I decided to support this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant and ordered our meals with fountain drinks. Unfortunately, their fountain drink machine wasn't working, and I wanted a Pepsi. I politely asked if they could substitute the fountain drink with a can instead. The mother, who appeared to be the only person working in the kitchen, yelled out, "No!" And I need to purchase the drink if I wanted a can one. Because of the way the situation was handled, I decided to cancel my order. She then came out upset, telling me she had already started preparing the food. The whole situation could have been avoided over something as simple as substituting a fountain drink for a can. Moral of the story: Keep your customers happy, especially the ones who make an effort to support small businesses. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back. read more

Burger seemed like it came from a frozen patty, not smashed at all like their videos try to advertise. chicken sandwich isn't anything to write about. As soon as cashier came up front he perked up and said hi. Cashier was nice and apologized for the wait. My son and I both had the burgers ( single and double). The burgers were VERY good! We had two different sauces that were also delicious. We ordered a combo and I feel they could add a few more fries to their meal. My son thought I had eaten half of his fries to give context.
