolllllllllin.... They hatin lol because I have delicious gourmet cinnamon rolls lol I absolutely love Cinnaholic! I'm a huge fan. I recently discovered that the owners of Cinnaholic were on that show called Shark Tank. That's crazy cool! I had to go find the episode in Shark Tank after my recent visit. I love that Cinnaholic got the backing it needed from Shark Tank. These really are the BEST cinnamon rolls I've ever had. My husband is a huge fan too. How amazing is this place for people who want a delicious treat and can't enjoy dairy! We always get this for family who can't eat dairy but want to eat something sweet and special. The rolls are all fantastic. We've never tried the coffee, the new soft serve ice cream, or dole whip. But the store is always clean and looks professional. This place is horrible....is " gourmet" in the room ??? I should'nt of gone out the way and just should of headed to the mall to Cinnabon. I've been vegan for 6 years and have tried a lot of places and desserts. I love that there's even a vegan option for dessert locally, that's hard to come by. I just wish the rolls and cookies weren't SO sweet. I have a sweet tooth but even for me, it's hard to finish these. The cookies I tried recently were chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, I got a "cheesecake" frosting cinnamon roll, and a brownie. Out of all of those, I really only enjoyed the brownie. The frosting is very very sweet, the cookies were very oily and sugary (one cookie has 31 grams of sugar). The oils from the cookie even went through the plastic packaging and the sticker label. If I could change anything (about my personal experience) it would just be to cut some of that sweetness out and I feel like it would be soo much better. read more

This place was ok. I was craving a cinnamon roll and went out of my way to go here. It's a combo cookie dough/ cinnamon roll place. Everything is way over the top. There was over a full cup of frosting on the cinnamon roll. There is no way you could have these on a regular basis. You have to scrape the frosting off for it to really be edible. No one really ate more than half. Also it was over 30 dollars for three rolls and one water. Also all of the outside tables were filthy but we were the first people there at opening. read more

My first time trying this place out. It was a little difficult to find as it is a small shop hidden behind Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon entering, you get this whiff of cinnamon scent... my favorite The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. He asked me if it was my first time there & explained the menu. I did my research before coming here, so I already knew what I wanted to order. I placed my order - matcha strawberry (a seasonal item which came with matcha frosting, topped with strawberries & pie crumble & I added Oreo cookie) & fruitastic roll (which had cream cheese frosting, toppings of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and bananas). Everything was made to order. So when I got my order it was nice & hot. I ate the rolls when I got home. IMO it was light and fluffy. Not too sweet. The roll with the frosting and fruits has a good balance. If you want something sweeter, I'm sure the biscoff or Cookie Monster will definitely satisfy your palate. I think I am done with Cinnaholic. WHile my first visit was great, service is pretty crappy any time I go there now and this weekend was the worst. I don't even blame the person who rang up and messed up my order because he was clearly untrained and the manager did not care about that or doing anything to help him. While the cookies are great and the cinnamon rolls can be good if you put a bunch of extra stuff on them, there is no comparison with a Cinnabon when it comes to flavor and texture of the actual cinnamon roll. So definitely go there if you want to make a stacker with a bunch of toppings but for classic Cinnamon rolls, the flavor just isn't there. But the sheer laziness and lack of customer service by the manager was apalling. She had a great teachable opportunity for an employee who was ASKING for help and she chose to not train the employee and act like the customer (me) was the person with a problem and I try very hard to be kind to people in service industries and understand their side of a problem, but boy did she push my buttons. The shop isn't really visible from the parking area so just know that if you park close to Buffalo Wild Wings or the movie theater that you are in the right area. Their entrance is nestled between the movie theater and the aforementioned restaurant. We were greeted warmly upon walking in and the gentleman that helped us was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our "first-timer" questions. The rolls were all warm and each item was freshly prepared. My kids enjoyed their cookie and birthday cake rolls and the fruit and pistachio rolls were also very good! These rolls were to die for! So yummy warm and decadent! I got the harvest roll and the pistachio Biscoff. To water that down I had a dragon fruit lemonade. It was very delicious and refreshing. My only complaint is that it's almost 6 dollars I wish the cup was bigger. Other than that great first impression I would definitely make the drive back to this establishment. My order was incorrect through DoorDash some time ago. I spoke to Emily the Assistant Manager at the time and she told me to come in anytime and I would be compensated. Fast forward to today I was over in that area catching a movie, so I decided to get my replacement cinnamon roll along with ordering extra. I was told they are under new ownership and was told first that they did not know who Emily was and then said she never told them of any compensations. Because the location of this Cinnaholic is located next to the movie theatre, it was difficult for me to find it from driving past it. The sign isn't visible from the road. I needed to call to figure out how to get there. Luckily, the lady who answered the phone was patient enough to explain the directions to me. I needed to look for Buffalo Hot wings, and they are right next door, not visible at all from your car. I can see the advantage of being right next to the movie theatre, for a quick dessert before or after the movies. I was determined to find this dessert place being that EVERYTHING is VEGAN, so I made the effort because my son loves cinnamon, but I am not a cinnamon lover lol. I ordered a brownie for myself. The brownie has a pinch of pumpkin flavor but it is moist and much bigger in size. My son says the Cookie Monster Roll tastes better than Cinnabon's famous roll, lol. I tasted it myself and the sweetness reminds me of Crumble Cookie (pre-vegan days), with that rush of sugar going down my veins lol. I am not saying it's bad, it's very delicious actually! I just wanted to say how disappointed we were in the order we received. Our order was not ready at the scheduled time. Cinnamon rolls were hot upon arrival even though they were supposed to be ready for pickup. Employee was grabing at them from the pan burning his fingers and iced them even though they were not cool, making them melt and pull away from the paper they were in. The icing is not what was ordered and I also did not receive the brownie on top of one orders. We were told we could wait 45 min for them to be made if we wanted to wait....so we were givin chocolate chip cookies on top instead. I didn't put them out for my son's college graduation because they looked like my 5 year old kid helped me make them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
