This was a disappointment. Order the chili crispy dumplings. My child ate 2 and asked "are these suppose to be crispy?" So I took the rest, went back inside and asked. I was told yes. I explained they were not crispy. So they redid them. Never will I go to this one again. Not sure if I caught them on a not so great day but I didn't enjoy their bowl today. I was so disappointed because I have had Waba Grill plenty of times (not this location) and have had no problems. And the bowl looked good too so I was so excited! The restaurant itself was clean but the rice was undercooked and the steak and chicken I received was very chewy to the point that I couldn't enjoy my food. Don't let the picture fool you. Tried WaBa Grill today for the first time. I called asking some questions then called back again and placed a To Go order. The girl answering the phone was nice and answered all the questions that I had. She asked me how long it would take me to get there and I told her 15 minutes. My food was ready when I go there and the cashier was very nice. The restaurant was clean and there were about a half a dozen tables occupied of customers eating. Everything was really nice. The price was decent and the food was delicious. It was perfectly seasoned and not overwhelming. I am vegetarian and my husband isn't so there were choices for both of us. The tofu was some of the best I have ever had, it was actually charred from the grill and I have never had tofu like that. My husband got the chicken and he loved it, it too was perfectly charred. I've had a few issues with my orders in the past and have never been able to get a hold of a manager. The feedback I've received regarding the manager's availability is that they do not have a set schedule, with is unusual for a restaurant. This location is also constantly hiring, which leads me to believe that it's due to the lack of support from management. This place provides yummy bites on the go! It kind of reminds me of flame broiler (although I think I like this place even more!). My brother and I came here for a quick dinner. Within three minutes of placing our order, we had our food. I ordered the WaBa bowl (steak, chicken and rice) with veggies. The steak and chicken were both cooked in a savory and sweet sauce. I added some hot sauce to it to give it a little extra kick. It was filling and wholesome for a quick bite under $10. Plus, the inside of this establishment was well kept and clean.
