Another great experience here at Chic-Fil-A. These guys are always on top of their game as they serve the awesome chicken they are known for. They did make one mistake when I had asked for a coke no ice and received one with ice. However, they replaced it in less than 15 seconds with my correct order. Went inside because the drive thru line was outrageous. Ordered two milkshakes after standing at the counter for a while. Sat down and waited over 15 minutes. Asked about my order and they said they were working on it. They didn't start working on it until I brought it up. 2 milkshakes shouldn't equal a 15 minute wait time and me having to remind them of it. Who doesn't love Chick fil A?! Well this location is super quick with food that never disappoints. The workers are always so nice and happy. It can get busy during peak hours but so worth it! If you've never been to a Chick fil A, you're missing out! You definitely need to try the Original Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries if nothing else. Lemonade and sweet tea are usually the drinks of choice. The nuggets are good too but more for the kids. Don't forget the Chick fil A sauce! Breakfast here is delicious as well. This is the closest Chick-Fil-A to where I work and I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. The service here is pretty okay, they don't really do much because it is super busy all of the time. I do NOT recommend going through the drive thru because the line is absolutely astronomical. The line is always out the door, too so try to come as fast as you can to get your food. Since the restaurant is pretty small, there's not a lot of places for people to sit so there's always a scramble to get a seat or to save a seat. I ordered a chicken nugget meal which came with fries and a drink. I love how they weren't stingy with their sauces. My meal was amazing, but what really impressed me was the service. The food was served to my table. There was an employee walking around making sure that every customer had everything they needed, whether it was drink refills or more sauces. Another employee was consistently clean and wiped down the dining area, the restaurant was well-kept clean. They even offered to take away my food tray after I was done. While Chick-fil-a continues to serve great food, this location's service needs an overhaul. For the umpteenth time the condiments (tortilla strips, pepitos, napkins, etc) were not put in my bag with the two salads I ordered thru carry out. You shouldn't have to examine the contents by digging thru the bag to see if your order is complete. This has happened several times before and I am finally posting it on Yelp. Also, while waiting for my order, i realized it was taking a lot longet that usual. I showed my recript to an employee and practically the whole team started searching or my order. If I could give my experience today 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd bad experience with Lauren at this location. My 2 egg white combo were room temperature which is not what I normally expect from here but today it's what I received. I walked into the store and asked nicely if my sandwiches can be remade. She said "no because they are going to come out the same way" I told her I get them all the time and they're normally hot. This is my 5th time getting in the "wrong side of the line" at this location and getting skipped by 5+ cars (I counted, not being dramatic). First off let me say, I'm an avid lover of Chick-Fil-A. I will literally wait 20 mins in that rush hour lunch line for a lemonade with no complaints. However, the experience I had on Halloween and the follow up after left a bad taste in my mouth. Long story short, I came here on Halloween because I was feening for a chicken sandwich and lemonade. So I decided to dine inside instead of eating it on the go. Walked in, wasn't too busy, all the employees were dressed in their costumes, got my order taken, sat down, no biggie. When I finally get my food and start to chow down, I pulled a small black hair from my mouth, looked in the bag and to my surprise there was a few more! So I called over one of the young girls, showed her and she said she'd tell a manager. Mind you, I took about 4 bites. Anyways, she goes and talks to someone and comes back and says sorry. Ask if there's anything else I'd like after eating someone's hair and I said "No" (I lost my appetite). I was kinda shocked there was no sincerity and after growing the whole meal away, after a few bites. I was shocked they didn't do more. I've had one bad experience at InNOut and they were so quick to fix the issue at hand with me, and a manager even reached out to me personally and sent a gift card. I'm not saying that's what I expected but after spending 17.67 on a meal I threw away, I'd thought they'd be more empathetic. Not the outcome I thought. I even called and spoke to a manger on duty, Ciera/Sierra, Ciara, and told her about it cuz I was that bummed out. That was a week ago, she said she'd reach back out to me, yeah that hasn't happened. The lack of concern of unsatisfactory service blows me away considering the chain's values.
