Another 1 star probably won't make a difference. Its obvious by low ratings that this place is not doing something right and I vowed not to come to this location because my order was always wrong or missing something and voila it happened again. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving. My mistake for sure but one of my kids meals was missing so I felt bad and took another drive over. No one really cared. No apology. I was offered fries but I didn't need any. In the end I just wish my order had been right. Then I get some condescending remark from the order taker asking me for my name and says he'll remember me. ???. I dont know what he was getting at. I had avoided that location for at least a year and I don't appreciate that attitude. Every now and again I try a new one in a new city, but so far I'm 3/3 with mistaken orders and errant charges. Unfortunately this one is no exception. Crew made a mistake (after not having any tacos - at a Jack in the Box! What? But anyway...) and were annoyed at having to explain and issue a refund. I even had to go so far as to show them the bank statement that showed 1 charge, 1 refund, and 1 charge again from them. Without doubt the worst Jack in the Box in all of the country. Not once have I used this location to supplement my hunger and had a good experience. Food is always incorrect, they mess with the menu items to up-charge you, the drive thru takes about 3 hours. If I was the manager of this location I would be embarrassed and ashamed. If it's corporate I suggest you look into it, if it's franchised, whoever owns it doesn't know what they're doing and should show a little more responsibility. read more

I mean c'mon, clearly those customers would have simply taken their business to any of the other 3 or 4 locations available in Corona - which by the way NEVER have an issue... and I mean NEVER! The kicker was when I asked her if she's had ANY mobile orders in DAYS or even WEEKS - and after mulling it over for about 10 seconds, she's said.... "UHHHHHH, NO... they just come to the window". Amazing, right? And there you have it folks. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I assume they're happy cuz it means they don't have to work nearly as hard. I mentioned to the young lady that they might want to look at their speaker as it seems not to be working properly. She asked what I meant and I told her that since she asked me to repeat myself it might not be working. She said "No, I didn't". I said you most certainly did. We came here to get food, we always come here and never have an issue. Usually the lady who helps us out is a white lady (I think she's an manager) and she's super sweet, always outgoing and I've never had an issue ever with her. Today I came to pick up food, and the usual lady who was here was replaced by a woman named Naomi. She was insanely rude. I have never ever experienced anyone this rude. I work in a fast food restaurant and not once have I ever treated anyone the way she treated me. Constantly rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing while I was ordering. She interrupted me while I was ordering, and went "the kitchen is closed now," im an extremely rude tone, and completely cut me off. I was caught off guard and asked if I could still order and she completely ignored me and I waited for 5 minutes before I got a reply. I work late so when I got home I decided to doordash Jack in the box. I have never been to this location or ordered from here before so this was my very first time. I ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito and it tasted a little weird but I just assumed it got cold on the drive to my house. I woke up at 11 am having to run to the bathroom and realized I got FOOD POISONING for the first time in my life. I have always worked in the food industry so checking temperatures and making sure everything is sanitary is NOT HARD to do at all. I think this Jack in the Box deserves more credit for what they do. Sometimes the drive-thru line and the wait can be long, but I think that's normal for fast food restaurants. I've never had any problems with this Jack in the Box before. My food always comes out delicious and never gets the wrong order. The staff was really friendly and helpful (I usually come here late at nights. So anything after 9pm) the staff here are really generous with their sauces.
