The staff are always friendly no matter the location, patiently providing samples without making you feel rushed despite the long lines of people waiting. Tip: they have a kid's portion that is $1 cheaper than the piccolo size which is only one scoop, slightly smaller than a standard scoop, even in a cup. I may have irritated the young gentleman staff because I was taking photos while I was ordering in turn holding up the line just a tad. Oh well. Anyway, I tried 2 free samples... Fragola Strawberry Sorbet (vegan) and Custard Cookies & Cream. I didn't care for the strawberry as it was bland. Loved the custard cookies & cream for its smooth and creamy texture. I sampled lots of flavors and ended up getting the pistachio crunch and dulce de leches flavor. These were both amazing 10/10.
