The one that looks black is the same just instead of granola they have Oreo and the other 2 came with Oreo So my review is just to say that this location has always been outstanding. Matheew outside at the drive thru line had his tablet ready to take my order and although it was 15 mins to closing today on a Friday they had a really last rush hour and that didn't change Mathew's attitude he was amazing. The last time two girls were out side and one of them complained as I pulled up although I told her co worker I wouldn't leave a bad review that day but today service was amazing. Thanks Mathew for being so professional. And to end my experience Emily at the window was so happy to take my money and so happy to give My 4 yogurts or parfaits. I wish I could give this location negative stars... THEY ALWAYS give me my order incomplete!!! It literally never fails. I'm truly baffled! What the actual heck is wrong with this staff!? Absolute worst employees at this location. Stood there for 20 mins watching people come in and order their food and leave. They wouldn't give me my food and when I asked for help they'd stop with my order because someone else would ask them about theirs. After 30 mins I just left and now I can't get a refund because chic fil a customer service is serperate from the chic FIL a locations. We went for some lunch at the drive through and ordered, took a few moments to get the food but that wasn't the problem. We were missing the 12pc nugget order, and we had only found out once we arrived home. I went back to Chick-fil-A to get those lost nuggets, with my own food getting cold back at home, and with my daughter waiting for her own meal. When I got there I brought my receipt up to a blue shirted worker and told her what was up. She rudely asked "what was wrong" and I explained before she went over to retrieve the nuggets, barely even glancing at my receipt. She brought a small bag with the food, clearly irritated at their own mistake, and left before I was even able to ask for anything else. Her name was Ximena, I think. This hasn't been the first time our order has messed up. Either always get the order wrong wrong or are missing something. (Their printers could use some ink too) read more

I usually go to this location as it's close to my house. However, I try to avoid it due to its customer service. Every single time I come in to pickup an order I stand at their counter for a loooooong period of time. Workers passing me over and over, not being acknowledged or ask if I have been helped. Today, sure I was greeted when I walked in, went to the pickup counter only to be overlooked by the same person who greeted me and she helped someone that came after me. Finally after some time I was helped and I asked that person where is the designated pickup area because I never get helped in a timely manner. This responded stating where I was was the spot. This place needs to get it together with service but also a better system. They used to have a pickup area where you'd find your food but they said it was removed due to others taking meals. But now it's even worse, we don't get serviced at all. read more

Every time my kids and I come, the staff is so sweet and our food is super fresh. They treat you like it's a restaurant and are so accommodating. I love me some Chick-fil-A. Yes I'm that person that will wait in the line and swears it's the best! It's always clean and they work fast! Aha I come here once in a while with my kids. The most recent time tho I had an issue. I ordered my meals for the family and grabbed my bags and left. I got home and noticed my husbands meal was never put in the bag but I was charged. I called into customer service and the lady was helpful with offering a refund or something to apologize for the inconvenience. I accepted her offers and she still recommended I go back if I wanted, I did aha I went back saw the lady who took my order and she remembered me and gave me his meal with no problem and a free cookie aha I appreciate them taking care of me! I love chick-fil-A and always get a cookie with my order but this location the cookies are often hard instead of soft. Please stop cooking them quite as long. I spend well over $100 dollars every time at this location (family of 5). Second time food was missing from the drive-thu after i asked if everything was there, they told me yes. I realized once I got home that food was missing. Once I got home, I called the 1800 number and the lady said she will pass the message to the store. I call every week (5 weeks now) and get the run around. This has been going on for more than a month and nobody has contacted me by phone or email. It was about halfway in that I felt a sting in my mouth and a really hard piece to swallow. So I come here almost every Wednesday night and am very happy! Going to give a specific story then overall experience story Special incident: My car broke down yesterday in the drive thru! They were so patient and even helped treat my kids that were waiting with me. Multiple staff came to check on us and see if they could help. Fortunately I was able to get the car out of the way a couple minutes later but I'm sure if I had to push my car... they would've come out! Thank you thank you to the workers last night for your patience and extending extra efforts to not make me feel ashamed! Also for going out of your way to keep my kids comfortable waiting awkwardly while we were in the way lol! I wish I could thank you guys more than just this review! Customer service: 5 stars! Always super nice! Always super patient when I'm delaying my order. I know sometimes I can be forgetful and take a while to order when I have my kids in the car or my mind spaced out. They've never rushed me ever! Food: 5 stars! Always fresh when I come! Bomb fries nuggets and soup! Lines: it looks long whenever I go there but they're very efficient! I wish short lines at Starbucks could get on this level. The fact that there's food and not just coffee in these lines and they're still efficient is a big win for me! read more

Really bad service today went for lunch in a hurry to get back went through drive through and didn't get my drinks so went inside. Was made to wait a additional 15 mins fir service inside. When I told the girl I didn't get my drinks the manager looked over at me. But said nothing. The girl went to go find my drinks which were now full of melted ice and the lemon frost was completely like water. Never a sorry or anything.
