I drove all the way from Temecula JUST for Cinnaholic, to try them out and get some for the family to try. After spending $70 on 5 rolls ( including a hefty $10 tip), we decided it's the worst money we spent. They are DRY DRY DRY cinnamon rolls, just horrible. . They have absolutely the minimal amount of topping, and there's nothing wooey gooey about them. Especially the Biscoff which is supposed to be my favorite flavor. ( see attached picture) Shame, as I made it very clear how far we drove just to buy these and have my family try them, so we could become regular customers. Nope, not anymore, they lost at least 5 customers because we will never stop here again. EDIT after owner reply- no John, they simply were not good. We're vegan for over 11 years, so yes, vegan food isn't for everyone but it's ALL we eat. These were just not served well, and lacked the proper amount of toppings. They were dry dough rolls and that was it. The worker should have added the proper amount of sauces and toppings on there. You couldn't even taste the Biscoff and usually the Biscoff sauce runs and tastes like heaven on any vegan desserts. So there's no excuse when you pay $10+ per cinnamon rolls to get this kind of la luster quality. read more

Here's the deal - I don't particularly care for baked goods. I'm more of an ice cream guy myself. My wife and son, however, LOVE baked goods. My daughter got a brownie and my wife and son shared a regular cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. The brownie was really dry. It tasted good but was really too dry to eat. I took one bite and my daughter o lay took a couple of bites. The cinnamon roll was hot and fresh but there wasn't much cinnamon. It even looked mostly plain. There was some in the center but the outer layers had hardly any cinnamon. They loved the cream cheese frosting though. This review is based on my recent experience (today). I placed an online order the day before, it is my husband's birthday and thought to get him something special. We love the cinnamon rolls from here so it was a no brainer. Ordered online and got confirmation email that they would be ready June 25th at 11am. I get there today at 11:05am , walked to the doors and they closed. No lights on definitely not open. I waited around for almost an hour. After calling numerous times , messaging on messenger and Yelp but no response. Deeply disappointed because I drove more than 45 minutes to wait around and leave empty handed. If they weren't going to be open they should've have blocked out the times on the online order portal. UPDATE Amazing customer service. Owner called me to give me his sincere apologies for today. I got to try a build my own type of roll, got the classic cream cheese frosting with blueberries, walnuts, and Oreos. Wow! Was honestly shook this was vegan. Yes it's vegan but they taste just as good (if not better) than non-vegan cinnamon rolls. I was craving bananas so I got the banana cream pie roll and it was delicious. I did substitute the almonds for bananas (oddly enough the banana cream pie has no banana toppings on it. It actually comes with pie crust and almonds, along with the banana cream frosting). I would definitely recommend this place. It is perfect to satisfy that sweet tooth and it also helped that the workers were very welcoming and patient as I placed my order. I came here mainly for an Elite yelp event but I did buy some flavors. The place was cutely decorated with Halloween themes. They did bring out their fall flavors as well. I had asked what their fall flavors were and they said that the Harvest roll is their popular one for the fall theme rolls. I chose to get that along with buying a Pumpkin Spice roll ($7.25). The pumpkin spice has pumpkin frosting topped with chunks of cinnadoodle cookie bites, marshmallows and cinnamon dust. The frosting was not too sweet and I was able to taste the slight cinnamon flavor with it. The Harvest roll came with walnuts topping a maple flavored icing and drizzled caramel. I thought the icing would be overly sweet but it was not overpowering. The bread is still soft even after two days of buying it. The wait time was around 15 minutes since they make the rolls fresh. The restroom is clean and there's outdoor seating near the entrance. The place is hidden from the parking lot; it's on the left of the Edwards theater, next to Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks. I've been following Cinnaholic both on Facebook and on IG for a little while now and their posts always make my mouth water! Seriously, their marketing team really knows how catch your attention with the delicious looking photos of thejr food. This past weekend I finally got my chance to see if their cinnamon rolls are as tasty as they look! First off, they have a great selection of holiday flavors available right now. It was so hard to choose just one! I was so tempted to try more flavors but somehow found the inner strength to only order one for my first visit. There's always another time to come back, I told myself. The flavor that stood out the most to me was their Peach Cobbler so that was the lucky one! I'll also add that cinnamon rolls are not the only item they offer, they also have homemade cookie dough, brownies, cookies and a cinnacake! You also have the option of creating your own roll where you get to pick your own frosting flavor and toppings. Love that! I loved their peach cobbler roll! It almost melts in your mouth and fills your with warm happiness. I'd say that it could do with a tad bit more cinnamon but other than that it was delicious! If you happen to go on the weekend there might be a wait. I was there on a Sunday evening they were packed! The wait was around 15-20 minutes. They have a couple tables for customers and seating outside but it happened to be cold outside so I opted to wait indoors. Saw some of my fellow Yelpers took the plunge here so I figured I'd like to join in on the fun. I usually don't eat sweets like this too often but hey, moderation right? Located at the Crossings at Corona shopping center, in front of the Edwards Cinema and behind Buffalo Wild Wings Cinnaholic is certainly in its own little corner of this immense shopping center. I walked in with the kiddo, who after I showed her the website was more ready than I was to try their wares, and was greeted as soon as I walked. The smell of fresh cinnamon rolls cut through my mask and I knew this was going to be good. We knew what we wanted so we got our orders in and about six minutes were walking out with two warm cinnamon rolls loaded with toppings. There were three tables outside so we pulled up some chairs and dug in. The kiddo went with the Campfire S'more and at the suggestion of one of my Yelp buds I went with a roll covered in marshmallow frosting and cookie dough. The verdict? This was a top shelf cinnamon roll. The roll was soft and moist, toppings were generous and the cookie dough was fantastic. Yeah it was sweet but that was to be expected. The kiddo really enjoyed her roll. Service was fast and friendly. It also helps that we got there relatively early. Would I come here to satisfy my sweet tooth? Undoubtedly, and the kiddo wouldn't mind if we came back either. There's no inside seating at the moment obviously, everyone was masked and gloved and there was hand sanitizer by the entrance. Cinnaholic is one of those instagram "hype" food places. The idea of a decadent cinnamon roll lathered in frosting and topping sounds good but in reality it isn't as good as it looks. I went on a random Thursday morning and there was no one there but the cashier. I ordered the brownie cinnamon roll and a Cookie Butter Latte while my friend got the pecan pie roll. The rolls were really really sweet and I can't recommend eating a whole one in one sitting. If you like really sweet treats, trying new hype desserts, or fun flavor options then this place is for you. However, the coffee was absolutely dreadful. It was basically terrible tasting water. My friend and I also split a mini cookie dough ball and it was exactly what you think it is, just sugar and butter which you can make at home. This place is not worth the hype for people who like their desserts "not too sweet". Each roll is roughly $8 and isn't worth it for everyone. On the plus side, the plaza that the cinnaholic is located has a Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, and an AMC so there is plenty to do there if you've already left your house and are on the way. read more

I, of course, without realizing anything, I chose the "What the Fudge" roll which may have more calories than I wish to share, but it was WORTH ALL OF THEM!! So I ordered the roll online, paid and everything. So the day of my pick up, I received a message with a confirmation that my order was ready after the set time, so I headed out there to get it. When I got to the shopping center, I couldn't see the shop right away, but it's tucked between the Buffalo Wild Wings and Edwards Cinema. Upon entering, there were only two people waiting and a couple of workers. Almost immediately one of the staff asked if I was there for a pick up, I said yes and told them my name, and like THAT, I was back out the door Super fast and efficient--thanks everyone at the shop!! Now for the best part - - when I got to eat this monster. It was so good, I almost have no words to describe it. The "What the Fudge" roll comes with icing, brownie bits, caramel, nuts. I mean what is not to like! Every bit took me closer to whatever paradise you can reach through eating. I can't wait to try more of the options!
