I've tried to give this place a chance since they claim "new management". Time and time again they fail. The chicken is ALWAYS burned. I ordered a plate and get a plate full of burned chicken. Not even able to eat it. Waste of money and time. Eating burned meat is carcinogenic. You need new cooks who actually care about what they're cooking and serving the customers. If not, this business will always go out of business. Do better. I should have gone back to get a refund for serving me all burned chicken but I don't have the luxury of going back and fourth because of poor customer service and poor attention to detail on customer food. My question to the cook and the owner: Would YOU eat this plate of burned chicken?? This place should be ashamed to even serve this in the first place. Good teriyaki chicken bowl, and the staff was very friendly and nice. We got a bowl for a snack for the kids and also needed the bathroom. We were driving back out to Vegas. Flame Broiler bowls are satisfying and a much healthier option than many other food chains around. read more

I have been coming to this location off and on for the past year. When I dropped in today, I noticed the nicely updated interior. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by the new owners, a nice young couple. I order the Korean bulgogi, and spicy chicken bowls. The food was so tasty, and flavorful. You can tell they took their time in preparing the food. Everything from when i first entered to when I left with my second bowl of spicy Korean chicken bowl, was just perfect. Google Maps cut off right after it led me into the shopping plaza parking lot, but not right in front of the restaurant, so I was like "Where is it?" Turns out it's way in the back, literally one of the last stores in the far reaches of the parking lot. When you walk in, it's a no frills fast food restaurant, but it's modern and clean. The menu is customizable, which I always enjoy because I know I'll be getting exactly what I want. We got the plate, which is their biggest size. I finished mine in one sitting, but my sister had leftovers. She was like "Oh, there's an orange!" which we weren't expecting, but it was good and really sweet, although it also had a bit of sourness. This is a good place to go if all you want is a quick, healthy meal. Like we barely placed our orders and filled our cups with soda when a few minutes later our food was already being brought to our table. I noticed as we sat by one of the big windows a banner saying it was under new management. I don't know how it was before, but how it is now is perfectly fine. I think this was part of their training, but even though they were helping another customer the employees still managed to say goodbye to us as we were leaving. This is our local Flame Broiler that we frequent a few times a week. It has gone through nothing but positive changes since its new ownership. It's much cleaner, the entire staff has great customer service and the food is always fresh and delicious. Prior to the new ownership, we'd go every so often because it felt a little dingy and both the food and service were hit or miss. On Saturday, 05/11, I ordered three bowls online and scheduled the pick-up for 5:50pm. I arrived at 5:45 and noticed all the lights were off. I walked up to the door and there was a handwritten note that said they closed early, at 4pm, instead of their typical Saturday closing of 6pm. I was irritated that I had to drive 15 minutes to find out they were closed, but it wasn't the end of the world. I support small business and I believe these locations are independently owned, so I got over it. I did not expect the charge to actually post to my credit card, but it did. No problem, I called the store and attempted to explain. A male voice answered the phone when I called the Pats Ranch Road location where I scheduled the pick-up. After I explained to him what happened, here is how the conversation went: Flame Broiler: You need to call them.. Me: Who is, them? Flame Broiler: You need to call them. Me: Who is, them? I don't know who, them, is. Flame Broiler: You need to call them, they can help. Me: Sir, who do you mean when you say, them? Who am I supposed to call? The man then ended the phone call with no further explanation. I tried calling back several times but the phone just rang and rang. Next, I typed my predicament in the Contact Us link on Flame Broiler's website. I received a response informing me a representative from the Pats Ranch Road location would reach out to me. I am a regular at this location and realized that I have not given this establishment a review that they deserve. My family and I love the healthy way the dishes are prepared at this Flame Broiler. Portions that are given are to our satisfaction. Flame Broilers at different locations are a bit stingy when it comes to giving portions of chicken or beef, but this location gives a good portion and you feel like you are getting your money's worth. Another plus at this location is that when you order by phone, your order is always correct. This place is located in the shopping area of Pats Ranch in Jurupa. There is ample parking and the restaurant itself is clean and of course no in dining due to Covid. The staff, Robia, Ayesha, and Ruby, are very friendly and treat you like family. I ordered a to go order from this particular flame broiler. As I'm home eating my chicken bowl, I noticed a crunchiness as I was chewing my chicken. I spat out the food to find two large burned particles in my chicken bowl. The chicken did not taste the best and some pieces were also burned. This was very upsetting and disturbing to find burned particles in my food. I will not be eating at this flame broiler anymore. read more

I was working and returned about a month later and would not remake the bowls just one of them. Customer service is horrible. Went here today and they didn't want to take my order because it was tofu so the lady started asking people behind me if anyone was doing chicken and took FIVE people behind me just because she said tofu takes extra time to cook. Like what the heck I could have paid for my food while waiting, this is very unprofessional and then on top of it once I finally was able to order she didn't like how I wanted extra veggies and no salad, gave me a freaking attitude about it! The cook didn't want to do it. Like I paid extra for veggies and you don't want to do what the customer wanted. The day has come when they finally open a Flame Broiler by my house. When I saw that it was 'coming soon', I was so happy! Now I don't eat at the Flame Broiler often, however when I'm too lazy to cook, have no food at home, or do not want to spend a lot of money for lunch/dinner, I will come here for a quick, easy, and somewhat of a 'healthier' alternative to fast food. THE DETAILS: The Flame Broiler is located in the Vernola Marketplace close to the freeway. It's a small place squeezed in the corner. The employees are very nice; I usually get the same girl... I wonder if she remembers me because I always order the same thing haha. But the place is generally clean and I've been to other locations where the sauce area is extremely messy, but every time I come here it's always nice and neat. THE FOOD: This is my go-to meal every time I come here. It never changes but the only time it does is the size (depending on how hungry I am). I always order the mini or regular chicken-veggie bowl with white meat, brown rice, and no onions. You really can't go wrong with this bowl. It's simple, delicious, and fast. Love flame broiler, however this location is so greedy!!!! The portion sizes are super ridiculous, they never I mean never even attempt to fill up the bowl especially take out... Horrible horrible horrible .. To say the least. 14 hour work day to get bowls for the family. Place always empty and dead. Food ready literally 30 seconds. Thought was funny but took and left.. tired. Brought home nasty dry burnt chicken. Called and was nice. They wanted me to go back so they could examine. I explained it's the same chicken sitting on the grill they can try as I was there less than 20 minutes ago. It was raining and I wasnt going back.
