When I walked in, I was greeted as always, which was nice. The ambience was fine. It was a lot of people in there so that's good for business. However, I ordered my usual number seven turkey and provolone you know when you stand there and you tell them what you want they get the bread and then they make your sandwich so I wanted it Mike's way which everything was perfect however, when I got home, the bread was hard like a rock. What could improve ? Many things , train your employees on how to make a decent sandwich, not one time it's a good sandwich then the next time it's terrible . Never any consistency. My husband and I will buy the giant sub and share it . Every time we get it home the two end slices have hardly any meat on them . They talk amongst each other like you're not even in front of them. The vibe is bad at this one. Check your cameras at 2:30 in March 23 and you will see three clients walk out. Kind of bums me out. Went here on a Sunday afternoon, it was crazy busy. I ordered for pick up and they have all pick up orders behind the cashier table so one cannot just reach in and get it, you have to just wait there until a worker sees you. We live fairly close by and I like a good sandwich. They have online ordering which is helpful during this time. I usually order the Big Kahuna with extra meat and cheese. It's a nice big sandwich with lots of filling. The normal size is actually a good size, but I like the ingredients and flavors, so...the more the merrier! :) They usually get my order right but the last two times there has been something wrong. I don't discover it until I'm at home, so it's difficult to then go all the way back to get it corrected. The last time I ordered the Big Kahuna my husband picked it up for me as usual since I have to limit my time out in public. I started eating it I kept telling him that something wasn't right. I finally figured out that they used chicken somehow in the place of beef. It wasn't terrible by any means, but it wasn't the same flavor at all.
