Please don't mistake this for the larger chain bakery; Crumbles is a small business with DELICIOUS fresh baked treats and the friendliest people! I needed to get my cookie fix so I stopped in to see what they have. When you walk in, there is a glass case full of cookies and things, and next to it are shelves that have little bags packaged with treats from the previous day at a discount. The store is small but cozy and has plenty of options. They can even make an ice cream sandwich with their cookies, too! Maybe another time; I just needed something small this time. I was offered a sample of something and chose the Rascal, which is a peanut butter chocolate cookie. That was delicious, so I ordered one and also grabbed one of their discounted treats from the previous day, which was a cranberry orange scone. This is one of my husband's favorite pastries so I was excited to get one for him. It was also delicious! Not at all dry like scones can sometimes be, and it was full of flavor. The woman who helped me was so sweet and so helpful (I'm sorry, I am so bad with names and cannot remember her name!) But I grabbed a business card and shared it at work with our client relations person who likes bringing treats to other people we work with. Amazing variety of cookies for an amazing price! I stopped into Crumbles Cookies in Corona and grabbed a Rascal cookie for $3. It was delicious, and I am excited to go back and try more. Came here today with my sister, and the gentleman who helped us graciously gave her samples and described their various cookies, as well as recommended his favorites. Not to be confused with the other crumbl! This is supporting a local staple for delicious desserts. Awesome hidden gem. The seasonal fall cookies are so festive and scrumptious. S'mores cookie had marshmallow and graham cracker crunch with of course chocolate. Giant face sized cinnamon rolls are a must try. They also have breads, scones, gluten free and low sugar items available. Gelato flavors make your mouth water. Had the strawberry cheesecake so good! Fresh strawberry balances the creamy goodness. I've been here before before and every time it's been a disappointment I bought a gingerbread man a lemon bar a pumpkin spice bar, and all of them were bad gingerbread man lacked of flavor lemon bar was absolutely disappointing. Cute small store. Seating outside if you'd like. I have a serious sweet tooth and I keep coming back here to try every cookie to see which ones I like. After quite a few visits....here is my review. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes polite and helpful. I've noticed not all customers are treated the same. Friendlier to some people than others. On a few occasions some patrons are given samples while others have not been offered. I have never been offered samples. Only pointing this out bc I've told people before the offer samples (I think) and were told they don't. Sooo something is off. I've seen free whole size cookies offered without payment, but guess I'm not one of the lucky ones. Some cookies sell out early so if you are craving a particular type I was told you can call in and place an order to pick up later which is nice! They have rotating menu at times so check online for what they have but No online ordering. So far I like a few types of cookies. I had previous faves but unfortunately have changed my mind due to inconsistency of the bake of them. I'll stick to the simply oatmeal and the sugar cookie with sprinkles. I used to like the s'mores but more than often they are dry now, as well as some of the others. Others have told me they had that issue but I didn't want to believe it. But now I get it. I've tried different days out of the week and different times as well to see if there was a difference. Not consistent with softness with some of them. Also these cookies are not that sweet. If sweet is your thing don't come here but if you like it light flavor and not too sweet these are for you. What's nice if it's a homemade taste. I wouldn't recommend the packaged cookies. I just bought superbowl frosted cookies and they were already hard as a rock when I got home and no flavor sadly. Other wise try them out there's something for everyone! I have loved this place for years! As a child growing up- this was one of my favorite places. The snickerdoodle cookie is still consistently good to this day. The cookies are pretty good. I'm a fan of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies but was surprised that most flavors include chocolate chips. Would love if they came out with more unique flavors. Consumer feedback tip to management: you might want to reconsider charging customers for brown take out boxes for cookies, especially when they're buying 6 or more. It left a bad taste in my mouth. This little cookie shop always has yummy cookies and their lavender scones are my favorite with their devonshire cream! Their blackberry scones are yummy too. I love that they also sell gelato. I stopped by recently and sampled their blackberry chocolate chip and it was so good, so I had to get myself a scoop. The staff is always super friendly and always offering samples. Check out their Instagram or website for the monthly calendar to see what cookies/scones/breads are baking each day. The last time I stopped by, I didn't know cookies were $1 off when you go an hour before closing. So that's a nice little discount. This place service has improved a lot. I stopped buying not because of the food, I stopped because of the employees attitude. I used to buy here a lot for cookies and my favorite scones, when my family had experienced bad customer service, we just stopped. I gave this place another chance after few years, and the customer service is so much better. They hire new staff that has a positive attitude. I'm a big believer that businesses can improve over the years, and so I usually do re-try them especially if I can get something very different (in this case, Saturday's cinnamon rolls) and I was extremely pleased with the quality of this item.
